Great place
Love the quality and the people. The only thing wrong with this place is the app. It rarely works. In the past, it worked perfectly so I know the difference. I’ll keep coming here, but the unreliable app has forced me to choose other healthy alternatives.
Poor app design
Poor app design that does not auto feed email adresss and lacked intuitive buttons.
Beware of app
Using the app automatically adds a 1.79$ tip. You have to remove that and use” custom “ to not leave a tip. Certainly not tipping for sometimes unpleasant service.

This app is the worst one I have ever used. Slow, cannot fill in properly.
Great place, app needs improvement
Love this place! Everything is always so fresh. Only issue is that there’s always a problem when trying to use Apple Pay or certain cards because of “risk rules”
App/web app SUCK
App and web app always have issues. Either it’s not working at all, runtime errors. Don’t order online or use the app! They will double charge you
Bad Rewards System
Love clean juice itself! This is solely a review of the rewards system. I miss the old $5 off. The bogo rewards are not rewards in my opinion as you still have to spend money, and if you go there alone you don’t need 2 of something. Free items or $ off would be a better improvement.

I come here whenever I’m in the neighborhood. Today I came to Clearfork just for them. I had an upset stomach and I knew their fresh juice shot will have more benefits than anything commercially available. I grabbed a ginger aid and a feel good smoothie. It helped so much.

Apple pay checkout continues to work horribly nearly a year this is frustrating that nobody cares enough to fix it.

This app has been glitchy consistently for years. Often times I am unable to submit my order using the app because of constant error messages.

I’ve had to spend quite a bit of time to figure out how to order on the app. I had to ask the staff for assistance. I lost a free juice because I didn’t use the reward in time, but I didn’t know it was there. I also don’t appreciate the tip being added by default. It seems to me that the staff gets paid already to make the drinks. ???

Great product terrible app
Wow, I mean, why have an app if you cannot ever get an order to go thru? Who coded this? All it’s good for is tracking points but ordering in advance - forget it. I believe the coders learned about programming before Y2K. Don’t even bother having one if you’re going to have on this bad.
Needs an upgraded app
Who ever wrote this app needs to go back to coding school and write a system which is more user friendly. Difficult to get correct address in when system is assuming an incorrect one, custom tip usage, finding way around cite, inputting credit card, etc

Poor functionality
I’ve found your app to be hit or miss for the past couple of years. I have given up on probably a dozen orders over the past year due to app problems. It’s strange but consistently has glitches and won’t allow me to complete an order.

Broken App
I tried to sign up for the app but setting up an account and it is completely messed up. Doesn’t take you to a place to register. The button that says “register now” is inactive. Lame.
