App kann nicht verwendet werden
Wenn ich die App öffne kommt die Mitteilung dass FaceID verwendet werden muss/sollte, wenn man sich dann einloggen konnte ohne FaceID kommt die Meldung, dass Push-Nachrichten nicht aktiviert sind und diese Mitteilung kann nicht entfernt werden, sondern man wird immer auf die Einstellungen gefĂŒhrt. So kann die App nicht verwendet werden. Will denn KPT, dass alle wieder auf das Web-Portal zugreifen und die App nicht mehr verwendet wird? Es gibt halt noch Personen, die nicht auf FaceID und Push-Nachrichten stehen, da diese nur den Workflow stören. Bis wann wird dies behoben?

App is extremely annoying and confusing. Iâve an ASD and hate to be disturbed by notifications. I pay extra for my health insurance because Iâve an ASD and still Iâm forced to accept push notifications to pay for it.

Lâapplication ne fonctionne pas trĂšs bien. Je suis obligĂ©e de la dĂ©sinstaller puis de la rĂ©installer Ă chaque fois que je veux lâouvrir. Câest trĂšs contraignant et cela rend son utilisation difficile. En dehors de ce problĂšme, une fois dans lâapplication, tout fonctionne bien. JâespĂšre quâune mise Ă jour corrigera ce problĂšme rapidement.

Hat sich verbessert und ist jetzt Ăbersichtlicher. Vorher war es schwierig zu erkennen was schon bezahlt wurde und was nicht.
Face ID Login verschwunden?
Wo genau bitte soll das Face ID log in im Profil zu konfigurieren sein? Das hat nun lange funktioniertđĄ..
LĂ€uft auf dem alten iPad nicht mehr.
Aktualisierung nicht möglich, war mit alte Version wenigstens machbar.

Ich finde es unglaublich ĂŒbertrieben und anmassend das , wenn man keine Push Benachrichtigungen haben möchte , das Aufforderungs-Fenster nicht schliessen kann, was heisst man kann die App nicht nutzen.

Die App ist an sich sehr gut aufgebaut. Ich möchte mich aber gerne mit FaceID anmelden können.

Seit Tagen funktioniert nichts mehr
Man kann sich mit dem Iphone nicht mehr einloggen, obwohl die App auf dem aktuellsten Stand ist. Es geht immer wieder ein Popup auf, man soll die neuste Version laden, dann ist alles wieder blockiert. Macht endlich etwas, das geht so nicht! Vorher war alles einwandfrei, aber seit Eueren Wartungsarbeiten vor ein paar Tagen funktioniert gar nichts mehr!
