Awesome app
I never leave home without my phone before a shift because I use my PEPID App every day!
Inappropriately charged
I canceled my subscription, but was still charged for the next year. I have reached out to PEPID support multiple times and no one has got back to me. So I am stuck with 300 bill that I will not be using. Completely unacceptable.
Update crashed
I’ve been using this for years. Today the new update has caused the program to crash Please update the update

Won’t update. Deleted and reinstalled. Now content will not download. Virtual paper weight. Have been using for years. Fix or I’m out.
An Old Friend
I have used PEPID for years. I decided to try another product as my POC reference in the ED. It was good, but sometimes over-inclusive, making it cumbersome in the heat of battle. The other product would frequently not have the immediately available treatment recommendations/protocols that I needed in the ED. PEPID much more ED friendly and useful. I’ve resubscribed even before the other subscription expired. I feel like I have reunited with an old friend. Keep up the good work PEPID!
Excellent information, dreadful app
While the database is excellent and useful, the app is embarrassingly out of date. For a $300USD/year subscription, you’d think the app would be optimised for a current iPhone and have a modern UI. I’m less and less likely to stick with Pepid long term when services like Therapeutic Guidelines offer a comparable service and a more refined, contemporary app.

Not bad. Seems to have declined over the years. Quick reference but lacks depth and breadth.
Unable to update since OS 12.1
Love the app but I can’t update since I got a new iPhone and downloaded 12.1. Please fix since I use it almost daily while at work. I’m getting a slow internet connection warning and then nothing. I’m connected to a 5G WiFi network that downloads everything else with no problem. I’ve even deleted the app and reloaded it. Normally I give 5 stars for this amazing app

Easy look up
Easy platform to look up. Wish these apps would help with misspelled words! Lately I’ve seen information missing and had to use another app for meds.
Not Worth It’s Price
The app has come in handy multiple times and is a decent resource, but for the price there are many issues. The search function is horrible. If you do not put in the exact words or how they have a condition or medication named it will not display. Most medications are not able to be searched by brand or generic name, which is extremely frustrating. The updates do not occur automatically and when you are updating you are unable to do anything else. When you get the app you have to pay for online access. UpToDate is all inclusive and has a comprehensive search option, you can use the app and the online resource, it includes CME with the price. All-in-all this resource is definitely not worth the price. A seemingly greedy company that does not keep information up to date.

The information and data within the app is wonderfully and concisely put. Simple sentences, no bull crap extraneous words. The missing Star is due to the fact we’re a year out from the iPhone X release, and the developers STILL HAVEN’T OPTIMIZED IT FOR THE OPHONE X SCREEN! Yes, it’s a big deal. The masses can understand being behind a few weeks or sometimes a month (which is still questionable...). But a whole year? Come on. The app itself is worth a third of an entire iPhone! It should optimized for it by now... ****yes, developers, I know it “works” on the iPhone X. I’ve been using it for months, hence the leverage to leave a review. I’m referring to “optimization”, not “compatibility”.****
Lifesaving ER buddy.
I have had this back up available to me for years and use it frequently to fine tune diagnostic workup as well as therapeutic efforts with certainty that I am doing the best for my patients.
Great application! Until the update
One of only 2 or 3 apps I use on every shift. Quick, easy and reliable....except the new update completely ruined it...the app is only on like 80% of my screen. 2 big black bars (one at je top and one at the bottom now) what happened?

Not optimized for newer iPhones
It is a shame that this app has not been optimized for new iPhones like the iPhone X or 11. Opening the app and seeing that the app doesn’t fill the full screen is annoying. Especially when these phones have been out for almost 2 years. We pay so much money to subscribe to this service!

I am always pleased when I refer to this app quickly and conveniently while working in a level 1 trauma center emergency room to confirm / double check all aspects of practice. This app is beyond resourceful it's a necessity.
