No CarPlay?
Does the phone app not support Apple CarPlay?
Beware!
They can’t even offer an Apple CarPlay feature. They also haven’t updated this application in 2 years but expect people to pay to use it.
Previous problems resolved
Good app, now works as expected. Previous problems resolved!
Update maps
The maps have not been updated since the fourth quarter of 2022. December 1, 2022 I have notice thetr are no maps for United States of America. When are you issue maps for the United States of America cause right now there are new iOS maps for the United States of America. 8/19/2022 The maps needs updating. They are almost eight months old. 2/28/2022 I have sent several emails on the traffic feature in the IGO navigation app for iOS. that’s not working. It does not announce traffic. I have announced traffic option set in settings but it still doesn’t work and it doesn’t let me know if there’s traffic congestion ahead. I hope someone would answer this email. I’ve been sent an email for months it seem as if no one is responding. This is very poor customer service. 12/27/2021 z this company has not update its maps in over a year. It also has not updated the app. Has the company stopped supporting the iOS app. 4/28/2022. App does not have car play support. Also, no one answers emails. Impossible to get support from their web site or emails. Very poor customer service. App has not been updated in over a year. Not even the android version. I guess the company doesn’t care about people buying it. 9/20/2024. Your app has not been updated in almost year. When is your company going to update it? If not, it needs to be removed from the app store.
Actualizar
La aplicación es muy buena pero deben actualizar, tiene muchos errores.
Problem
После обновления iOS 17 - не запускается приложение. Свою на автобане и не знаю куда ехать.
A lot of free app
Think positive There’s hundreds free applications.
No visible maps
Maps purchased and installed but I do not see any maps. Does not work. Was trying on different phones. But before it was really good app was being used a lot.
iOS 17
Не работает после обновления на iOS 17, ремонтируй, за что деньги плачены были?
Steve
Come on let’s have it on car play.
Much better now!
I gave igo a one star review a few years ago and they deserved it. They have since fixed the show stopper issues on the app display itself and the horrible audio on the vehicle Bluetooth. Their recent release has fixed all that. I have a lot of different navigation apps and iGO is my favorite amongst all of them.
I like this navigation, but …
I like this navigation, but after updating to iOS 17, it stopped workin.

Does not work on iOS 17
Does not work on iOS 17. A lot of problems for that kind of money
Could be amazing
Maps and routes are good even on smaller screen have lots of clear information but. 1.Traffic information are not so great or is something wrong with my subscription but i can’t check this because… 2.App support page link to contact doesn’t work at least on ios 3. “You may be approaching a dangerous situation in … m . Consider the restrictions and avoid this part of the route . Expect delivery “. This pop up msg will take whole screen and you will need to tap on it to accept every time igo will try to reroute. 4. Some reason will direct you towards low bridge instead of 7.5t restriction I didn’t meet anyone who was able to accomplish that successfully but apparently is better . On top of this you will not be able to see a map because of pop up msg about restrictions will cover whole screen and will pop up again after each turn junction etc. while app will try you redirect in to a bridge 5. Doesn’t looks like it’s supported anymore ( maybe im wrong ) 6. Every time when you change a phone or reinstall map, restore purchase is a nightmare ,with lots off errors . To add everything up some stuff is bad but maps are amazing giving you lots information . Will give 6out of 5 if they fix pop up msg , traffic and few other minor issues.
Excellent satnav for Motorhome
Used all over Europe the last few years in our Motorhome without any problems. Graphics and instructions very good. Takes a while to get the best out of it, but it’s well worth the effort. I’ve tried most satnav apps but iGo is the best for me.
Not working when replacing the phone, I could not restore the purchased options
Not working charge phone maps not working
iOS 17
Thank you for fast action

IPhone Maps needs updated The application does not work on iPhone 12 pro max I paid money and the app doesn't work
Horrible iOS app
Maybe iGO was a good navigator back in Stone Age but as a modern iOS app it’s a total mess. Only a single day trial? I needed just 30 minutes to delete it. UI is terrible: it took me several of those 30 minutes to find out how to get back to main menu after I moved and scaled the map. 🤯 Online search as a paid option? Seriously, at this time? Does Google not exist in your reality?🤷♀️ And the last thing for me was the impossibility to paste in the search field. Why? What’s the problem with that? Also coordinates. One has either to remember them or to write down on a piece of paper and then enter manually using their special keyboard 🤦🏻♂️
Truble
His crashed when I try to start app
No Car Play support
I will give it 5 star when Car play support is available !
Worked fine until today. Error 108.
I have use this app often on for quite a while, and I paid for the North American package and traffic. Today, I received a notice that my traffic package had expired. That makes sense. It’s been a while since I purchased it. So I tried to re-purchase it. Error 108. After attempting to do this a couple of times, I decided that I would delete the app and reinstall it to see if that would make a difference. Now I can’t even restore the old maps I had. Any attempt to purchase an item results in an error 108. The app is now useless.
Відновлення з магазину(recovery from the store)
Я обновив iPhone до 11 pro, щоб відновити попередні покупки необхідно це зробити у тій же wifi мережі де робили ропереднє завантаження/ I upgraded my iPhone to 11 pro , to restore previous purchases you need to do it on the same wifi network where you did the preload!
Don’t think you’ll download and get moving; need to buy maps
Not a good app
Not working
Hi. I’m update to IOS 17 and after nothing work. Not work on tablet and phone
Not long ago
I use to sing this app praises. That was before the past 2 days of looking for a GPS signal. Well 2 days and counting . It’s a good thing that I still had a free app to use or I might have been in trouble since this paid one can’t seem to find out where I am . I mean honestly it’s a navigation app . I’m not saying I don’t care for the directions or anything like that it can’t even tell me where I am the phone is able to other app can . I would think that’s something that would work without fault . This use to be my default go to app
Pricing themselves out of the game
I've used various versions of this o er the years and it's excellent. Very sad to see that their pricing structure is losing the plot. It's up against the likes of tomtom, also an excellent satnav, which offers a years worldwide use for £12.
I Downloaded But no maps how to make it work?
Any idea?
???
Why do I see only a map of Australia to download?
Great map but....
Please make map more closer view on iphone plus. Please please. Thank you for your excellent job.
Went down the hill
Do to developers greediness a great app is just business. Once purchased you have little support but lot of bugs... Had the old version as well which I believe was better.just use Google Maps for FREE
Post codes!!!
Excellent map and sat nav... but can’t find addresses in UK when use just post code. Useless in UK.
iphone x Max
Please make an update for iPhone X max run slowly and is not on all the screen the picture
Igo primo

Mr
Maps need some updates, also voice guidance need work on it as on highway it only announced the exit with 100 yards before to left and it is so inconvenient as you need always check the screen avoid missing the exit..good app overall 👍
iPhone C
It works with many bags on iPhone X
Dated
The UI feels almost like it was pulled from an old school center dash touchscreen interface. Even with typing, the characters take a second to register. The menus are not very intuitive and they feel monotonous to navigate. My nuvi 2598 is snappier. The program simply does not take advantage of your phones interface. It does take considerably less space to download larger maps. Just under two gigs for the whole US. However nothing feels optimized for smartphone use. What really kills the app is it’s price. Updates are very infrequent in terms of the app itself, Maps are fine but the app should be updated more regularly. For 12.99 a year I get wayyy more functionality with TomTom Go. It’s more fluid and optimized for a smartphone. The maps are much larger, 10 gigs to 2 gigs for the US, but you get way more functionality for less money per subscription period. If the subscription fee were to drop, id consider changing my review.
Great product and support
Having used the app in many European countries and being very happy about it, especially with complicated road and lane changes I had to get support after an unrelated phone issue. This is normally when you find out what is what and firstly response was within a few hours and a few emails later all was sorted, hence this review.
disappointed!!!
I got the impression that you cheated me !!! I bought your program back in 2016 with the hope of getting a program with updates and additional functionality for that money (since I once used an android hacked version (inherited from the previous owner)), if nothing will not change then i can only wish you and your team to feel the same !!!
Updated. A Good Start. Now have problems with 1.1 version
Update. I was advised to remove the app and reinstall everything. That was quite a task but it did work. Now back to having all my maps recognised. Original Review - I was quite happy with the new app, but since I updated to the latest version 1.1 although it recognises my previous purchases after installing the maps and restarting it doesn't recognise that I have maps installed. So now it is completely useless
Old maps
It uses 2016Q4 maps in 2018. For a £30 package, I would expect something more recent.
Map is great
Map is great - I’m a HGV driver - no better maps are available - great for UK as well as European! however if you upgrade your iPhone - there is issue with support - I had to pay for app again- contacted support team - they just ignored me - I lost about 200 saved locations as well as money.
Loved It
I don’t know about worldwide navigation but as far US navigation is concerned I loved it! I trust it way better to choose my cycling routes than Google Maps itself!
Ripoff
Seen that reviews were bad and people had purchased maps and only to not work a few months later. Well I found out the same thing here is sit with money spent on an app I really liked that does not work anymore. AWESOME
Great but with issues
Saw this reviewed in Which who gave it a good review so was surprised to see negative comments. Having tried it free for 1 day I was found good graphics, mapping & lane guidance. I would buy it but it doesn't allow you to choose sounds through the iPhone speaker. I use iPod for music so don't use Bluetooth to connect phone. Other apps give option.
HGV ????????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sat nav is quite good compared to another but no Europe truck &caravan pack at IGO NAVIGATION shop - as it described in AppStore- popular in app purchases description ADD IT PLEASE I'LL BUY ALL EUROPE PACKAGES
Purchase
I have changed my phone and I want to put the maps that I have purchased in my new phone. How I can do that? Because I had paid already for them once and I don’t want to pay for the same thing twice. Hope we will find a way out from this! Thank you!
