Great app for university support
Supported me through my undergraduate degree I’m able to access my assignments and classes from anywhere down load lecture slide on all devices. Submitting assignments can be challenging so I recommend going on a browser rather than the app.
Keeps crashing
Never had issues till lately and now the app keeps crashing after loading for a couple seconds
Dark mode
It’s too bright, I believe a dark mode will be nice.

Due date reminders
Whenever I forget to do a assignment, I always get a notification that it was due like 20-25 minutes AFTER the due date, never before. It’s so annoying, I get it. Always check if you have homework, but still it would be nicer if it reminded us before time not after
Please update to support split screen on ipad!
when watching lectures while annotating slides, making flashcards, or researching on google, or watching youtube, blackboard only allows full screen. So you cannot multitask.

You can’t access the details of your submissions - whenever you try to, it boots you back to your main screen.

Difficult
I hate that we have to login every single time, if on our own personal device. If we close it for few minutes, it will log out again. Not effective.
Notifications Issue
The app works perfectly and it’s simple to use however i tried to enable notifications for it within the app and it crashed everytime i try to enable them it crashes and that sometimes causes me to miss some tests uploaded and find them past due.
New update broke it
Since the app got updated none of the documents in my classes load anymore and I cant access videos either

Gets the job done if you don’t mind fighting a war of attrition
App frequently lags to the point of being unusable, especially when trying to scroll through my courses. Trying to switch between pages/tabs is torture. I have to fight wars just to view my assignments. Web version much better.

only way to get into it is through notifications otherwise it just crashes, wont let you scroll through due dates, slow as anything, when it works it works like its nice to have notifications and the ability to access course info but this is just trash

Irritating
Really annoying app. It's great for the content and it's easy to use, but every time I open a book in the suggested reading it makes me enter my student email and password, then go to outlook to enter a number, and then do my phone password. Literally WHY do I need to do all of this every single time I open a book?? It also does this when I open a google forms link. It always asks me after if I want to stay signed in to reduce the number of times it will ask me this and I ALWAYS pick yes, yet it does this every single time. Very time consuming, especially when I was doing all the mid-module checks for each module and had to repeatedly sign in and go to outlook and then do my phone password etc etc for each and every one. One time it even sent a code to my imessage on top of all of that!!!
Glitchy
I have only been using this app for a few months and there have been many instances where my list of current courses appears empty. This happens a lot as I am trying to submit work and it is insanely frustrating.

I’m rating 5 stars compared to my previous 1 because they fixed the issue of constantly logging you out :D

Great but a few issues
Great app at first but after about 4 weeks of usage it suddenly crashed on me. it kept loading continuously when i went into any of my modules which led to me not being able to attend my online coasses.

Blackboard is really helpful because am able to get record on how am doing on my assessments and most of the Lecture’s use blackboard to send notes and blackboard is the most fundamental tool We use for our academics

Too many bugs too often
The desktop site is great for purpose, however, I can hardly access most features most of the time on the mobile app. Please sort it out.
It works but I’d rather use the web version (but sometimes that doesn’t work either)
Let me start off with the main annoyances with this app firstly I can’t even leave it for a second or all it shows on the preview of the app is the logo of the app yk what I’ll pass that probably in place to prevent people who cheat in tests (btw that doesn’t work) but another issue is that I can sort my courses the same way I can on the app version because one moment it shows my 3 favourited courses just so I don’t lose them in the chaos of these other courses and then the next second they get all messed up many times I would have to go through each and every filter in hopes to have those courses I have FAVOURITED show up at the top that should be A DEFAULT FEATURE and finally my last gripe with this app is the fact that I can’t go fulll screen on to the PowerPoints as provided by my lecturers like cmon I can do it on the web version but I can’t do it on the app? And when I say web version I mean only on safari as I use brave more often to stay away from the distractions it can’t even go into full screen on that either. There are soo many things that need to be fixed and I thought I was getting that when I got notified that there was a update for the up NOPE still the same broken app that functions less effectively than me when it comes to revising

New update
When the app said i couldn’t use it until i updated, i did and now i have to log in manually on a web browser EVERY TIME i need to download a file or assignment or any pdf/doc. Because when you try in the app it just does the loading page and then its just a blank page for every file. May as well delete the app now. Useless until they fix it
Course messages not supported in iphone
It was super app but from last month not able to access course messages on iphone
Add split screen on iPad
There is no reason why split screen can’t be supported on iPad. It makes accessing learning resources difficult for no reason at all. Also the app requiring constant connectivity is annoying.
Needs an overhaul

the new update has completely changed my system and now i cannot access anything through the app as i previously have. there’s a grey bar at the top of the screen? doesn’t do anything but has replaced the side menu

update won’t allow attachments to open
Since the update the app forces you to get, I can no longer open any attachments posted for my classes. The page looks like it loads, but remains blank. It’s been an issue for all my classes and all documents.

Not smooth
It’s not a smooth or seamless experience, generally loading up the courses takes time. Also When i click my assessment which uploaded via turn it in on blackboard, it’s awful and glitchy, doesn’t load up at all, on the mobile app.
