Daily user
I started using this app almost daily about 9 months ago. I have never really enjoyed exercise and everyone has always recommended yoga. This app is phenomenal. It has made me fall in love with yoga. Now on the days I skip, I miss it! The Practice section is great because I can just pick the length of time I want to go for and just do that without having to think. The only real feedback I have is that it would be nice to be able to “favorite” specific workouts - there are two from one of the 28 day series I did that I would literally do every day if I could just open the app and pick those specific days’ and workouts. Otherwise, this app has been a life changer. I am so much more flexible and mobile, and combined with walking every day, I have learned that there is a way to lose weight and feel healthier that I actually REALLY enjoy.

am extremely disappointed with this app. I discovered that I was being charged $49.99 repeatedly for a subscription that I did NOT authorize. I found multiple charges on my Apple account, including 4/21/26, 5/22/26, 6/22/26, and 7/23/26, along with another attempted charge that was declined. When I contacted the app about these charges, I was told they could not credit or refund me. Even worse, there is no way to speak with an actual person. The only customer support available is through a text/chat system on the app, which makes it incredibly frustrating when you are dealing with unauthorized charges. I never knowingly authorized these recurring charges, and I am extremely unhappy with how this situation has been handled. If you use this app, please carefully monitor your Apple subscriptions and charges. I would not recommend this app based on my experience with the billing and customer service.

Liked the intro and signed for the account. Had some trouble with billing but customer support was very responsive. The format switch after the intro and I am having a little trouble following it but will keep at it.

You get over lock on the 28 day miracle and it’s no different then any other app that is out there. Not impressed.

I hate that update. I was comfortable with my last instructor for beginning yoga and now I hate the ai person.
Too many program steps
Computer programers must not use the program. Too many screens.. etc. to actually using the program. Too many steps, when done. I want to start. Then finish and move on with life.

Impossible to cancel
After numerous attempts, I finally was able to cancel this plan, which was supposed to be a 30 day chair yoga plan. Instead, they kept on charging me every three months and it’s impossible to find this company to get rid of the subscription. Beware.
Tai Chi Light
I started using Yoga-Go to learn Tai Chi. However, after 28 days there is nothing more in the app. I had to go through all the days one at a time to get to the last few days that have a bit more advanced moves and do them over and over. Not sure what I’m missing here.

28 day Tai Chi
Advertised on instagram, but could not find the exact program. Questioned it but response was look in the library. I assumed this was a special program, am trying a tai chi class on your app, but as sometimes want to repeat the session as just learning the steps, can’t seem to do it.
Great exercise app!
I LOVE this app! You can choose from several different types of exercises and get a 30-day plan set up based on your target areas (you can choose to target only certain spots or whole body). I’ve been doing 12-15 min Wall Pilates every morning for the past 2 years and I’ve lost 60lbs DURING perimenopause (I’m 48 - started at 198 & now down to 138). I feel and look better than I have in years. I also sprinkle in Tai Chi and there are meditation options as well. When I had a gym membership, I never went enough for it to be effective. But with this, you can do it at home (or anywhere) anytime!
Not worth the hype
Ok until the segment on tai chi walking/heaven and earth arm movement: steps were not slow enough for coordination between arms and legs, and the voluminous fabric of the yoga pants made it difficult to determine exact movements. I’ve since found other online sources that are much clearer and easier to grasp. I’ll just chalk this waste of $30 up to experience.
Confusing
TLDR; the app needs to be worked on, the company does work to resolve and refund very quickly, concept is great. I gave them stars for quick resolution and quality check of this. The whole process of downloading the app from an advertisement has issues. This seems to be a common issue for the app; you click on what you think is your session and the app tells you that you need to add more content to your account to be able to access your content for use by you. The reason why this issue seems to be an ongoing concern? The FAQ has the faq of "why do I need to pay for more services , I just signed up?” Or something like this. I couldn’t navigate the site because of this.
Some of the sessions are ridiculously short, just 2-3 of minutes.
I've noticed that halfway or so through the exercises he starts to give instructions about when to breathe in and out and I think that should be given at the very beginning. Also sometimes the camera angle zooms in on him and it is hard to see exactly what he is doing. On the positive side I think he is very easy to listen to, a very calm presence. When I purchased the trial month it said my exercises would start on July 13 so that is when I started. But it turns out they started my subscription July 7 when I purchased the app. I did not start it though until July 13.
maybe I’m not using the app correctly
I’m doing the tai chi daily or sometimes combining two days into one, but they’re very basic and range from 3 - 12 minutes per session. I like the stretching and the slower pace but it’s only working my upper body. Perhaps I’m not using the app correctly.
Great customer service
The app was easy and simple to follow along. I had no problems at all accessing my session. Most importantly I did not realized I entered a renewal program and when I expressed concerns they quickly resolved the issue. I would recommend this app and trial to any one who would like to expand their work out routine
Scam!!!
They charge your credit card without your permission after your initial purchase. I noticed my bank to block any more transactions but that doesn’t stop them from trying to charge my credit card. Beware. This should be illegal and not available on Apple Store. For 3 days they have tried to charge me $69.99 and $99.99 each day, $169.98 total. Thankfully they are blocked and my bank notifies me each time.
Needed some kind of exercise
Not too challenging as suffer bad shoulder’s and lower back injuries but I’m able to to most of these exercises

Tai Chi Good
I was hoping it was all Tai Chi, and not Yoga. It was just practice and never moved beyond that. The little Tai Chi I experienced was good and left me wanting more.

I am 78 years old and thought I would try the program. But I couldn’t understand all the instructions and the system kept running erratically to where I couldn’t get the full understanding of the program. So I thought by deleting the app would just cancel everything. It did not and fees were deducted from my bank. I saw I absolutely could not afford the program at this time. After several conversations the company overrode their refund policy rules and refunded my money. This was such a kind thing to do. Now I can get my meds refilled when the money clears my bank. I found out of all of this that there are large companies out there that still have great compassion for the lives of we senior citizens that have given our all to the country we love. I will certainly try this program again someday when I find myself in a better financial position. I thank the Yoga-go Support team that worked on this for the good of the company and for me. Ich mache das Programm schon mehrere Wochen . Aber was da angeboten wird ist lächerlich. 15 Minuten Einheiten mit aufwärmen und cooldown . Was soll das bringen????? Ich habe die deutsche Version gebucht und wie reden die bei manchen Kursen Englisch . Da ich kaum Englisch verstehe bin ich gezwungen auf den Bildschirm zu sehen , aber die Personen die da vorturnen sind dem Bildern mit dem sie werben nicht in Einklang zu bringen . Warum muss eine Frau mit 120 Kilo uns zeigen wie es geht . Nein danke ich möchte Spaß haben beim Sport und sonst nichts. Macht mal längere Einheiten damit man von den Sachen auch profitieren kann.

I love how slow and meaningful this is. I even like the instructor. But his flowy and loose clothing and lack of multiple camera angles doesn’t allow you to see where your hands/feet/arms are positioned throughout the exercise. It’s frustrating. And he uses words that he doesn’t explain. Like what the heck is a pallet?!?! In this exercise?!
Chair Yoga & 7 minute Intensive
I am grateful for this website as I don't really like getting up and going to the gym-lol. I like the option of exercising at home! I thought I was better than chair yoga until I tried chair yoga. Meets all my goals to be flexible and increase balance. I really enjoy the 7 minute intensive instruction and workout. I'm able to do more strenuous exercise especially after yoga! These quick and challenging workout is excellent. I tell many friends about this website. It's a match for me!

Daily exercise
I am a 71 year old lady who joined Yoga-Go two and a half years ago after seeing the app advertised. I started with Yoga for strength and stability, moving on to Chair Yoga with Anke, and T’ai chi, various. I love the daily routine and I feel so much better when I manage to consistently do it.

Sometimes the instructions are mangled
A good app for beginners, though there’s not much guidance how to improve and proceed. Some transition instructions get arms /legs muddled up. It would be good to be able to choose which ‘teacher’ you use so as to be able to identify with them better and to observe what the poses are like in terms of how to place your body and improve. I’m not sure that scoring each session as to its difficulty achieves anything at all - ie the app isn’t smart. It’s a shame there’s no discount for renewal.

Having Problems
Because of my Knee Surgeries & Back Problems it’s been difficult to do the Pilates!
Difficult to find pricing
You have to go through an exhausting questionnaire that doesn't seem particularly useful before you can see the subscription rates. The rate for a single month is ridiculous, in my opinion. But I won't pay for a full year without having a free trial, as I know that sometimes these things are not a good fit. Too bad.
Motivation
Je me suis réinscrite car c’est le meilleur moyen de me garder en forme et de maintenir ma motivation tout en restant à la maison. Je fais mon entraînement au moins 4 fois par semaine.

Although I have not seen the weight loss that I had hoped for, I do enjoy the exercises and the relaxed feeling from the Tai Chi instructor.

The exercises are great but it doesn’t do what is advertised. 3 weeks in doing it every day I’ve not noticed any change in body shape or weight loss, a little disappointing.

Im Laufe der Zeit musste ich feststellen, dass die Übersetzungen ins Deutsche teils falsch sind, was während einer Übung irritiert und aus dem Rhythmus bringt. Einige Übungen sind reine KI und das ziemlich schlecht. Viele Übungen kann ich nicht machen, da beispielsweise eine Wand vorhanden sein muss oder sie sind auf Englisch. Und für Yoga-Erläuterungen ist mein Sprachverständnis nicht gut genug. Vor ein paar Jahren hatte ich die App schon einmal, da war sie zwar kompakter aber genauer. Werde sie nach dem Jahr leider nicht verlängern :(
Losing progress when you finish one module
I really enjoyed the tai chi module but was so disappointed that it didn’t continue after 28 days and, if I choose a different one, I can’t even go back to it. I don’t understand the logic

Most modern app plans offer 3-5 ‘Family & Friends’ subscription shares disappointing!: it would be so much smarter if there was a ‘social motivation’ for keeping people in plan Very poor marketing!
Mixed feelings
I thought I was signing up to Tai Chi walking, but that’s not the case. Need an option to slow down the explanation on the more complex moves, or better videos….even showing the arms before adding in the legs would help
