Legitimately the worst UI/UX I’ve ever seen in an app. Same goes for the website. Impossible to navigate, very slow to load, and making payments with a credit card feels very sketchy.
I can’t sign in
There is a glitch where I try to enter my username and password but it doesn’t let me in my group
Logged out
Logged me out and I can’t get back in no matter what I do. Would’ve been great to stay connected with the club I’m in but it just doesn’t work anymore. Fix this.
Resign In
This app is necessary for orientation however everytime I use it I must sign in all over again and it’s incredibly annoying. Not only that but the setup is kind of confusing and complex and difficult to find things. Additionally, the emails you get don’t even connect to the app so it’s borderline pointless if you have both notifications and emails.

The new update doesn’t allow you to register for events and needs to be fixed asap
Profile picture Bug
Having issues with changing the profile picture. Once tapping on the camera icon to change profile picture the page freezes. Kindly solve this issue.
Please add a calendar view
I use this app to look at upcoming events and with the new update It got rid of the calendar view. Instead, you must scroll through a list of all the events. Please add back calendar view. It makes it so much easier to plan and track dates for events 🙏
Slow and buggy
This app does work for what it is used for. I find it to be really slow and glitchy. I get the same notification for events for days after it has occurred. It can also just send me 5 notifications in a second. Had to turn off notifications even though I need them.

Where is the event calendar!?
There used to be an event calendar that showed all events by date, which is super useful. It disappeared after the update. Please put it back
How to attend session after registration
I successfully registered for pre departure session but i am facing trouble about how to join and missed that session today.
Missing features and hard to load
The new update is missing some key features. For certain events, the “Register” button no longer appears (even though those same events are still open for registration on the web version). Additionally, the app no longer shows the list of registered attendees for non-officer users. After updated the this new version, it takes very long to load the app.

Great to have it for the iPhone and generally good app, but I have to choose the school and input login data every time. Also no support for the iPhone 5 screen. Please update!

I need to sign in constantly and I cannot stop the notification from someone who posts constantly. Idk who they are.
Completely unusable
I can’t even make it past the point where you select your school because every time I put in my email address, it says “enter a valid email.” I tried my school and both my personal emails and none work. And I can’t bypass the message so basically this app is unusable. :/
Needs to be fixed ASAP!
Would have gave it a one star, but it is a good app to see all campus events in one place. However, after a few scrolls going through revenge app gets all glitchy and then as soon as it goes back to normal and a few scrolls, it does the same thing all over again. it makes it hard to actually look at events because of how glitchy and flashy the screen is. Also the app will randomly just crash for no reason and sometimes when you go back into the app, it crashes again almost immediately depending on what you press. I just wish the app is more like its website where it’s basically the same thing it doesn’t look as good but it doesn’t crash and glitch out the only thing that would make it better however would be if you were able to press that you are interested instead of immediately registering for the event.

Just stick to the campus connect website, this app is a waste of time trying to use.
What is happening? Won’t open!
Trying to access the app on 1.25.24 and it won’t open. What is happening? Support does not seem helpful via the app support option. Please update or fix!
School Doesn’t Show Up
My university uses campus groups, I can access it fine from a web browser, but for some reason my school (CWRU) doesn’t show up on the “Choose Campus” screen on log-in so this app is unusable for me.
