Online identification doesn’t work
Don’t waste your time by downloading the app or thinking this app actually works. It doesn’t! The staff wasn’t much help either, only suggested to go to the bank

After the app was updated, there were some changes that felt a little off but now it’s great.

Super easy to use and secure. Paying bills and transferring money takes just seconds, and the design is super clean. Updates keep making it better. Definitely recommend!
Monstrosity
Horrendous conditions for non-citizens. Buggy app. Non-functioning incoming transfers. Non-functioning transfers using links (404). Non-functioning linked cards.

I've never seen a mobile banking app with a design like this before. Truly sets a new standard for banking apps!
Worst ux/ui, fire your designer
How can you show in the app that the card is blocked when you have frozen it because there was no service charge for the month! Fire your designer, because of him the user does not realise that the card is active. You realise that the user deletes the application thinking that the card is inactive and then you randomly at a convenient moment write off money for service! What the hell?

Это приложение – настоящий кошмар с точки зрения UX/UI. Интерфейс выглядит так, будто его разрабатывали люди, не имеющие ни малейшего представления о дизайне. Кнопки неинтуитивные, цвета раздражают, а шрифты такие, что сложно прочитать текст. Всё сделано настолько неудобно, что каждый раз возникает ощущение, что приходится выяснять, как просто совершить базовую операцию. Навигация запутанная, а структура интерфейса оставляет впечатление, что её вообще не продумывали. Похоже, что в приложении нет даже попытки понять, что нужно пользователю. Полное отсутствие вкуса и профессионализма. Это точно не то, что ожидаешь от серьёзного банковского сервиса. Особенно поразило поле ввода суммы в драмах — в разных разделах используются разные маски
