Jiji is only interested in making money from those who depend on the platform to sell their products. You pay for monthly package and without their pro sales extra subscription, your ads will remain unrecommended and you won’t make any sales. Workers at Jiji will only be calling you every now and then to buy higher packages, subscribe to new package and a whole lot of these nuances. Because of the monopoly Jiji enjoys, they take advantage of users and charge too much for the monthly packages. It’s bad because they don’t care whether or not you are making sales, the adverts don’t get circulated for you to get buyers even clicking on them. The app isn’t a bad, it’s great but services must be improved upon. Too many scammers too. Jiji must fix this problem

Missing Critical Feature: VIN History is Essential
Can we please get a dedicated VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) field for car listings?Almost every major automotive platform includes this feature. Jiji should too. As buyers, we need to be able to check a vehicle's history, accidents, and ownership records before spending time and money contacting sellers.Adding verification fields like VINs would dramatically reduce scams, build trust, and make the car shopping experience much safer for everyone on the platform. Please consider adding this in the next update!

You hardly reach them when you have issues
Costomer service is very bad except they are calling you to patronize their premium services, this is a headache. As I speak, I have an outstanding issue yet to be resolved

Account challenges
I’ve an account on your platform which I’m trying to access but I don’t remember my password. I tried to reset my password and I was asked to put my phone number or email to receive SMS code or a link to get my password reset. I put the phone number and no code came. I replaced the number with my email and no link was sent. I tried registering a new account and it was rejected because my phone number is registered with another company which you’re not given me the opportunity to access.

CORRUPTED
This is the most fraudulent e-commerce platform ever in my view. How can you be take my money for promoting my business. You decline my advertising and steal my money used for the promotion…no where to trace it after payment. Besides their customer service is very very poor. How can you tell me I cannot post about Work offers when I’ve seen others post going live and when I asked for an explanation, none was given.
Dark mode
Just add dark mode on iOS and the app will be complete

Your search engine is really terrible, you search for eg: a specific dog food and it displays dogs, cars, generator, shoes .. please fix it

This app has been my 1st choice in terms on quick shopping of goods and services. The only thing that would make it more spicy is adding up the “dark mode feature”. If you’re reading this, please take this seriously and work on it for your next update🙏🙏🙏

One of the best marketplace apps out there. Easy navigation, fast posting, and many buyers. It has really helped small businesses and individuals. Good job Jiji team 👏
To many duplicate post on the app
Too many duplicate posts with different accounts and prices, making the app unattractive to such for goods, especially cars and houses. Some dont have what they post there, jiji just interested on having post, not verifying for authenticity of the account and products

Lack of customization on the app is bad No dark mode on iOS devices and i think the messaging between buyers and sellers need more improvements. And considering how WhatsApp groups are promoting sales I think the Feedback of sellers need to be visible on the product page at first along sides the MAKE OFFER & CALL to give Some Credibility on the seller on what the buyer is getting to help the app get more sales. I think the System need to be upgraded, if you use search engine to find realistic Dildo for example , you can see many that were nude and we’re not covered with anything, however, if I post something with covered filters it gets rejected, Secondly this modern day, of marketing platforms , why not jiji simply update their consent policy for one to accept YES I AM 18 YEARS, then one can access a certain category and do thing freely? , it’s becoming annoying ,

I think, they should make it that, the sellers can post but the buyers should also settle part of the cost of advert before viewing contact or initiating messaging on the jiji interface
Kasoa is NOT in Accra
This app is fantastic but please “Kasoa” town is in the Central Region of Ghana and NOT in Greater Accra Region. This causes a lot confusion when you filter by Greater Accra Region and you start seeing things advertised in Central Region of Ghana. Please address this issue in the next update. I love your platform! I trust you guys. Five stars for you!

The managers themselves are scammers. They show you huge amount to pay so that they publish your ads for a period of time ( fair play) After paying this huge amount then they decide when to take your Ads off the platform base on their own policy called pro sales. Blacks are too greedy, now they have the numbers they’re been greedy. They’re demanding a lot.

I like Jiji but why do I have to wait for days before you can publish my ad after I pay for it,I think this needs to be fixed and it wastes sellers time to wait for a longer period before my paid ad is published,by the time you publish it I might have already sold the item.

Your application is the worst one I’ve ever been on. People post without have the items they posted. I waited for one seller of an ATV for 12hours without seen him or the vehicle. Why should a site allow people to just post and scam people. This is why I like a face to face conversation and business with a good police presence as an evident seek You people should really tighten your members security of meeting a seller or a buyer for a transaction. I’m really hate that happened to me today waiting my whole day off smh 🤦♂️😎

Madam Gifty told me that I could delete the account if I didn't forget the password so that I gain all my ads back but after deleting the account and singing in again all my ads are not showing again.
Mark all notification as read.
I have over 300 notifications highlighted in red, I can't go through all of them. I think there should be a feature to clear all notifications or mark them as read.

This disgusting behavior by jiji needs to stop immediately!! What bloody right do you have to deactivate my ads because I was too busy to answer your phone calls seeking to sell me promotions? Am I obligated to answer your calls? No, I am not.!! Your number(s) do not accept incoming calls so how do I return your missed calls if I wanted to? I am not obligated to buy any promotion to advertise my ads. This behavior is abusive and jiji better not push it as this disgusting behavior is actionable.
