It's ok
Bad: Chlorophyll and current graphs aren't consistently update. Good: sea surface temps are usually pretty close. They also offer monthly payments where as Ripcharts makes you pay out an annual fee.
No Gulf of Mexico
No info on Gulf of Mexico. And only a selected region are available. Useless to me. Need my money back
San Pedro
Today water temp confirmed at 59 degrees. App stated three degrees warmer. Accurate information critical.

Expensive app. Never up to date on time

Good app. Only issue is when you are out on the water with no signal and try open the app you automatically get logged out. When you try log in again you obviously can’t within signal therefore it is good for prep but bad on the water

The app is easy to download and operate even for an old fu_<ker like me. Thanks for making fishing enjoyable again.

I love the features but am equally frustrated at how often the satellite imagery feature fails- often for weeks at a time.

Hit and miss
Unreliable, everyday you log in is a lucky dip to whether you can access the data or not. When it works it is great, however it’s common to log in and not be able to view the contents of the app due to bugs.
Fish Track for Offshore Fishing
Great way to find warm water and temperature breaks before heading out. Lat & longitude readings enable you to punch it right into your chart plotter
Billing dispute
Fish Track billed me for service but my account is not accessible as their change password function is not working. Hence could not cancel service. Tried their support function; got a 404 error. Was seeking some evidence that I have a contractual obligation. However they seem to have found a way to hold off Capital One my credit card issuer FT said check the IPhone for subscriptions Don’t see any at all. Zero. Nada Surfline is an associated company and has also billed me for a surfing service. I do not surf, have never surfed and have never subscribed to their service. All of this smells badly rather like rotten fish Suggest you AVOID
Great app
Just a little pricy
True color issues
Since Jan 14th, I have been unable to see true color images. I have emailed back and forth with customer support at least 10 times and nothing is being done to resolve it. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I also opened the app on another device to make sure it wasn’t just my device. This app is no good to me with out true color. I’m wondering if anyone else has had the same problem.
Missing the web version of Fishtrack, mobile version not user friendly

Sea surface temp seems to be pretty accurate, but the current predictions are way off , I am a professional fisherman and have found them to be incorrect about 50 percent of the time if not more

Brilliant app except
Been using this app since it’s launch thru bouyweather and here are my problems 1: when I refresh my chart with current and sea surface height on the image refresh’s with out the currents on the image and I have to keep trying until it appears on the image . 2:the sea surface temperatures are very delayed what I sea on bouyweather images are more actual time and the fish track sea surface temperature is delayed sometimes by 2 days 3: general overlay function could be improved on. It’s a real challenge sometimes to get t he location and relevant overlays to coincide I am just a commercial tuna fisherman here in Cape Town South Africa Hope u can take this app to another level! Cheers

Use NASA Worldview for free
Paid $79 for my first year. As a professional guide I used this service with decent data. At this price you can get better data at NASA Worldview for free with infinite flexibility. Guessing this review will soon disappear. Sorry just being honestly
It’s ok
For the price of the app you would think it would be a lot better at off shore temperatures but we have found it to be quite off like 2+ c over or under and when chasing the big one it needs to be a lot better for the price. We only use it to check the swell and wind. Dose pretty well at that but can find cheaper apps that do the same thing

My all that I paid 80.00 for is not working. I tried reloading, updating to no avail. I emailed customer support and got no response from a week ago. I asked my friend to check on his and his is also down. He emailed and also got no response. Do yourself a favor and spend your money on an app that works.

Fraud dispute
Please don’t pay fishtrack as a premium user by using Visa card. They have stored all informations of your card automatically from first checkout and continued automatic transactions without authorization of user. This had happened me two times. There’s no option to unsubscribe the Visa card. This is fraud dispute
Couldn’t even see the app
I downloaded the app and couldn’t even get in to see it. It requires a login but wouldn’t let me create one. I don’t know if there are specific password requirements, but I tried several different passwords for a few minutes to no avail.
Shading is Off
Doesn’t reflect temperature at the actual location on the map.
New account problems
I am unable to create a new account. It seems there are password parameters that must be met. But, the software doesn’t tell you what they are. I tried to create an account for 5 minutes. It wouldn’t work...I deleted the software and left this review so programmers would know why.
