What they complain about
- App crashes and loses your order
- No Apple Pay or easy checkout
- Account setup takes too long
Great food and service
Really enjoyed finding Vitality bowls and now it’s my new favorite spot for a healthy, tasty meal!
Login and payment process is impossibly complicated
Better to just order on Uber eats
Apple Pay
Please add Apple Pay as a payment option
Tedious
It takes so long to set up an account that I had to reschedule the order twice. It lets you go through the entire process and then tells you that you took too long and need to reschedule but it doesn’t save your information so then you have re-enter it all. If timing is the issue, it could at least save your inputs. It’s wildly inefficient. The two stars are just bc I like the food.
A little to slow
I don’t mind filling out forms but the data collection is a bit much.
5 Stars
One of my favorite spots for something either refreshing or looking for a highly nutritious meal. Staff are extremely welcoming and I’ve become a regular ever since.
Bro
Too complicated
Easy enough to use
The app is easy to use to place an order and customize. Please add Apple Pay!
Good food but hard to order through the app
The app is Ok, but it takes a very large number of inputs to get your order into the system. It needs a feature where remembers your favorite order and your favorite location and you can quickly re-order. Instead, you have to enter about 20 things. And then when your credit card expires, there’s no way to edit your credit card just to include the new expiration date. It said you have to delete the card and reenter everything all over again. The app needs to think more like a user and make our life easier. That’s why we use an app. I love the food, but the app could be better.
No apple pay ?
I was trying to do a quick order and it was my first time ordering through the app and the process was long. I had to create an account, activate my email via link sent to my email, and added my card information. (no apple pay was allowed). It sounds like I’m being lazy but I was only simply trying to do a quick order…. Other than that cool! Thanks.
Heaven in a bowl
Great Food and wonderful service
Terrible app
So many bugs and no support whatsoever. Can’t even contact them
They need Apple Pay
Apple Pay and more payment options would be preferred
Needs improvement
App crashes while placing order
Best meal!Love the Nutty Bowl
Bowl as meal and desert is so good and so good for you and we almost always get a sandwich or salad for the odd one that wants savory. I always order for entire fam if anyone is sick or just because.
Never works
When it does work, it’s really great because I can order ahead and pick it up. On my way home from work. But it never works. It’s like once every 20 times it will take the order. Usually you get through your whole order you’re ready to place it and then it says it’s unable to verify your bank details which makes no sense.
App needs improvement
The review is based on its app. They need better app to match with their food quality. Very buggy and inconvenient for users to use
Just okay.
Why is there no Apple Pay or PayPal integration? This app has been available for years and so has this functionally, so why am I manually entering my credit card info into the app?
Great
Great stuff
Frustrating App
I go to Vitality Bowls maybe every three weeks or so and every time I have to log into my app. It doesn’t remember me and then it doesn’t remember my password or save it. Therefore, I always have to take so much time to click on the “forget password“ and then wait. The frustration and the long time it takes to get on, always causes me to buy without being able to log into the loyalty.
Still in beta
Tried to order to get the free smoothie for downloading the new app. Crashed twice when I went to pay for the order. Worked the third time. The green background in the cc number and cvv fields should be replaced with a green check mark because it looks like an error. And every field that’s only numbers, like expiration date, should use the number pad, not the alphanumeric keyboard.
Lubbock vitality
Molly is awesome!!!
Bad UI
The food is fine but the app not offering Apple Pay and not giving you an easy way to check out as a guest is clunky and cumbersome. Also the website’s online ordering page was not working. Not a great user experience.
The backend is a mess
This app can and will crash before your order is checked out, and it will not save anything so restarting your order constantly should be expected behavior using this app. It was recently changed with a new UI, but the same broken system in the back is still loosing requests and crashing like the old app was.
So good!
Delicious! So many great options, lots to choose from!
App experience is horrible
On boarding to their app is a major barrier to entry. First off they require an account to be able to make a purchase. Also, the app does not allow Apple Pay. To enable payment through the app you have to add a credit card or a debit card. Then to add your card to the app, you have to physically type in all the numbers the app does not take advantage of any of the electronic credit card mechanisms. Wesley to type in your address you still have to scroll all the way down to pick United States out of the entire list of countries. It doesn’t automatically pre-selected for you. This user experience team should be fired.
The valentine offer for 50% off BOGO
I followed the instructions and was not offered the 50% off today.
Easy App
Easy to use and quick to get order in, save favorites, thank you!
Apple Pay or G pay
expecting someone to add there credit card details inside app is 2020 and leads to privacy or credit card leak. Include direct Apple Pay or G-pay support in app.
Great Food and Service
Wonderful place! You can order with a person or on the screen. Friendly staff and clean establishment.
‼️APP IS 100% HORRIBLE‼️
1st YOU DEMAND ALL OUR PERSONAL INFORMATION THEN THE WORTHLESS APP DOESNT EVEN WORK!!!??? THIS APP IS A TOTAL DISASTER !!! I HAVE LOST $ BECAUSE OF THIS‼️FIRE THE RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS ‼️‼️
Excellent!
I love it! Every order has been fresh and delicious. My body craves this great nutrition while I’m out and about! Thanks for providing this food option in the Mansfield community!
No Apple Pay
No Apple Pay, credit card clumsy.
