SO MANY FLAWS, NOT WORTH THE MONEY
First, the app is wrong sometimes and will undervalue items by a lot. Second, the “Expert” chat will not remember things you tell it, and will continuously ask you to give info you already gave it directly in the chat box. It doesn’t have any “memory” to remember or access anything you tell it, even if you just gave it the info it wants a step or two before. It’s painful. I don’t trust the app now, and doesn’t work for much besides clothes, books and home decor. It says it works for Antiques, but definitely not jewelry. Not sure about modern jewelry but it doesn’t have scan option for it. I still have to know something about the item category at least to be able to tell if the app is right or screwing you. You still have to do separate research, so as a paid app for this kind of money I don’t think it’s worth it. It kind of feels like a beta version right now, as of August 2026.
Japanese collar ceramic
I'm new here, I'm trying to learn how to navigate on this app
Why the info
Why is it asking me if I’m a female or male and asking me my age?
Just Ok
It's just okay. It sometimes takes over your shipping in a way that's bothersome. It usually gets most things right but on a first edition I was selling of a book it didn't recognize that. It wouldn't assign a value to it although it was a unique item. It has its limitations but otherwise it does pretty much what you would expect although with a little research you probably would be fine without it
I love it, but it could make some improvements
I love that I can do two photos where a lot of apps only have you do one. That means I can take a picture of the item and then take a picture of a mark specifically or signature. Or simply get the top in the bottom. I think it gives a more realistic viewpoint of pricing most of the time. I always triangulate via a few apps. I also like that I can mark what I paid for it if I chose to purchase the item. And I can look back on that. Especially since some of the items I purchased will be going into the store that I’m opening. However, there is a lack of recognition of artists and brands. Google lens will pick up that it’s a specific brand or artist curio also will acknowledge and know an important maker whereas this app seems to be missing that information. I hope this helps. I still recommend it to people.
Scam
Accidentally renewed the annual subscription and would not refund me.
Good potential but too slow
I initially liked the app but the more I used it the slower it seemed to get. The comparables weren’t even the right items. Trying to use for thrifting quickly became impossible as it took too long to evaluate an item. The app also ended up causing my battery life to be used up faster due to the high processing needs. I’m disappointed this didn’t work for me. Great idea but poor execution.
Was great the first day
Worked wonderfully the first day. Once I purchased the subscription I cannot get the thrift store price and folders to save.
Knowing value things
I’m excited to use this apt
Do not do it
They charge you even if you cancel the free trial. Scam artist. Tried to get a refund they won’t even respond. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP. I’ll be reviewing elsewhere so people know !!
Subscription cost
I couldn’t find any information on how much the subscription was - so i deleted my account. Transparency on the cost would be great.
Waste of time
If you’re willing to pay the annual subscription before trying this app, it might be decent but it makes you go through a five minute survey only to make you sign up for a subscription before even trying it. If it was that great, I’m thinking they would let you try it first at least a few times before subscribing. I’d also be fine with paying for a subscription if I knew that ahead of time but what I hate is wasting five minutes taking a survey only to realize I’m not even able to try the app without paying for it. Minus 3 stars for wasting my time.
AWESOME
I’m a casual thrifter doing it mostly as a pastime. I’m sure it will be much more fun and maybe profitable.
SCAM
I canceled this subscription and it still charged me! When i went to contact them, it said they will ignore subscription/refund emails.
Mr

App issue
I have been trying multiple time to complete the registration in the app and it keeps on bugging when i try to add my credentials and complete de configuration. I get a network error. Something on your end went wrong please try again later. I tried using Apple and also Google. Both gives the same results. Which is removing time from my 3 day trial. When Will that issue be fixed? I did not want to write it in a review but I did not find any other place.

I’ve never taken the time to value what I’m looking at. With this new app I’m looking forward to finding treasures.
Horrible
The app compares provided pictures to items that are nothing like what was provided. FYI, even if you try to cancel the day they charge you, you cannot contact anyone to get a refund. A total waste of money.

Will trick you to pay more!!! DON'T Bother
I've never write reviews on apps I installed but this one. I saw an ad about the app, installed it. Tried to for couple days(free trial) before it expires I cancelled it BUT they offered me $19.99 for yearly subscription (I know what I've read) so I took and subscribed. Then days later I got notified, guess what I'm paying $39.99 I was so shocked! I have no idea that's how they steal money from people. The good thing is my debit card don't have enough balance to cover it (I don't put money in it for security reason and this was the number one reason) so it was declined 4 times! "DON'T BOTHER INSTALLING THIS APP". It's not even great. You'll thank me later.
Retired Trucker
I look forward to making a find and enjoying the experience while at it.
They will charge regardless of canceling!
I download the app and it wasn’t for me so I canceled my three day trial the same day! I was still charged!

Won’t b disappointed
Does not work!
I wanted to try an app to look up some older items worth. I got roped into a subscription to try it out. That should never be the case. You should have at least 1 day to test it. I requested a refund. Beware of this app!
Great App
Saves time and money…love it
Garbage
Want my $20 back. These appraisals are so stupid. Go back to safari or google AI for free
The the update on App
When I first got the app I was having problems connecting to eBay and wasn’t working but since an update I love this App they fixed the bugs and it works smoothly
Thrift AI
Only good for clothes. Useless to me. Not as advertised!
