New User login Survey problem
The app does not display any survey questions but it still demand I participate in a 5 survey before I can use the app.
Helpful, but why can’t it store password info??
The desktop version of myACC does store passwords, but the app doesn’t, and it won’t use facial recognition, a 4 digit pin, or the “passport” feature either, so you have to manually enter your whole student number and your whole password every time you open the app or go back to the app. With such long student number and long password requirement, it can be a nightmare to enter it every time, especially when I’m just trying to see an assignment really quickly. The scheduling portion of the app makes you redo the search for classes every time you back out to look for a different section, and the D2L is similarly quick to boot you out and make you reenter your info. Just adding a quick login option would make this app infinitely better. If my bank can do it securely, any other app should.

Once you actually figure out how it works I think it’s actually a really good tool while you’re in school
Calendar Sync Fails
The calendar device sync feature removes critical content at the worst times. Constantly having to remove and re-add to my local device to be able to quickly glance and know where k am headed next for class. The events don’t include any of the school events. The app literally fails every other day syncing.
Better than it was
When this app was first rolled out for us to use, it worked maybe 25% of the time. Now, it works about 95% which is great. I like being able to see my schedule and the registration process has greatly improved - on the website at least. I can't stand using my phone to find, plan, and register for classes. Also, the last time I had to make an appointment with my advisor, only a couple months ago, it didn't show me their availability until I selected a day. This was a royal pain as I had to go day by day for a month to find an available time for me. I hope they fixed this since.
2/5 - Adds Frustration to Your Hectic Day
The Navigate App is not very user-friendly on mobile. Navigation is frustrating—there’s no easy way to go back to a previous page, so you often have to restart the entire process. Many buttons are also glitchy or unresponsive, which makes the app feel unreliable. Another major issue is scheduling. There’s no option to reschedule counseling appointments—you have to cancel and go through the whole process again to book a new one. Overall, the app needs better navigation, more reliable functionality, and basic features like rescheduling to improve the user experience.

Useless
I am now a senior in college and since my freshman year I have been told that more tasks would be moved to this app but that has not been the case. The app has super long loading times. The only useful thing on this app is the class schedule which I would highly recommend using a Google Calendar or any other scheduling app instead.

Pretty easy to use app. Haven’t had any issues so far. Any questions I had I was able to get answered through tech support.
Don’t use if you don’t have to
This app genuinely sucks. It’s only redeeming quality is being able to easily access your schedule and viewing your success team. It is very difficult to use. Even after looking up YouTube videos or receiving instructions from your success team on how to use it, it’s still annoying to navigate. It constantly reloads or glitches in the middle of using it, causing you to click on thongs you weren’t trying to click on.

Better Than it Used to Be
It’s definitely shown some improvements. It’s a little more intuitive than it used to be, but sometimes nothing happens when I tap on a button. It’s still kind of hard to schedule things with a counselor so I find it easier to use the website instead of the app, but if I didn’t have a computer available, the app would suffice.
Update removed the only feature I like
App was recently updated and removed the "schedule planner" from when you click the rocket at the bottom of the screen. I would use this tool to get a sneak peek of what courses are being offered next term, before they were published by the university officially. This was the only reason I kept the app. Since the update I no longer have any use for this app. Before this update I would have given it 5 stars, but since then, it's useless.
Great for Class Schedule and Info
I have never had any issues with Navigate. From the start, logging into your student account is easy. I’m able to see all of my enrolled classes and add them to my calendar, which helps remind me of my schedule easily. I have easy access to all the university resources through the app, which is also very helpful!

It takes over two minutes to load and tell you it crashed. The app isn't even usable!

Constantly has bugs, and glitches within the app. Can be frustrating to use at times. You’d expect a better app to interact with when it comes to affiliations with academia.
Navigate Makes College Organization Easy and Stress-Free
I use Navigate for college—it’s super helpful for seeing my schedule, adding events to my Apple Calendar, and getting reminders. The dashboard keeps me organized and makes it easy to stay on track with class and important stuff

It’s like a toddler built this app. It’s nearly impossible to make an appointment with a teacher on the phone because of how glitchy and confusing the app is. I’ve never written a review in my life but this app deserves the first.
