Keeps giving Malware Ads
Using the App & it keeps telling me I have Malware on my iPhone, I know I don’t so it’s the App that allows Malware App so users becare of its Ads!
App gave my phone malware that wont go away
After downloading this app I keep getting messages that I have a virus and doesnt allow memto use apps
Surprised Orlando
Orlando doesn’t seem to use this app as much as where I came from but I still enjoy it wish it allowed more pictures
No existen
Cuando llegamos no hay nada
How to cancel a sale listing?
I’m only use this app maybe twice. The second time the host notified the participants that she was going to have to cancel. I tried several times to figure out how to update or cancel the app. Times. I eventually had to do something like report this as fraud or something. What is the answer to updating or canceling a Yard Sale?
Best to follow
Like this app a lot. Much better years ago though when Craig’s list garage sales transferred over. Not many people in Yorba linda post on this site
Do not download this app.
There was a box to click on in the app that said “more information” and it sent me to a porn site.
Love to see you expand to use Kijiji as well!
I love the app and the possibilities it brings. But, being in Canada, we tend to use Kijiji for our garage sale listings more than Craigslist. Most weeks I have nothing show on my map. Would love if the app expanded to using Kijiji in the future!
Misleading
Too many ads to pull you away from finding a sale. Poor UX. Ads designed intentionally to look like pics of a garage sale. For this reason I will switch to other sources.
So many ads!
So many ads I can’t distinguish what are yard sale pictures and what are ad pictures. Difficult to navigate with ads everywhere
I love this app
I use this app every weekend. It’s so helpful in helping me find deals🤩
Doesn’t work
50% of sales don’t exist
Add Time Information
A great app. It would be a nice feature if I could assign times to each colour so I could order the trip in terms of what starts at 8 am, what starts at 9 am, etc. In a perfect world, I'd want to have a small "8" appear in the green flag, a small "9" appear in the yellow flag, a small "10" appear in the red flag, for example, to show the starting time.
No updates
The map is clear and easy to use, locations were accurate, but there’s no way to contact the owner of the sale for updates or cancellations. As a result, at least 4 out of the 5 sales we tried in one day were NOT THERE. One had a sign posted outside that it was canceled due to weather (even though there were only a few drops of rain, and it had already been postponed from the previous week). The others just mysteriously weren’t there. No signs, nothing. I double checked location, dates, everything, but surmised that they must have all been canceled for whatever reason and NO UPDATE was provided. This is highly inconvenient as we ended up traveling for a few hours!! If no contact # is available, and the owners won’t post updates out of consideration, the app should at least give users the option of “flagging” a sale if they discover it’s been canceled. (I saw this was an option for some of the sales that were linked to gsalr.com. But those that aren’t linked can’t be reported within the app.)
Suggestion for some improvement
This is overall grade up, but I feel like it should be a requirement to post pictures especially because people drive far for certain yard sales and it should be a requirement to post the price ranges of what they’re selling. Gas is expensive and it’s very difficult when you have to drive far away, so I hope they can make these improvement.
Fantastic
This is the app that we dreamed about. It saves us so much time on a Friday night trying to find where the garage sales are and it makes it so easy to Google map them after we find them on this app. The link is great we so appreciate it. We love garage sailing.
App is now a potato.
Used to be the best app. Now every single filter is behind a paywall. Want to look at garage sales with a Sunday date? YOU HAVE TO PAY. Also, no sales are showing up in a town with 2 million people. Oh, and that free advertisement they want you to watch to “unlock premium features temporarily?”. Yeah. You’ll watch the ad but nothing changes. As someone who is a subject matter expert in thrift/resale/treasure hunting, this ISN’T it.
Great resource
Works great with Craigslist
Pretty good, but…
Update: I just spent an hour pasting in addresses for a very large regional yard sale. So I just learned that the app can’t handle that many yard sales! It can only display 99. I have about 130! Why is there a limitation?? They all show up in the spreadsheet! I feel I have wasted so much time and feel betrayed that the app can’t handle it. This sucks big time!! How can this app be so buggy, given how long it’s been around?? ======== There’s a lot of greatness in this app, yet it has issues… 1. Often, when I zoom into certain areas, it shows no or only one yard sale (when I know there are several listed). Yet other areas light up like a Christmas tree. It doesn’t matter if I zoom in to a different city or enter it’s postal code. Nothing! 2. It doesn’t have a method to switch default maps. I want to switch to a different Maps app, but there’s no way to make that change.
Adds
Used to be good without the adds. Now gotta wait for Adds to finish smh
Bring back connectivity with Craig’s list and Facebook marketplace.
Yall are missing out. When this first came out it connected with Craig’s list. I guess they got all butthurt and ended that. This app cold easily be the best thing ever if had some deal where there could once again mirror other listing sites.
More ads than content
Literally more ads than content. Even if you pay it’s trash
Luv it!
Great app!
Wasted time
No deal of the yard sale , waste buyer time to much..
Only a few yard sales
No one uses it
Very useful
Good recommendations for yard sales
requires money
seems like the only way to use the app is to pay for it.... none of the settings or features are available on the free version. also doesn't show any sales outside of the 20 mile radius of the zip code i first entered (map shows me moving, but only shows sales around my first location). so yeah, i don't recommend, unfortunately.
Needs Kijiji
The app works great, has a quick response, and organizes the sales efficiently - if only it took info from kijiji as well as Craig's list (kijiji is widely used in the area vs. Craig's list).
Was once a decent app
Hey, developers. If you merge this to pick up Facebook marketplace sales? Seems Craigslist isn’t the place to go to anymore, sadly.
Auctions Should not be Allowed
Looked up garage sales today and clicked on several and they were auctions. I thought this was a garage sale app?
Great app
Awesome app exactly what I needed
Won’t let me add yard sale
I’m having a yard sale on the side of a street and it won’t let me use the street name. It’s not a house. It’s just on the corner of 2 streets but claims it needs a full home address.
Update Sources?
This app worked great last year, but this year it barely works at all. It shows maybe one or two sales, if any, where it used to show over a dozen.
Win’t load sales
When it works, it is great. I input a sale and select done and nothing shows on the map. Not sure if I am doing something wrong? Sometimes I have to try 4-5 times before it will add it.
Great app
Showed me where to go!!! Yea
Save your time
I tried multiple times to like this app. The concept is great. The execution is just poor! There are almost never any yard sales listed, but I can find dozens online. Save yourself the trouble, if it is useful it’s not free.
What happened?!
I live in Canada and it worked great for about 1 month but recently it says there are no sales within 20miles which is a lie as kijiji and craigslist have many sales in my area.
Looks good , except no Kijiji
Would definitly use it if it picked up yard sales from kijiji. Craigslist isnt used very often in my part of Canada. Please add Kijiji.
I liked this app until…
Features that were once free are now subscription only. I used to be able to view Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, but now I only get the current day and Saturday. Everything else is behind a paywall. I’ve got no issues paying but not when I have to pay for things that used to be included in the free version.
WORTHLESS unless you’re paying money.
I can imagine that this would be a great app!! Unfortunately it is 100% a horrible “free” app; there’s nothing you can do on the free version. Save your time unless you’re ready and willing to start immediately paying for this service.
Don't bother
Found lots of listings but of the 3 we went to 2 weren't there. Date and address listed in the details but when we went there, no yard sale to be found.
Used to be great. Now paywalls
It does a good search, but now you need to pay to adjust your criteria
5Star
I use it every week and tell others. Wildly accepted.
One of the most basic things is on a subscription paywall
In order to view more photos you got to subscribe at this point you can just search it up on Craigslist or Facebook marketplace
Needs more features
Needs to ability to add locations. Would also be great to upload pics of items and add your own yard sale.
Great concept but...
seems like it could use a bit of work!
