ずっと何年も楽しくこのゲームをしていました その間に一度動作の不具合がありましたが問い合わせをしたところ、すぐに対応していただきました 先日、同じ不具合が起こったので問い合わせをしましたが一週間を過ぎてもなおらないため、再度問い合わせました その後一ヵ月以上経ちましたが、不具合は治らないまま、お返事もありません 残念です

I was expecting this game to be fun and cute in color kind of like the untitled goose game. Im colorblind and this game does not sustain the colors that I can see, which is disappointing. I was expecting it to be like the untitled goose game but no! What do I receive? A horribly colored game which prices are crazy expensive in in-game payments! So disappointing. You should also make updates! Like wtf!

A money pit
If you really want to be able to “play” this game you have to spend money. Even when you have “rubies” that you won in-game you cannot spend them to buy shells which are 100% necessary to move forward in the game. This means very quickly the game becomes stagnant and you can’t progress without paying money for it. The Moomins would be ashamed :( do not download this game and do not get your kids play it, very quickly they’ll start asking for the credit card number to keep spending real money in exchange for fake money in the game.
Calming game to unwind to
Great game and I like the music only didn’t get 5 stars because of the constant pushiness to buy stuff

ここ2週間くらい広告動画が見れず、ゲームが円滑に進められません。WiFi切り替えてみたり電源を切ってみたりと色々試したけど現状変わってないです。 これではイベントも進めづらいしイライラするので早く直してください。
ちらほら歯痒い
基本は面白い。毎日コツコツ資材を貯めて、お出かけやパーティでドサっと消費するのが快感です。 ただ、ビンゴの内容(期間中毎日宝箱を開けても達成できない数を要求される)やお出かけの材料(まだ解放していないものを要求される)など細かな部分で不便です。 ビンゴの内容変更する為の動画がずっと準備中で再生されないバグもあります。

I enjoy this game so lovely but since yesterday I've required update every time I try to use and sometimes fail which is a little annoying me but perhaps can't be helped?

動画を見ると宝箱を開けたり、ビンゴの内容を変更できるんですけど動画が見れません。『準備中』『再起動して』と出るんですが再起動しても見れないのがストレス。度々アプデするなら直してほしい。

もう随分長い事無課金でプレイしています。ある程度のレベルまで時間はかかるし、毎週なんらかのイベントがあるので、ゆっくりまったりとはいきません。辞めるタイミングを完全に逃したプレイヤーですが、最近の動画再生できない問題は、やっぱりルビー消費で課金に誘導なんかな、と思っています。広場デコは手に入れられないものが経年で増えてます。かなりゲームを進めないとわかんないんだけど。こんなんで新規加入増えるんかな？

nice but its got its issues
moomin is adorable and i like the game. the problem is it keeps making me download the same update almost every time i open it. every time i have to wait for it to download the same 95 mb download!? so i deleted the app and had saved my code to get back into my account. but then it wouldnt let me back in. so i had to start all over again. i dont know if im the only one with this issue but its rather frustrating and makes me not want to play the game. :(( please fix this if the developer sees this or has a solution?

expensive
I started playing this game because a friend recommended this to me, it’s a great addition to my cozy games (animal crossing pocket camp, cats n soup, hungry hearts 2) and also because I like Moomin. But… this game is expensive. Takes too long to craft, plant, and everything you need to fix to expand has a high price and needs huge amount of shells or red coins. So nope, not gonna do another money grabbing game. I reached level 18 but I had to buy the red coins pack 5x because I just could not progress without topping up. And that is it. I’m letting this game go and will stick to the ones I’ve mentioned above. Sad because I really liked it. The only great thing is it does not have a lot of ads, once in every 8 hrs or so.

I play this on my iPad almost religiously but I can’t seem to play it on my iPhone. The intro video plays over and over and it never stops. It doesn’t go into the game at all. Please fix. Otherwise 5 stars.

I love Moomin, I love this game, but there are some flaws.
I’ve been playing this game for a few months now, so here are my thoughts: (1. the game progresses VERY slowly. (2. You don’t get a large reward for completing quests, for example, you can spend 10,000 shells to buy a quest required item but only get 230 shells as a reward for completion. (3. It doesn’t feel worth producing all those items for a ‘Party’ (with just ONE guest btw) when they barely reward you with anything. A lot of items take A LONG TIME to make, then you’re just wasting them for a character’s affection to go up 20+ (4. It takes a very long time to accumulate gems naturally without spending real money, which leads me to my BIGGEST GRIPE: I earned over 900+ gems and decided to spend it on a limited shop item. I wanted a flower lamp, but instead I got a different item 3 TIMES IN A ROW. The first pull was discounted for 100 gems, then you had to pay 300. IT WAS NOT WORTH IT. I’m very angry about the fact that it gave me THREE OF THE SAME THING AND NOT EVEN A DIFFERENT ITEM. That whole situation is the reason why I’m finally writing this review. I absolutely would’ve given this game 4-stars because I love the coziness and simplicity of it. I love seeing all my favorite characters walk around and interact with objects. But the game is too slow and you can’t get everything you want without spending money.
Very calming
Average farming game, slow at times, but overall very nice
GLITCH
I wanted so badly to love this game, BUT I can’t even play it! I open the game and I can’t get past the opening scene. It just keeps playing on a continuous loop. I’ve tried everything, updating my phone, deleting the app and redownloading, closing out the app, I tried clicking on “App support” on the app’s page in the app store, but it takes you to a page in japanese on the app developer’s website. The page is all in japanese and it just a page with job postings. @ poppin games please fix this app I want to play it so badly
LOVE!!! but..
I LOVE this game. it’s super cute and super addictive and is really calming when i’m experiencing anxiety. the one thing i’d complain about is how hard it is to get shells. I need shells to buy things and the only way to get them is to achieve quests.. but i need to buy the things i need the shells for in order to achieve the quest. so then i’m just stuck ..

Well-rounded and addicting
I tend to play a lot of "idle town" games but this one is a stand out. The secondary currency that can be pay-to-play in other games is actually achievable by in-game quests and experience grinding without feeling impossible. The wait times are fair to the levels and match along with each other when you're making things in tandem. The lack of ads is honestly astounding. There's only one place to watch an ad and it only refreshes once every 10 hours. Amazing. I'm sure there's more that I'm forgetting but I can't recommend this game enough.

Addictive simulation game
This is the first simulation game I've not only got into, but become addicted too. Once you get to Level 20 though, it takes a long time to complete tasks without spending money.
‘updates’ everytime I open the game.
I want to start out by saying I truly love this game. It’s wonderful. However recently, for version 5.16, every time I go to open the app and play the game it makes me sit through the data download. Even though it says download for the update is complete, I’ve had to sit through the version 5.16 update like 10 times now. I’m not sure what’s going on but if it is resolved I will change my rating to 5 stars because other than this issue the app is beautiful and fun.

there is a humongous ratio between the time and materials it takes to make items and get rewards, and extremely high prices for everything in the game, it is beyond the moneygrabbing of genshin or any gacha game. besides this, very cute animations and decorations

the animation for the very beginning loops endlessly. I love the moomins and would love to play this, but it doesn’t work at all. any tips? I’ve tried deleting it and redownloading it a few times.

Typical farming game but with Moomins!
Can't get through the tutorial
So happy when I found this, having grown up with Tove Jansson stories. Unfortunately, it's not possible to get through the tutorial without spending gems/rubies, the pay-to-play in game currency. As always on games like this, I was leaving it to run out the timer (10 minutes) to avoid spending them, but after 1 minute, the timer keeps resetting to 10. Annoying enough after having restarted and reinstalled the game a couple of times not to bother playing it, sadly.

Farm type game
If you like moomins and farm games then this will suit you. In app purchases are as usual ridiculously expensive - and at higher levels the number of shells & rubies required to progress is excessive IMHO. Good game but don't spend real cash on it
Loved it but ...
On Dec 10th I had to reset my phone. I backed it up before hand but everyday since I've tried to play Moomins & it's started me back to level 1. I had a username but it won't let me enter it! I spent money on rubies & had got to a good level. POPPIN GAMES WONT RESPOND TO EMAILS. I will happily edit this review when they help me.
Has a bug when you try and enter the moomin house :-(
Using iPad 9.3.3 On the tour of the moomins house there is a tour to show you how it works, but it locks up not allowing you to place a deco, which is a shame as getting into the moomins house should be a big part of the fun, Other than that it's a bit expensive with the in app purchases and keeps ramping up the cost to buy , and diffuclt to get the decoys and other things that look good. Nice try Love the moomins but this is not great
