Problems
My drive will not connect with the app, but will show up on my PC. Any suggestions?
iklips 64gb thumb drive
initially gave a 3 star rating to transfer mp3 files mainly to iphone for playback but other music files require additional apps for play and the customer service isn't as helpful to get further involved in this device's function. Tried several youtube tutorials but still stuck with issues. Besides the pop up to "please donate to iklips", everytime I open app I would consider it more if I thought more support was available. UPDATE: With continued use, rating certainly hasn't gone up
一周前更新後不能打開
iPhone 使用很久好棒，但1週前更新為5.0.30，ISO.12.7的iphone卻打不開了（APP仍標示相容）?
商品不能使用
只買了快兩年 近期要再使用就不能傳輸了！
Needs adapter to work with new devices
I still love the ability to move photos from my scanner to my iPhone 11 and my laptop but it is no longer compatible with mi new IPad Pro and newt phones that have usb C ports instead of lightning ports. I wish you offered an adapter so all my stored files were accessible on all my devices. If so, I would give it 5 stars instead of needing to replace it with a new device.

Very useful in transfer of photos between iPhone and drive for printing

Edit or add to note
Why is it I cannot add to an existing note. Or explain on how I do it. I have five Adam Elements devices. They are great.
Great app long time ago not good
Adams Elements iKlips usb/apple lightening connector combo worked flawlessly with my older iPad. I cannot recommend this App with the new IPad Pro in any way. You can use it with your Microsoft PC but that is not why I purchased it. No longer works after the upgrade. Does a not even recognized the jump drive anymore. Keep asking to insert the drive. Please do not waste your money buying iKlips products!

Could improve device and stop asking donatios
The device device can’t be connected if the phone has a cover, because the lightning port is too short. I would suggest to make it longer, about 3-4 mm, to avoid having to remove the covering or the phone bumper because doing so could damage the screen protection layer. Additionally it is annoying for me to be asked for donations if I payed a good amount for the device. It was much more expensive than any usbdrive, that payment should cover the software.
GREAT ONCE YOU GET THE HANG OF IT!!
I have had the Klips flash drive for several years. I have downloaded numerous info to the numerous folders. It works great with the USB or the Apple adapter. I will be buying more of them. They require several different authenticities of your choosing. Give the flash drive a 10!!
I just wasted $80
I bought this to keep files on so I don’t use up all of my ipad storage, as well as transfer files back and forth from my iMac, however I don’t see anything to do that and there are no instructions on how to use this. It seems this is just to use for photos and social media. What a waste. Maybe I can sell this on ebay and get some of my money back.

Bueno

Functional, but riddled with problems
I just got the new Adam Elements drive yesterday, and so far I like it a lot. The app leaves something to be desired. I do like how fully featured it is, though there are still some things missing. But the worst part is how buggy it is. I’ve been using the app for less than an hour and I’ve already run into at least six different bugs, one of which made me redo five minutes of work! The app also keeps pestering me to make an account. It doesn’t say why, and I don’t see any reason to, so I tap “skip”, but it asks me again 20 minutes later. No thank you. I have files stored in three different Google Drive accounts, but there’s no way to authenticate the app with more than one at a time. There’s more to say but that’s all the time I have for now. I’m going to email the developer about my concerns and I’ll try to remember to update this review.
It is super helpful

Right off the bat ...
In my $100 klip, I installed 55 gigs of audio lectures and songs, Berkeley and iTunes respectively, and the lectures won’t play. Instead, I get a message that the files are in the wrong format. On the other hand , my $49 ixpand from Sandisk plays just fine. I believed I was getting an upgrade for the extra $50. Looks like I was Klipped.
Very Good Product. Great if it can back up WeChat!
This is a very good product. It can backup with a simple click: Facebook, Instagram, Evernote! It will be GREAT if it can back up WeChat—even more popular than FaceBook!
