Excellent and easy application, I like it
Doesn’t work☹️
The app hasn’t worked for at least six weeks. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it, but it just gets stuck on ‘ISAMs’ page. I don’t terribly like the app anyway, as it’s not intuitive and clunky, so the fact it’s now not working is probably an improvement!

Can’t login to either parent portal or child app
After repeated attempts, uninstalling and reinstalling we can’t get past the initial school code screen. Several of us are in the same position and getting a server can’t be contacted error message. (iPhone 14 and 16, latest OS)

About languages
It’s don’t comfortable for me, because language of my phone is Ukrainian, but app automatically choose for me russian version. And it’s not understand how to switch it on English version
Log in
The app would get more stars except for the login procedure. There doesn’t seem to be a reminder for updating your password so when it’s outdated you have to contact your administrator to give a temporary password, login using that and then change it. It’s a pain.

Terrible app never working and over complicated to navigate
Emails system needs refining
I use the email system to directly email teachers but I can’t see history of email traffic. So for the time being I have reverted to using the old way. Overall the app is well structured and will be great once these little things are ironed out.
Keeps logging out, no FaceID support
frustrating to have to keep logging in every time and it forgets your previous password then have to reset it, no FaceID support, just a hassle to use
Missing comms icon/button
I downloaded the app I’m very happy with how it works but the comms button is missing

Very well laid out, intuitive and no glitches so far.

Unfortunately this is one of the worse apps I have ever used, when being developed was there any understanding how schools and patents would use ?? Working in the technology industry, it is embarrassing how education is using technology and is pitifully woeful :(

I don’t like the look of it. It looks like raw data rather than a more sophisticated tab selection. I was prompted to update the App but then had to register all over again and of course I couldn’t remember my password!

Slow and pointless
Unable to navigate between multiple schools. Fail
It’s very helpful and it works
Does what it does and is a very useful tool indeed but navigation could be more intuitive
Latest update leaves you stuck on one child/school
This app generates gets a 4* review however since the most recent update it is either very unclear or not possible to transition between schools. My kids are at different schools and I frequently check both for updates. This used to be possible with a simple switch between schools which no longer seems possible - hugely frustrating, please fix asp.

Fantastic App
This is absolutely Brilliant as you can log in look at your Child’s timetable, Credit points & latest update on school news! Also it’s great to be able to email Teachers back on the app too. Thank you 😊

I don’t like this app
It isn’t clear- I feel like an archeologist digging for information. The school needs to send an email to say what are the news on Isams. If Isams was clearer, the school wouldn’t nee do do that. We need all our child’s school reports to be under « your child » for starters, then we need a news per year structure. Eg: Year 10 news, Year 7 news. Under these sections, no news if there are none. Then we need to be able to arrange things through the app without having to go to the portal.

Useless app very frustrating
Poor performance and accessibility
The app has to date logged me out then wouldn’t let me back in saying my password was wrong, yet the same password logged me onto the PC based platform. I have been given a connection error message numerous times, yet my device as internet access as I other apps are being used at the same time without an issue.

Though I have selected DESC but App shows DESS comms also. Can’t this be fixed so I only see DESC related . Thx

Hard to find things
Poor layout and navigation. Very hard to find letters that the school say they’ve uploaded. End up just clicking on everything in the hope that I’ll find it.
Could be better
Lots of data lose issues and logging out. Great concept but needs more tweaking to make it a 4 or better
I'm excited to use iParent
Although we're just at the outset of the academic year. The app seems to be a considerable addition to Raha international school communication system. I'm excited about this enhancement.
Error messages keep popping up
I keep getting data error when I log in and click my kids name. Tried reinstalling the app several times but it is just the app issue. On a computer I can still see all info.

New app update facing problems. App automatically shuts down. Plz fix the bugs.

Would be great if it saved passwords so I didn’t have to log in every time. Sometimes throws me out for no reason.

Push notifications won’t turn on. When I go to the help and feedback functions these don’t work either.

Unable to transfer meetings, date, appointment on iCal.
The app
It’s not great but perhaps the school doesn’t use it to its full capability. I have two children one in King’s Hall and one in King’s College, you can only access the details of my son in King’s College and not the details of my daughter at King’s Hall. If you could get her her details as well as my sons, this would be excellent! Otherwise it is great!
