Bought a package for 23days now and it’s a package which was already in Ghana No message no notification It will show that it’s at the warehouse and the next time to a pickup station the next one is at the warehouse again This is so frustrating

Worst Customer Service, I Lost $50
I’m extremely disappointed with KIKUU. I lost $50 and no one helped, no refund, no follow-up – just silence after multiple complaints. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with – slow, unresponsive, and careless. I DO NOT RECOMMEND shopping here if you value your money and peace of mind. They need serious improvement in transparency and customer support.

Once placed an order on KiKUU it takes too long to receive the package.Somehow you may get notification that your package has arrived for pickup but when you call the pickup station they will inform you that the package has not arrived yet.

I used to send my feedback whenever I receive my order..but now I can’t anymore please developers work on that cuz it’s very necessary to give feedback..thank you.
Delivery is bad
Their delivery in Ghana is quite poor. They need to train their agents to do better. When my product arrives, it’s as if I have to beg them for it. Delivery timelines are also poorly followed; a product scheduled to arrive in 10 days may end up taking 16 days. It’s a major put-off factor for me. Once I get my product, I’m not using this app again. Their customer service is awful.

You guys should work on; 1) Your delivery time 2) Your help service in the application (That chat window, is just set to type "hello" and nothing else goes on from there........) 3) I cannot complete my payments with this MFS Africa software, it was more convinient in my country when you used to work with EvMak Tanzania.....its either that or there is a current problem with your payment system

Kikuu give a good opportunity to all individuals to have products that a very I inspired to us. But the only big problem that kikuu fails is that when you order a product such as a lower price product just arrives in only 10 days , but when you try to order the higher price products they came late and takes even a months. Please developers work on that issue. We will give you five stars.

I lovvvee the app bcos of its free shipping to one’s doorstep,the human hairs I have bought are of good quality so far but I have a bit of a problem with their measurements,you have to start using Africa measurement than china measurement

I dnt know of any other country but am in Ghana and i wont recommend shopping on the Ghana site. Their customer care service officers are very rude and takes too long to get your products delivered. Also some of their products do not work at all. Try Alixpresa instead.

Include North West on shipping locations list
The store has good products but haven’t been able to order any cuz my location which is the North West region of Cameroon isn’t on the locations list. Cameroon has 10 regions but KIKUU’s shipping locations list has 9 and the only one that was left out is where I’m at. Please do include *North West* on KIKUU’s shipping locations list for Cameroon so I can also order and use the good products I see in the app. Also, include the option for customers to send complaints or ask for help via email. There isn’t always an agent present for live chat so emailing will be very very helpful. I eagerly look forward to seeing these changes made ASAP.

Application restart after searching for an item and more app to the background or get a call. You have to search and find items again. This is annoying

Bad delivery and customer service
Delivery used to be on time but now it’s worse. There is also no way to speak to someone for help as the live chat doesn’t function properly. Delivering on time has to be urgently taken care of because it’s my biggest problem. Aside that everything else is good and products I have bought are the same as posted. The difference might only be in quality since that can’t be assessed in the picture.
