Coupon doesn’t reflect
When I win a coupon voucher as in the code and apply at checkout it doesn’t reflect. The system takes me back to default
Best product
Please aways give me the best product I bought a watch last time wasn’t up to 4 days tge watch handle spoilt
Good app
This app is real and so reliable
Absolutely terrible app
The search function is useless. You can search for something that is clearly available on Jumia and still not find it. The delivery is also ridiculously slow — sometimes you wait more than 10 days and still don’t receive your order. And the customer service is a joke. They don’t reply, and you can’t even start a new chat if the previous conversation hasn’t been closed. So if they ignore you, you’re basically stuck.
Dark mode and font size.
There should be a dark mode. Please make this option available, and consider changing or increasing the font size.
Fake
Sometimes they should check the products before posting or advertisement, so that if the price must be higher then it should, rather than posting it with lower prices then give fake ones out
Package still in transit 😂
Jumia a good app but they aren’t specific in their delivery periods I made a purchase for some product on 27th of August one was to arrive today which is 2nd -3rd Sep and the other was to arrive 1st -2nd of September could u believe that the one who was to come on the 2nd - 3rd of September came on the 31st of August and the product which I need badly is till in transit

Publicité mensongère et refus de remboursement
Application à fuir ! Pratiques commerciales trompeuses.

Good
Made easy to purchase goods online
jumia is an overall scam
it’s a shame jumia is still allowed to do business. 1- the false description of items is allowed on their platform. 2- the shipping time is ridiculous and never honored. 3- the return process is a nightmare, and usually ends up in refusal. I learned that the hard way and now I’m stuck with a tv I don’t like with bad quality that didn’t match the online description (echolink 43” qled tv) never again would i buy from this platform nor would I recommend anyone to even consider it.
