Thank you!
The old app was borderline unusable. I'm so happy Palmetto updated their app! It works wonderfully, doesn't crash, and has a very nice UI.

signature bowls
I don’t understand why there’s an option to pick the signature bowls on the menu and then still require you to check boxes to essentially build your own.
Fresh, delicious
Anytime of day!
No option to turn off ads
App works, but it’s really spammy with ad push notifications without any way to turn them off. That’s an automatic 1 star for me.
Forced promotional ads
App works fine, but there is no option to turn off promotional push notifications. The only way is to turn off notifications as a whole via phone settings
Much better!!
after experiencing frequent crashing from the previous app and all the different bugs where it wouldn’t carry over additional quantity to your cart, this new app is a much needed improvement. It’s much faster and easier to navigate.
Ads in push notifications
No way to turn them off without disabling all notifications. Unacceptable.
Old app was better
Downloaded the new app and all my store credit and gift card money was gone. The new app is clunky and not as seamless as the old one.
Palmetto new app booming
The new app is perfect . Easy and sunny
Much worse than the old one
nothing works on the app and palmotion didn’t work on the new app
Gift Cards didn’t transfer
Gift cards didn’t transfer from the old app to the new app and the support emails listed do not respond to emails. I will need to call my bank to do a chargeback.
Shoddy migration
I’m unable to access my gift cards after the transition from old app. that’s a pretty glaring oversight…
