Если ты не гражданин Армении, но являешься резидентом, живешь тут 15 лет, у тебя есть кредитная история в ИХ ЖЕ банке, у тебя ип, квартира то ты можешь брать кредит но пользоваться безпроцентным my pay не можешь

Շատ ուշ է ցույց տալիս գործարքները։ Կցանկանայի, որ գոնե 2-3 ժամում թարմանար տեղեկատվությունը։ Մնացած ամեն բան շատ հարմար է, առանց մոբայլ բանքինգ շատ վատ կլիներ, մնում է բարելավեք այդ կետը։

Every now and then the text is not accepted, have reported this to them months ago
Paid service instead of free
The fact that their other app always lags and this is their only good product and they CHARGE you for using it speaks volumes. The app itself is great, but charging customers simply just to transition to myameria is ridiculous.

App down time happens very often, bank not providing any health-check information endpoints, and at least once a week having down times

Приложение устаревшее и неудобное. Как пользоваться - непонятно, даже с элементарными операциями типа перевода на свой собственный счет не получается разобраться самостоятельно. Обновите, пожалуйста, приложение.

Manually entering token
No way to copy the code from AmeriaToken. I have to generate and type the code manually. No way to approve more than one transactions at once. No support email, just a page that shows 404!

Not worth it
It’s ridiculously difficult to navigate and it never shows accurate information. The balance is never updated so I never know how much money I have in my card.

After the upgrade of the application I've done "Loan Scheduled Payment " but it understood as "Prepayment of principal", even though the check is for Loan Scheduled Payment. P.S. Please upgrade that UI 😞

Much better than that junky and buggy MyAmeria app, which frankly needs a serious redesign. Much more stable and well designed in both visual and UX aspects. I guess this is the same app platform which Byblos bank also has. So I can suggest some improvements for this app. Please make a single overview to quickly check all the accounts and cards balances. I need to make a new transfer every time or swipe through the cards only to check all the balances. Also the credit card interest rates are missing.

Արքա-ից գումար եմ փոխանցում նույն պահին Ամերիա և մեկ այլ բանկի քարտին.. ամերիայի բանկինգ եմ մտնում ցույց չի տալիս հասանելի մնացորդը, բայց մյուս բանկի օնլայն բանկինգը ցույց է տալիս: 5. Ծրագրի ընդհանուր վճարում կատարելու ֆունկցիան շատ դանդաղ, անհարմար է...
Horrible UI
In terms of security this is the best mobile banking in Armenia so far. However, the UI is just horrible! It’s not user friendly at all, and it never shows me the real amount I have on my account. Hire better developers

Worst user experience
Congratulations! Because you had one of the most frustrating user experiences I’ve experienced in an app! To understand how to login, get a password, get a token, know what was a serial number and activation code, we had to go to the bank to have it explained in person what went where after trying to figure it out ourselves. Shouldn’t apps explain how this works? And even after logging in and thinking I understood I would get locked out because I didn’t remember which password was for token and which one for the actual app, the process was confusing! Please hire another user experience designer who can make this process easy for the user. Until then I will be with another bank.
Overall Bad
This app is the most secure app in the Armenian mobile banking market because it is the only one using VASCO. Nevertheless all other functionality and the UI are horrible. What Ameria needs is to create a new usable mobile app, but, of course, with VASCO as well. I have problems on Iphone 6s - the bank employee says that I should update to ios 13 even though it says in Appstore that this app supports ios 11.

Much better after the latest update, you can just disable MyAmeria and forget about it like it never existed.

The app is useless! I had 1000$ on my account i spent it all 5 days ago yet my balance is still 1000$

Emails in mailbox is not shown correctly. And the amount of money is Not updated more than 5 days. But overall this app is a good one, please keep updating an fix the bugs. Thanks
