Options gears on treadmill
I couldn’t find any options plan for treadmill walking
Awful customer support
I tried to cancel and it didn’t complete. I was charged for a full year. When I explained the situation to support and asked for only the last payment to be returned, they didn’t listen and only told me this was my fault and there was nothing they could do!! Ridiculous! There is always a solution. Instead I was passed around from person to person who said I would be contacted, yet I would not. I had to remind them constantly to contact me.
Good but……
I’ve been using the App since Xmas 2025 and can definitely see an improvement in my weight and overall fitness. The structure and variety is great to keep me motivated. My only negative is that I’ve finished 28 days at “intermediate” and 28 days at “advanced” but now there doesn’t seem to be any progression. It looks like I need to delete all my progress to progress which can’t be right.
Fooled
I signed up so I participate in their treadmill workout, which they advertise. Turns out there no such thing. I canceled immediately!
Tracking steps
It does not appear. The app is in sync with my Apple Watch however, I do like the plan and we’ll look into making sure my steps are counted accurately.
Flaco
Still need to work on pace
First time
I am just on my first workout and I am not pleased. The stats were totally off and I can’t see how to listen to anything but meditation, calm sounds, or weird stories?? I must be doing something wrong because so far I am not too happy with this app.
All features are NOT AVAILABLE!!!
App does not sync with Apple Health. It does not allow for indoor treadmill tracking either. The instructions give you the steps to do these things, but when followed the app does not offer the options. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!
Disappointed
The app is not as described in the ad. It does not give a suggested speed and incline for the treadmill - it tells you how long to walk and how long to walk faster. It is boring.
Manage subscription account lacking features
Subscription management option does not include a view of billing cycle, amount, payment info, capabilities
Bike option
I love the option, wish there was an bike option available
Auto Renew Scam
Make sure you get a confirmation email when canceling your subscription before the renewal date. It is extremely confusing as to how to cancel and not get auto renewed on this app. I was charged $89.99 even though I thought I cancelled!!! I wouldn’t use this app because they didn’t care and kept my money. No refund, just bs emails with bs reasons!!
Very disappointed
Watched the add for the app for weeks on Facebook decided to get a three month subscription. After payment went through the app will not open.
Not what signed up for
I clicked on a link that was supposed to give me daily treadmill workouts. My steps are not calculated correctly. I find this app not helpful.
Steps and distance not accurate
Steps and distance not accurate
Can use some improvements
This is a great app and I have definitely felt the results of all the walking. I just wish the progress would update. At times I have walked over 15k steps, but it will say I am still at 0. It will record my workout but doesn’t show up on the home page.
Make sure you actually cancel the subscription
So I purchase the premium membership a year ago and I decide to cancel it before the subscription was about to end like 3 month before the subscription cycle re-start again which was $49.99 but yesterday just realized that they were charging me $29.99 monthly subscription since March. So I would not repurchase the subscription, check your emails purchase statements to make sure it's actually cancel

App is glitching
Whenever I open the app during my workout, the app has glitched and changed my workout times. This has happened twice in the last few days
What I also need
If your app is giving us the opportunity to walk twice a day like I am already doing that’ll be great. So I will go twice faster in days then I should. I was also hoping that it was possible to hook it up with my Fitbit for the steps and having a better idea on my heart beats Thanks
Day 1
Great
Don’t fall for this scam! This app is garbage
If I could give no stars, I would. The app didn’t even track your steps. It’s not user friendly whatsoever. And to make the things worse they raise the price without you even realizing it. Before you know it you have charges coming from Verv …wtf is that even because it does not show up as slimkit…and when you try to cancel it’s damn impossible. It says to try to cancel through your IOS device, that does NOT work btw..there’s no customer service phone number. The only way is to email them. A piece advice from someone who lost several $100 dollars to this garbage app. Save your money and don’t fall for the scam!
RIP off
Terrible app Doo not purchase
It’s ok, but…
The problem with this app is that it suggests walking alone will help you lose weight and it won’t! To successfully lose weight you need to seriously cut down on calorie intake… energy is so easy to eat, but soooo hard to expend!
Svp permettre de changer les miles pour des kilomètres
Merci
Highly recommend 👍
I have always loved this app!!
Misleading advertisement.
The app claims to provide personalized treadmill guidance based on weight and incline, but it is nothing more than a basic timer. It does not deliver the features promised in the description. Very disappointed and would not recommend.
Sick days

OK APP
I definitely tried this and loved it!
Continuous Charges
This app keeps trying to charge my debit card for 90.00 after subscription cancellation.
Needs accommodation
I use this app when walking my dog which unfortunately is not perfect. As a small dog he stops alot which the app does not seem torecognize.
Not useful
Stats tracking is weak. Accessing history and stats is not intuitive. It needs better reporting format and comparative analysis. Regret paying for this.
Irritating
After purchasing based upon the content I entered the set up procedure and was disappointed. There are some good features that inspired me to purchase but the ‘Trainers’ voices and ‘enthusiastic’ tone to me are irritating. I disliked all of the choices available as they were overly joyous. Personally I would prefer a more disciplined guidance tone and in a European Caribbean Asian or Antipodean accent that would provide more selection and thus appeal to a wider international audience.
Loved it.
This is my first time using a walking app on my walks and I loved it. Enjoyed having the guide telling me to speed up, cool down & keeping me to a set time. Looking forward to continuing this & see the changes.
Why forced to buy different program
I bought the app to track my walking but when I opened it it took me through the same question and ended up on a page asking me to pay for another program for dieting and no way to decline. I just want the app I purchased. How do I decline the second “diet ” program? Thanks
Zen@peace
Happy
Not offering anything more than the free health app
Why would I need to spend money on this app when I can get it all for free on the health app.?
Music issue
After finishing one set of level, the music does not work. Also when I tried to install the app again with this issue, all datas recorded have disappeared which was very frustrating. However this app helped me to lose weight of 8kg for about 4 months. I hope to fix the music issue.
My First Walk to a New Life
Today I went over my goal for steps ! I was so excited an motivated! Lori Glier Regina , Saskatchewan Canada
False Advertising
I bought this for a Walking plan on the Treadmill…they don’t have a Walking Treadmill Workout
Cost
Is there anyway to use the free bit because after generating a plan, do I have to pay or can it be free. If it can be free how can I get to the free section
Day 1
Perhaps I did something wrong in the set up or don’t understand the results. The map only showed about 1/3 of my walk. I don’t therefore know what the statistics provided are based on. Also every nickname I tried was taken. Maybe they don’t want my review posted. I’d like answers please.
Stick
The app is clunky when navigating to search your progress. I’d prefer some motivational prompt messages throughout the day. The app doesn’t include additional distance at the end of walks
Does this app work?
I didn’t think I would be happy with this app, but I am. It gets me up out of the lazy boy chair and taking a few steps that I never would have without the prompts.
Very confusing app
The app does not even tell you the speed that you need to do for walking and also the incline. Very confusing I canceled it right away.
Walking
I’m loving the info I get with this app.
What??
The app store says it is 4+ when the app doesn’t allow people under 16 what is that??
Tricky
Not the most straightforward to use! You need to search around for things you are looking for.
