The worst banking app
This used to be one of the best online banking apps a few years ago. Now it has become one of the worst. Converting even a few thousand AMD to USD can take forever, authentication randomly fails, and worst of all, the app sometimes stops working at critical moments when you need to make an urgent payment, putting you in a terrible situation. A banking app needs to be reliable above everything else, and unfortunately, this one no longer is. I would strongly recommend avoiding it.

After new update it is impossible to write to support. Screen just freezes when trying to write message. Fix it please.

I use 4-5 bank apps on a regular basis, Ineco’s is the most intuitive and easy to use!

Session expiration probelm
The best app, but recently i have noticed that the app has no session expiration, which is absolutely not acceptable for fintech app and reduces security level

Banking design looks old but works compared to other banking apps. Application has no update for several months I am not sure do you implement scrum/agile or anything else, I hope with next update you will roll out cancel deposit feature for now I had to write to support for cancellation, if you need money faster consider other banks which online banking has deposit cancellation Their one click loan is faster then canceling deposit which is absurd But when you understand that for bank it is much profitable to sell loans then allow you to cancel deposit everything becomes clear.
INECO HAS ITS OWN PROCESSING SYSTEM
I recently replaced MyAmeria with InecoMobile, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. InecoMobile is easily one of the best banking apps in Armenia. Unlike MyAmeria and other apps that rely on the ArCa processing system, Ineco uses its own in-house processing. This makes a huge difference — the app runs flawlessly, without the constant “technical issues” that seem to pop up every week on other platforms.
Utility bills payments is terrible
The entire app ui/ux design is well outdated. The bookmarking mechanism is a mess! i cannot add new record to the list nor i can remove anything from the existing list, i cannot compose proper payment groups
App crashes after upgrading to 2.7.8
Hello, the app is great itself. However it keep closing when I try to open it on iPhone6 iOS 12.5.6 Please either resolve the problem or send me a new iPhone.
Payoneer constant issues
Horrible app for withdrawing money from Payoneer. My experience with this banking app has been very disappointing in connection with Payoneer. Payoneer account details not recognized, constantly asking to link my already linked account. Looking for other options.
Internal transfers
Why i cannot transfer the cents in between my accounts? I literally hate seeing some leftovers like .09$ remaining on my account i prefer to have them in a single place but i cannot move funds lower than .1$ PLEASE IMPROVE THIS

Good but I want more important features
1. Transactions view: Add Auth Code to the transactions right now they are only available in SMS notifications or history Add the possibility of seeing all purchases made to a particular merchant by filtering directly in the chosen transaction 2. Add the possibility of seeing the list of online merchants to which the card is attached and a way to remove the card from them without needing to write to the bank. 3. Add a possibility to restrict specific card transactions, such as all internet purchases, all contactless payments, payments on riskful websites (casino, bets, and so on), all international payments, or international payments on a country level. 4. Possibility to close a card (not block, but close without a need to write to support) 5. Possibility to view and change the pin code of the card Possibility to receive Push-notifications for transactions made by card (right now, SMS is the only option, and for some cards, it is a paid service) 6. Add the possibility to send money directly to cards outside of Armenia (many banks have this option, for example, evoca, acba) 7. Even though the app is in English, many parts of the app are not localized for example Transactions: the sender’s name is often in Armenian (unless it is a SWIFT transfer). Still, all banks have the names of the account holders in English/Latin, and it would be much more convenient to see the names of the senders in English when the English version of the app is in use. 8. Transfers between own accounts are shown as income from Inecobank CJSC. It would be more logical to state that they are transfers between own accounts and, when tapping on the transaction, see the name and number of the account where the money came from. Similar changes should be made to the outgoing account. 9. Payment and withdrawals in other currencies are not transparent. I only see the amount in AMD. Upon tapping on the transaction, I would also like to see the amount paid in the payment currency 10. Add the possibility to filter transactions by transfers between own accounts (show/hide) Payment to the state budget (show/hide) 11. Add possibility to search by name, amount 12. Add the possibility to remove people from inecofriend (by holding on to the name or icon, for example) 13. Swift Payments are not available in the app. Please add them Add the possibility of closing accounts without needing to write to the bank 14. Add the possibility for each account and card to see the chart of spent funds by category (each merchant has a merchant code, and the bank can determine what the transaction is for, for example, grocery, gas for car, utilities, and more. It was possible to see at former ArCa app until it was deleted 15. Make it possible to round up card transactions and send them automatically to the savings account; it is a very useful and helpful way available in many banks worldwide.
The best mobile banking in Armenia
I’ve never seen something even close to this app. Inecobank online solutions are the best. Great work!! Keep rocking!!
Honestly, I expected more
A lot of bugs and lagging. I switched from another mobile banking app, and I can clearly see big difference. I've been using this for two days and it's so annoying. And the app interface itself is not intuitive

Do you even QA??
Being the top in the region is unfortunately in the past now. Don’t ruin what was working seamlessly before, instead just maintain what you have. Card transactions, regular ones, utility - everything is broken. Constantly test and don’t remove the “hidden conditions” 😉 Making poor decisions is now what drives this company - business app? Seriously?
Virtual cards
Overall the app is very good but 1. add a way to disable PAYLAYER and 2. Virtual cards minimum value for sms does not work, for any amount I get sms, please fix it Waiting for new features.

Не плохо но и нечем гордиться
2 года являюсь клиентом банка и ничего не изменилось в сайте и приложениях. Претензий к разработчикам нет, а вот к руководству есть рекомендация выделить в 5 раз больше денег на хорошую команду разработки. Если бы сделали это два года назад, уже бы отбили затраты.

Giving 1 star for waiting for hours my online currency conversion to be approved. Even for very small amounts

Actually, it's a great app, but the previous version was better than the current version. I don't like that every screen opens like a popover because it glitching.
