Really good
I have recently began working within Early years and have found your resources to be very useful, theres a balance of resources and useful knowledge, and i have found generally the membership is kore than worth it for all you access!
Printing very difficult
I can’t download
Its 🤨😒 ok I guess!mostly poor no affence :/
Well first you need a member for downloading I mean why Second you need to pay for the member I am not wasting money on an app and it is like you need to sign in on safari and the app Third I need it for free everything is expensive enough٫i need to print stuff out for my kids work so they don't just play they have a really hard test it got mixed worth year 6 and they are just doing it do you know how hard it is to teach them sooooo it is so hard you should try people go school and enoy there teachers when there home and I learning they anoy there parents just give it free no one wants to pay
Not optimised for iPad
I was looking forward to using the app in the hope the subscription would be available through Apple/App Store, which makes for a frustrating experience given there are no resources available free (or at least it’s not obvious where these are). The app is also not well optimised for modern iPad use, offering only a vertical mode, when it seems straightforward for the developers to add a horizontal mode for those of us with keyboards attached.
Can no longer use the app in horizontal mode!
Why can I no longer use this app horizontally? It is so frustrating as I use my iPad like a laptop, I have used this app horizontally for 5 years and now every time I open it I have to detach my iPad from my keyboard and use it portrait? Why!!!! Please change it back!!!
Teacher
Twinkle is the best in terms of tailored made ready to use resources for busy teachers!
Horrible app
No resources scammed me and takes money out for no reason
Excellent app
Excellent app
How to u subscribe after free trial
I love the app, and used to pay for it. But I find it expensive now, so I only did free trial and want to cancel the subscription, but don’t know how. I was told at the free trial that an email will be sent to me before the free trial finished, but I haven’t received any email.
No option for new sign-up
Installed this on my iPad to try this out but there is no option for new sign up, sign-in.
So easy to use
Amazing, thorough resources. The app makes saving and downloading a breeze
Wasn’t able to enjoy this app
Downloaded the app, but it goes straight into username/password without letting me to create one. How to login if there’s no facility to create the account? Not sure, what to do unfortunately, wasted my time.
Good for home edders
Very nice materials. Great price. Website a bit difficult to navigate
Problem in logging
M trying to log in but they say u have already account but then they give me made new account and when I try to make it again they say problem occurred 😞
Curriculum 2.0 Victoria anecdotal notes with pre-filled
Curriculum 2.0 Victoria anecdotal notes with pre-filled content that include simple language and elaborations so we can make quick notes on the go but niot just the strand. Needs all the steps in between to help understand each point.
Great resources for Tutors and parents
Been using Twinkl for a couple of years now it’s always great to come back to fur resources as a Tutor
Downloading
It won’t let me open the download
Twinkl
What if you were a teacher who could not afford to pay for twinkl PowerPoints? What if there was a perfect PowerPoint for a lesson but it is for unlimited members? I don’t think you should pay for twinkl in general because there is enough for a teacher of any sort to pay for.
Resources are great, app is not
Whilst the resources are really helpful for teaching my child. The app is not very good. It’s difficult to find, save and print. I think they could really benefit from going back to basics and redesign the UX from ground up.
Subscription
Hi wgen I try to open a book on the app it says update subscription, so where must I do that?
Cool stuff!
Literally everything I need is on here unfortunately I don’t have a printer :(
Disappointing refund policy
I cancelled my Twinkl subscription within the 48-hour refund window stated in their cancellation message, yet they refused to issue a refund. Instead, they claim I should have made a “separate” refund request — something that was not clearly communicated during the cancellation process. Very disappointing and misleading. Be careful — cancelling your membership doesn’t guarantee your money back. Poor customer service, and I won’t be using this platform again.
Happy
This platform is great but it takes a little bit of time to find what l want but apart from that it’s just amazing!
Ok so
It is really good but when you first see it it is blurry until you download it and print it out but yeah and I haven’t printed out anything yet so I’m not rly sure
I don’t like it!
So I had Twinkl a LONG time ago and it worked perfectly but for some reason I go on Twinkl and it says I have to sign in and I did like a hundred times but it does not work please help I need Twinkl for my students! Thank you!
James
Good
Horrible
You literally have to pay for it please just make it free again
Stuck
No matter how many times I try to put a username/email or a password I can not ge into the app
Read
I’m not impressed by this
Upgrade
Parents shouldn’t have to pay or upgrade to be able to print out educational prints for our children... Learning should be free
Amazing
Amazing but the only problem is you have to pay a subscription every month, but it’s not much of a problem. Five stars.
Poor App
I didn’t subscribe to this and yet I had £170 ish go out of my account and app doesn’t even work!! Not happy
Good for kids
As me a kid it is very good to learning. Now I am ready for my tests coming up soon!
Handy but flawed
Pros: - No unzipping and storing files awkwardly. It’s simple to download and use resources. - All downloads are kept on the app which makes them easily accessible and organised Cons: - The ‘home’ and ‘new to you’ pages are NEVER updated. This means in order to see new resources or get any inspiration you have to go to the website. - The search function isn’t as good as the website so it’s easier to search via the website and copy the exact wording for the resource to the app (if you need to download it this way). - It’s quite limited compared to the website. - Resources aren’t organised in any way, it’s just free-searching which again, doesn’t work too well. - When you do download a multi-resource file (what would of been zipped on the website), nothing is organised into folders like it would be with zipped folders. E.g. if you download a unit, the download is a disorganised list of resources. This makes it hard to figure out what resource matches which lesson etc.
I got twinkl and it said to log in, but I didn’t have an account already! So how could I create an account if there was no sign up option?
I love this game eight times xx
Xxxxxx is my favorite my med favorite
Pointless
The website itself is a great resource, but they haven’t optimised it for phone at all. On the website you as able to click on the resources to preview them to see if you want to download them, whereas this doesn’t have the option, so you have to download’ them first just to see if you actually want them. Then half the time when you try it says ‘sorry we couldn’t find that to download it’ 🙄
So good
I love it
Can’t sign up
I just downloaded it and there is no option to signup, it only says login
About how twinkl is
I love twinkl because it has lots of different Colouring, charts and lots of things
Not really much point to this app
Twinkl should either make this full functioned, or retire and make the website work better on mobile devices.
Can’t access U.S. content on app
On the website, I can search by country (United States), but on the app, everything seems to be Canada/UK/Aus English. So everything is spelled different or uses different words than in the US, and I haven’t found a way to change this to the English we use. I wish the app had a way to change this so I could search for and print content for my American kids. I upgraded to full access, so I am disappointed that I can’t find many resources that work for us. I overall love Twinkl, just not the app.
ALWAYS LAGGING AND BAD FOR TEACHING IF YOU ARE IN A RUSH
Now when I got this app on my laptop it lagged a lot though my students were in rush to get to lunch because of that . Then when it finally loaded it gone back to the loading screen .It was soooo dumb if you are in the uk thought I fink this will be good for you but if u you teach in 🇨🇦 then don’t get this only if you want to waste 40 minutes waiting 💔💔💔🙄
Refreshing
It is fantastic to see such variety. It sparks interest

Rubbish sorry
Please fix the bug.
I have had my account for a while and absolutely love it! However recently it’s been playing up a lot. It freezes, logs me out constantly when I try to search anything. Please fix the bug.
Confusing to use!!
