Best app for knowing your body
I took a class with my mom, friend and her mom, and it was, definitely a little weird, but I could understand. Learning about a women’s body takes time…there is so much there! I learned, laughed (because I’m a teen-everything is funny) and tried to make sense of how intricate the God who made my body was. I truly think every girl needs this app…because really, I don’t know who I was before. You have a decision: learn and know how it works; or just think of it as a normal thing that happens to women.
App doesn’t open
Do not download if you have iPhone. Once you update your phone you’ll no longer be able to open the app. Super bummed I’m not able to access any of my data
Good app
Would like If they added amount of mucus similar the option for bleeding & addition of logging pdg tests.
No option to start a new cycle
The app is great for the first cycle, but there’s no option to start a new cycle, which makes it pretty useless.
Rating
This app is nice and simple! No purchases, relatively good predictions and keeps up to date on cycles! Would recommend if you’re just beginning to understand how your body works every month and if you want to predict possible pregnancy:)
EVERY TEEN GIRL NEEDS THIS!
I am so thankful that an app like this has been designed. it’s unlike so many others I’ve tried. What’s different about this is that it tracks cervical fluid which is crucial to our cycle health/information regarding where we are at in our cycle. I wish this was taught to me before I turned 20. Every teen needs this! Seriously thank you engineers, and I look forward to seeing this app continually be updated. Please keep it free!! Thank you! And I hope to hear more ladies talk about this app, you bet I already have started!
Crashes with new IOS
Updated my iPhone to the new IOS 18.4.1 and the app won’t load. Opens and crashes immediately. Disappointing as I previously enjoyed using the ap and found it helpful.
Great App! Could be even better?
I’ve found FEMM to be super helpful as a girl who never understood the signs our body gives to signal fertile/infertile windows or how to effectively track cycles. There are a lot of different kinds of data you can input, and even customize your own physical/emotional symptoms, so it’s easier not to get put into a kind of box like some other apps which are more bare-bones. I think the only two things that would make FEMM significantly better would be if you could indicate that you’re pregnant so that you don’t have to log data/can step away until you’re on a cycle again, and if the kind of tips the app gave were less “self reflective” and more practical: good foods to be eating, excercises to help with the various pains of cycles, etc.
App hace crash
Actualicé la app y no abre, hace crash en iOS 18.8.2 llevo unos meses sin poder registrar información y no lo han solucionado.
Needs Improvement
I would like to see a calendar view of my cycle, (my brain doesn’t process my cycle in a chart format. I see it in weeks), cycle predictions as well as a larger and darker font! I beg you on the font update especially for women of a certain age! It’s incredibly difficult to read the app text due to it’s small and light font even while wearing glasses. I do like the option to add symptoms so you can customize what you’re experiencing every month.
Great Period Tracker
This app gives advice about when to have intercourse, when to skip that activity, and just a ton of great information about my period. I recommend this app 10/10!
Still getting charged
Still getting charged even when I Cancelled don’t know want to do anymore
Educational
I do love how this app actually helps you to understand the different stages of your cycles as sadly, it’s not something we’re taught in school. I do really wish there was a way to pause it once you’re pregnant though so the app would understand why you’re not putting in daily data. It was also challenging to start logging my cycles again after the baby cause it showed my last cycle was 300+ days long
Confusing to navigate
I’m never really sure if I’m using the app right. It’s not very user friendly to me
Lots of bugs lately
I was happy to find a basic app without adds, I still use it for this reason but lately there’s way more bugs that there used to be. Idk why it always asks me for my current “goal” when I enter the app which is annoying, it didn’t do that before. And if I don’t enter an observation for one day it won’t count it on the analysis chart, which is really annoying. I’ve even noticed it skip a whole day and had to go back and enter fake data for it to get counted. This wasn’t an issue before so idk why it is now. Also I would really like them to add a way for us to add our own symptoms that we want to track like they already have for moods. I always get back pain on my period and it’s not even and option.
GREAT APP
Simple, easy to use, clean charts. This app helps you understand your cycle better. It also has all the tools to track your symptoms and I love that aligns with NFP. Love it!
App is too buggy
This app is really nice, when it works! I loved the layout and the features. Unfortunately though the app will no longer start and it’s unclear when this issue will be fixed. I can forgive minor bugs, but the app not starting is too hard to forgive. Especially for time service activities like tracking your fertility.
BEST ONE YET
My primary physician recommended this app to me and I love it! I have used Flo, Stardust, etc. Even kept track by hand but this is by far the most detailed, secure, and personalized tracking app I've tried thus far.
Nonexistent app support
I was very excited for this app and it worked well until the IOS 18 update. Now “Emotional” and “Physical” observations (my most used section) are broken and can’t be inputted. I went down the rabbit hole of finding it nearly impossible to find any app support or report a bug, and there’s not even a generic “we got your message” email notification for submitting a generic contact form. Very promising app, but where’s the support to back it up?
App crashes after updating iOS 11/2024
8 cycles in to tracking. App won't load after updating iOS to the 2nd most recent (17 something).
Amazing
So many apps out there and as a woman with PCOS and trying to better understand her cycle to avoid pregnancy this has been amazing! And on top it’s free! This app coupled with some chat gpt to help me better understand things have helped me finally start to understand my cycle at 29 years old!
What is this garbage?
The first thing I noticed was how glitchy it was. Then the information is inaccurate and weirdly stated. Friends told me this app was started by a sexist guy. It shows.
Great app!
I love that this app takes many things into consideration in tracking cycles. I have PCOS, so the insight is helpful! A couple things that I wish the app included: a way to have my husband connected to the same account and have the app on his phone. Since we practice NFP together, I would like to have him included as well. Also, I am currently postpartum and wish the app included a way to indicate that my cycles have not resumed yet.
Very a disappointed about the latest updates that make NO sense.
I used to love this app, but lately, it has been extremely glitchy for the past few months. For example, it asks me if I want to get pregnant and for the date of my last period every time I log in, making it feel like I'm logging in for the first time. I don't remember my last period date if it's already on the calendar, so I don't understand why it's asking me again. Additionally, it seems to have my cycles very mixed up, with cycle numbers being jumbled with spotting or other cycles, failing to capture my entire menstruation cycle accurately. This is very disappointing because I love this app, but I have to consider finding another one and transferring my data, which will be a hassle.
Love it but it has some bugs
Love how simple the interface is and how much you can customize! I also appreciate that it doesn’t toss ads or paywalls up in order to access the main features. However, I’m quite frustrated with the following glitches and/or lack of features: 1. There is nowhere in the app to contact developers and report bugs. I had to write this review to get this info across. 2. The “intake” screen that grabs basic info shows up every time I open the app, even though my data is saved and I’m not a new user. 3. As soon as I tap “analysis”, the whole app freezes. Like, unresponsive screen and the only way to get it to work again is to completely close out the app and reopen it. I’ve never been able to make this feature work, which is really disappointing because I used it for a long time to track data before realizing this glitch. Now the data is stuck in the app and I can’t view the trends over time. I have tried reinstalling the app, going into settings and selecting only one data point to analyze, waiting and hoping it will load, etc. If these glitches can be fixed, this app would be perfect. As it is currently though, it’s a limited and somewhat frustrating experience to use.
Love it
I love it
App Won’t Open
My app won’t open at all after the last iOS update
Obrigada.
App glitching
I have loved the FEMM app in a past and used it daily. Now for the past month or two it glitches every time I open it. It requests me to enter the date of my last period, cycle length, etc every time. Very annoying.
Great but not working right now
I really enjoyed the app and think it has great detail however the app will no longer allow me to select symptoms. It seems like a glitch and I would really love it to be resolved so I can continue using the app.
Good app
I am 13 and trying to get used to my period and this app is very helpful. Good for all ages def recommend 🩵🩵🩵🩵🩵
App not working!
After the last update, I can’t open the app anymore. It keeps freezing then going back to my phones Home Screen.
Some minor bugs
There seems to be a bug with the latest update. It keeps on defaulting to yesterday rather than today on the main dash. Hope it gets fixed. Other than that. It is a great app.
Doesn’t open
App keeps crashing
Clunky date navigation, impossible to export
the app crashes whenever I try to share my charts. This is a KEY feature when seeking help from a healthcare provider, and that is the reason for my low rating. 2/5 stars. App has very limited utility for health without working export or share. UPDATE 7/2- export feature is working only sometimes. I’ll improve my rating to 3/5. I am also getting glitches around symptoms. Sometimes the data entry does show all symptom entry options, forcing me to re-create as custom. The new entries appear on a different line, resulting in a cluttered chart/graph. This glitch was fixed in one update, and then broken again. This feature gets 3/5 stars, needs a permanent fix.
App no longer working:(
I love this app but after a recent update it won’t open anymore. FEMM, please fix!
What happened to my account?!???!
I've been using this app for such a long time now. All of a sudden this new update caused my app to go to the login screen. Ok. No problem. Except that I can no longer log in! I try many times with the same result:"oops...please try again" message. Ok. I'll just hit the forgot password link. Same sad result. I fear that all my data (almost a year's worth) is now gone. This was a good app before. Not fancy - but I got very used to the setup and reading the chart. I would recommend using another app seeing as these developers will simply toss your data with the next update! To the developers: huge let down! fix this bug!!! Update: Since the app was now useless, I thought I'd try reinstalling it. When I did that the App Store (never the app) told me that the new iOS was required for this app to work. TO THE DEVELOPERS: What an *awful* user experience. You could have given your users fair warning - within the app - that this was going to happen. I (much like many others) never update os's right when they are released. I'll have to wait to back up and update before I can even think about using this app again. UPDATE 2024: I was able to get the app to work again until the new iOS with intelligence came out. Ever since, this app stopped working again. I let the devs know and they just told me to update the app to the latest version. But I did that and it still crashes on opening. Please fix this is guys. It’s going on 2 months not working now. Awful.
Love this app but…
With the newest update this app for whatever reason has been bugging and glitching like crazy. It refuses to actually be on the day that is today. It’s always a day behind. No matter how many times I click on the “today” button it’s a day behind. I click on the correct day to check off my tasks or change anything and it reverts back to the previous day. I can’t go back and undo any tasks I’ve clicked on previous days anymore and when I try to click on the number days when I’m entering my observations it clicks two-three days ahead or behind, I can no longer just click on a day and it takes me to that day. It’s becoming increasingly harder to use as I have to click todays date 5 times before I can enter my observations for that day. Please fix whatever bug this is, I’m trying really hard to convince and this is so frustrating and making my journey harder.
New Update is Glitchy
I love this app but the newest update causes you to pay extra attention to what and how you track your data because it’s always a day behind and if you’re not careful you can be putting your information in the wrong day.
Great app, love the informative approach
The extra information and analysis this out goes out of their way to provide is extremely empowering to know and help helps. Women take charge of our own fertility and truly understand what is going on with our bodies. I wish more apps were like this. I love this approach and I love that you can use it to both try for or avoid pregnancy. I also love that they don’t sell your data like so many other tracking apps do! You can even use this app without making an account and have everything be entirely local on your phone although you run the risk of losing your data if anything happens to your phone however, I appreciate the informed consent with which they tell you both of those options.
Great Concept, App Doesn’t Work Correctly
It’s great to be able to track, but the app is touch and go. Sometimes you can track and others the selections won’t stick and I find myself keeping notes elsewhere. I learned on here then took my knowledge to a different app that works better.
Really solid.
So far, I really like this app. I’m curious to see what they do with the temperature data, but as someone who knows NFP sympto-thermal, I’ve been impressed so far. Currently, my only complaint is that they don’t have an option to mark “seminal fluid” on a day after intercourse. They should, as this masks mucus, and would have an effect on your chart. Otherwise, no complaints!
Really wanted to like this
This app would be perfect if it wasn’t so glitchy. It randomly goes days back and then won’t let you change data that it registered on the wrong day etc. the graphs also glitch and show as a jumble.
Love!!
I've been using this app the past couple of months and I love it.
A religious scam - not science based
This app looks like just a normal period tracker, but is in fact designed by religious bros who want to tell women what to do with their bodies. They are anti-birth control and extremely biased. They believe accidental, unplanned pregnancies are a good thing to “redeem” women who have sex and they want you to either play pregnancy roulette every time you’re intimate or be celibate. Don’t give them your private info! As a mom and birth doula, I find the dishonesty here very creepy and disrespectful to women.
Muito bom!
Só perde por não ter a opção colocar lembrete para pílula 😣
Good app, buggy update (May 2024)
While I previously appreciated the functionality of the app and was even planning to download this for my daughter to track her cycles, the May 2024 update has caused bugs that made me second guess that decision. Upon opening the app, you are always on the previous day, when you try to select the calendar to jump to the correct day, you will still be taken to the day before. Data entry has also gotten unreliable because the menu doesn’t function as intuitively as it used to. Now, because of the date issue, you may be altering a previously recorded data set for a day, or, because of bugs, what you enter, may not save because you may be jumped to another date before your data fully enters. This was a wonderful app. I have full confidence the development team can overcome the bugs and come up with a solution. It’s just a disappointment in the meantime for those of us who are using it as part of our NFP and FemmHealth tracking and not merely a period tracker.
