- Free version has very limited features
- App sometimes mutes music or deletes songs
I love this app so much
I love to make music on here all the time, it’s probably the best mobile music maker game ever. Can you make this playable for people who play on the computer?
Thank you for everything & nothing.
Lemme tell you rn, this app’s instruments are VERY subpar. They come as a preset, you can’t upload your own instruments at all, & even if you could, that’d ALSO be locked behind a paywall. I was loyal to you guys since 2018, but every time i would show the pieces i made from this app to others, they made fun of me. It made me lose a LOT of my self esteem in myself & composing in music. Also, the limited options for instruments that aren’t paywalled aren’t as any better than the ones that have been in the subscription (YES, I HAVE CHECKED). This year I turned to another DAW, & then I realised I was using the WRONG DAW THE ENTIRE TIME. I do not recommend this DAW, even though it’s *technically* free & easy to use. If you want to make chill beats, go for it, I suppose. However, fast beats don’t work well whatsoever on this app if you want to try out something like breakcore. I’m listening back to my old songs made last year rn, & they fit PERFECTLY within that genre. Save your money regardless.
Fun and easy but…
This app makes it easy to make music. It has simple and understandable tutorials as well. But I wish there was more free stuff. You can’t use the most string instruments, but there are couple other instruments available. If I had the money I would definitely pay for it though!
作曲
楽しい！
Can you make some of the old instruments free please 🥺🙏
Like some if these instruments they came out with starter but I feel like the old instruments were starter instruments people were begging for this please just please
Why my Son is Using This
He likes it very much :D
It is STUPID
So today I was making a addition to my FIRST song and out of nowhere a VERY important part of the song got fully deleted
Nice game
It’s a good music making app I wish everything didn’t have to cost money because I can’t pay for all that
The best
Really chill relaxing and really fun
Sad
You gotta pay for almost everything. Otherwise the apps fun if your bored
Helped me a lot
It is the perfect app and it’s simple and hard to make smoother fades makes it so easy to make my preference since I can’t make anything that I can’t customize
Gg but why?
I need a boop for the songs can you pls pls pls pls pls pls pls add them
(Good) But One Problem…
It Is A Great App Really But There Is A Problem With It There Are Still Some Bugs Left (Game Glitches)… But Other Then That It Is A Really Good App That I Strongly Recommend For Beginners
It’s good but…
I was just using the automation and then i couldn’t hear the music it keeps doing that thing though
Would be 5 stars, but...
The app interface is great. very easy to navigate, easy to use, and it's great. One problem with it. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING requires you to pay a subscription. If you don't pay, you don't get any good instruments, and you don't get any good fun. I would like to see almost all of the instruments free, and maybe some random ones (like nonsense) could be behind this rediculous paywall. Please just do some changes. I get you guys need to make money, but find a better way to do it rather than locking almost every single instrument behind a subscription.
Music making
Medly is super fun you make funny silly or stupid song I love the beats theyhave and it sofuni recommend it!
Super difficult
They didn’t give you much for free and it’s just really hard to work with at least for me as a person that has never done musical before
Good but one problem
It’s awesome you can create your own songs super good but one problem that is the music sometimes is muted but if that glitch wasn’t there perfect
还行，但是太贵了
功能非常少，bug也不算少，价格过高，FLM都才卖88这东西敢一年将近400？
I
I REALLY wanted to make phone but it costs money
incredible app, even for free
this app has turned me from a high school violinist into an EDM producer at 15 years old- it’s the only program i understand well enough to use, and i love it for that. it’s allowed me to pursue my passion for music beyond anything i ever could’ve imagined three years ago when i downloaded this. i recently paid for a yearly subscription cause i just had to have all the sound packs, and it’s paid off tremendously! i just finished the best song i’ve ever made, using all those new sounds i just unlocked. thanks so much, medly team! the only additional thing i could ever ask for would be the ability to add a glissando effect between notes, as the pitch bend tool isn’t quite accurate enough to do this quickly and easily. i think this ability would be the cherry on top of the awesome cake that is the app :) thanks so much y’all!! 8/17/26 edit: still ADORE this app, best DAW for iOS of all time, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add some kind of tempo automation and even more importantly MORE TIME SIGNATURES. i seriously need to be able to change how many beats there are per measure- i need to be able to make things in 3/4 or 5/4 or 9/8 or 7/8 etc etc… been paying for the yearly subscription for like four years now, i’m begging you guys i need this 🙏😭
Idk
Is it just me cause i can’t hear anything with or without headphones
Very good but one thing
It is very good but almost everything good cost money but its still good
良いんだけど…
結構簡単に作曲で出来るから良いんだけど…使える楽器が少なく、課金しないと殆ど使えないので作曲出来る幅が短い。もう少し使える楽器を増やして欲しい。
Medley
Good app, but is kinda a cash grab, you need to pay to unlock around 3/4
Cool
If you make your plan a little bit less per year, it would be perfect
Huh
Make absolute no sense
Great app
Great app but lots of things are locked behind and expensive paywall. If your young and or don’t have a lot of money it can be good but bad. It is free which js nice but lots of things are locked for a very expensive price. I recommend it but please make more things free you guys are not poor anymore!
Great But….
I LOVE IT, simple and super easy for melody but I DISPISE how everything is so limited atleast have two packs than one
Great but
So like i used this app for a while but the options are limited like most you have to pay for and they actually sound great :( Also i used it and its good but PLEASE!!!! MAKE MOST THE INSTRUMENTS FREEEEEEE… 🥺🥺
Click bait
Have to pay to get basic instruments. Everything else is locked.
Amzing but One Thing
This app is amazing. Highly recommended from me. However I need to talk about the subscription. Whenever I click on the button that is supposed to sign me up for the subscription, it says that apple did not load information or something like that. Maybe it just needs a while, or this is something that you can fix. Either way great app.
It’s good but restricted
You can make pretty good music, but tons and tons of the instruments are locked behind a subscription
Literally so limited if you can’t purchase anything
I don’t mean to sound rude, but if you don’t purchase anything or you cannot make in game purchases it is VERY limited, it’s a good app for starting off.
AMAZING I LOVE IT!
THIS IS AMAZING I LOVE THIS APP NOW I CAN MAKE MUSIC
WHY IS ALMOST EVERYTHING MEMBER EXCLUSIVE!?!?
Some creators let the player have the full app while others lock it away in a greedy trial like you! REMOVR THE MEMBER EXCLUSICE!!! I DESPISE IT BECAUSE IT LOCKS AWAY A LOT OF TYPES!!!
It’s good, but I don’t understand it
I just don’t understand about this app. I am sorry I’m not complaining, just fix the music cause I want it. I like I want everybody to like pick the taste of music and then like they can pick their another taste of music and then like you can chat to other people and report them after being rude or doing something that you do and like you can follow them or follow them back And I’m not just complaining just I don’t understand .
Not the best
All I’m trying to do is make a song and I can’t do that without paying £5 a month!!
It’s fine
The tutorial was really helpful but I don’t know how to change stuff and I’m still new
Easier to understand
This app makes it easier to create music than all the other ones. Other music creating apps are so hard for me to understand for some reason. This app, though being limited due to having to pay for most things, makes it so much easier for me to make music.
Needs lots of improvement
I was in desperate need of a new music app, so I got this and turns out it’s a bad app! I don’t understand why you make an app if you have to pay for 3 quarters of it!! Don’t get this app, you will really regret it.
We need some option for you to sing so then it’s kind of like bad lab
It’s kinda good I tried can I make it more easier!!!
Mid
It’s a good app but so many instruments aren’t free… maybe to instead of paying for all of them, you could just watch an add or two to get the ones you want instead of buying a whole membership?
The app is not bad
The app is not bad. It’s just telling me to buy **** every single second and I do not like that but if you buy it then you’ll be fine. I really three out of five.
Good game 👍
Making music is fun now! I love medley
Payment
If I’m being honest, this app is great. Probably the best sounding and mainly easiest music making iOS software I have tried, however, the paywalls make the app nearly unusable. Having premium in an app isnt a bad thing, because that’s a part of iOS today, but making premium the entire app leaving the free version with one drum kit and just a few other things (around 10 sounds total) is absurd. If you actually support the users who just want a free experience I will gladly bump this review up… or ill bump it up if you want to give me lifetime premium…
Needs more f2p
The game is good overall and you can make good music, but almost everything else is behind a pay wall.
C bien
Je comprends pas bien l’application
Eh
It’s good, but most of the stuff is locked behind a membership.
