Excellent app to track golf stats!
This app is very easy to use and track all my golf stats. I use the option to track my golf scores hole-by-hole and it really helps. The customer service is excellent and responds very quickly if need to update any course scorecards etc. Excellent app to track your handicap and highly recommend!
Great app But missing Key Features
Update 5/28/26 I have a paid subscription till 2027 and I went to submit a score yesterday and the app is completely broken? None of the tabs show anything and the app has no information at all. Not sure what happened but something is broke. Overall I think that the app is great. I’ve only had one complaint though, I wish there was a way to track a round of golf of where you played but not the score. I want to be able to track every course I’ve played at but I have been out a number of times playing a scramble and I do not want that to impact my score tracking for my personal handicap
Yardage Distance units
Can the ( yardage)distance unit be change to meter?
No Support
For some reason functionality has been removed over the years, you can no longer see your handicap card or yearly rounds played. It also is lacking some basic features that could easily be added such as course stats and all rounds played at a certain course.
Incorrect score
My scorecard shows I entered 101 but the score it’s giving on homepage shows a 97. Huh? This will affect handicap. Please fix.
Technical support is awesome!
I lost all of my data and scores due to a technical issue! As promised the folks at MyScorecard found the glitch and fixed it and now I have all my data and scores back. Thank you for your prompt response and excellent technical support!
Deletes your data
If you leave the app everything you’ve entered is deleted.
Where is the USGA Handicap card?
Generally works fine. I have one course where the gps just does not work for some reason. Also, I want to be able to pull up handicap card and can’t. How do you get the card to display that is shown in the App Store?
Customer Service is poor
They do a good job and providing a up to date index and important statistics. My problem with this app is their customer service is horrible! They will not return a phone call and rarely respond to any emails. I have tried multiple times to get my earned badges corrected but no resolution at this point.
Hole by hole entry
When I enter hole by hole score the submit button does not get highlighted for me to submit the score. I can only enter the total score. Please help
Above and beyond
This company and staff are amazing. If you have any problems or concerns they get back to you as soon as possible to take care of you. The program is easy to use and very thorough. Keeps track of your scores, calculates your index, has helpful hints and more. I would highly recommend them!
Used to Love This App
Keeps ending my round in the middle of the round.
Impressed With Recent Customer Service
Both myself and members of my group have recently needed to contact customer service. The customer service was timely and very efficient. We love using the app as a group and using all of the handicap and stat checking data. My one wish still remains a straight stat data extract that would provide both the numerator and denominator for stats such as fairways hit. Highly recommend the app to all.
Sus app
Does not show up in my Apple subscription, so what, do I get the “convenience” of auto renew next year without my consent? The “Manage Subscription” in the app does nothing but show you more options to extend your subscription. Also, no different feature set from paid vs. not paid. Then why did I pay for this? Another fun fact; website login does not recognize your user name & password you use with app. This all adds up to just another money grabbing, shady practice app hiding behind Apples impersonal app store.
Great App if you play 18 holes
I play a lot of 9 hole courses and no matter how i add my score in, it always doubles my score as if i was playing 18 holes…

Great application to track and measure personal also Group Handicap Index with a lot of option
New to golf, not loving the combining
Right now, my wife and I only do 9 holes per outing. We are new to golf and have limited time. I am also new to the app. It appears to be combining every two outings. And it looks weird. It doesn’t seem to keep the course info. It essentially creates two scorecards within the consolidated version, leading to two front courses with scores and two back courses without any scores. I like that it would be helping me calculate a handicap and the app is easy to use. It should be able to calculate the handicap by doing a “behind the scenes” grouping of 18 holes without actual grouping in the UI or in the statistics (best 9 hole score vs best 18 hole score).
Can’t record 9-hole rounds
The app is really good for keeping track of scores and seeing historical data. However, if I only play nine holes instead of 18 it never submits the score. I wish they would fix that.
Love it
I love all the stats the app provides. I wish there was a way to correct an error entering a round. Accidentally put wrong tee box and no way to change it. It inflates the handicap calculation.
Garbage
Save your money. I kept entering scores and my handicap didn’t change. (Even after entering 15 more.) It also isn’t accurate. Don’t spend a penny on this.

Only reason no 5 star is your outside of USA options for membership are very limited.

Underrated
For $15 a year, I feel like this is a steal. I’ve really enjoyed tracking my stats!
No customer service
After having the app for years, customer support has disappeared. USGA no longer recognizes them as official handicap holders so therefore not compatible with any GHIN related events. I emailed them with my concerns for a week straight and got no response. The site won’t let me cancel my auto renewal which is a problem I’ll have to deal with going forward. DO NOT JOIN.

Good app but might move on from it
I like the app and it’s simplicity. I just wish it wouldn’t combine my 9 hole rounds to make an 18 hole round. I want to be able to track my scores individually and it will automatically combine my last two 9 hole rounds even if they are from different courses. Then I lose what my 9 hole round score was because it shows a total for the 18.
App makes it easy to track your stats and handicap!!
Love this app! Been using this app for 4 years now and I love it. Super easy to use and allows me to see what part of my game needs improvement. Great analytics and reporting tools too. Great value. Totally recommend this app.
Zero response from MyScorecard
I’ve had this app for a while and it’s fine. However, and I hope MyScorecard monitors this, I’ve been trying to get an email password reset link for a week. Sent many emails and haven’t had any response. Also, anytime they update the app, they kick you out and you need to reset your password. Hope someone actually reads this and responds.
Not Dependable
Today is the 3rd time in a year the app has crashed on me! “ooops something went wrong” is the message. When the app works…it’s worth the $, but not dependable for serious golfers wanting a tool to track information.
Support?
I’m on a trial version. Noticed that the tee boxes and yardage for a course I frequent isn’t up to date. I sent an email to support with no response. Liking the app but Not sure I’ll subscribe if this is the way I’ll be supported.

App crashes at logo
As soon as I login to app it says loading details and returns to the start. Tried support but no response
Doesn’t let you record score for the back 9
If you play just the back 9 and record your score for the back, it will say in the round history that you played the front and lists your scores as if you played the front. Hopefully this bug gets fixed since I pay for a subscription.
Update oversized on IPhone 7
I’ve been using this app for about 4 years now. With the latest upgrade to the app the display is oversized. I like to enter my score by stroke using the score card, but now the some of the buttons are not accessible because the screen is oversized. This needs to be fixed . I was happy the was it was before.

Password reset issue

Very Poor Support
Logged me out of my account and no help to retrieve or reset my password. Been locked out twice now and no response from support.
Recent upgrade not working
I am not able to add scores on the app any more. I’m on an iPhone and currently 3.1.1 I’m not getting the menu icon in upper left hand corner
Needs the old stroke by stroke screen
The old (blue) version of the app had the stroke by stroke screen in portrait mode. It is a great way to easily track your game but in the new (green) version, they opted to focus on the scorecard view. So, to enter the stroke by stroke, I now have to tilt the phone landscape (not easy with 1 hand) and click super small buttons for tee, fairway, rough, etc. VERY inconvenient and not necessary. Just give people the option, either automatically, ie tilt landscape and see existing screen or keep portrait and see individual hole screen (with bigger buttons). You have the code from the old version, please bring it back
GPS thinks im in the middle of the ocean
First, it’s interface is terrible because of lagging. Second, the GPS is not only not updated but for the last year cannot locate me on the golf course. The app says I am out of range and thinks I’m in the ocean.
Cuts out at the turn
I bought this app for the functionality and ghin, but it cuts out between 9 & 10 every time. I should’ve learned my lesson, but lost my entire round at Pinehurst because I didn’t keep a backup score. What’s the point of tracking every shot if it wipes the score clean and it doesn’t show in the history. Total waste.
Watch comment only
Got an I watch this yr and thought i would try the app on the watch rather my voice caddie. Im a paid subscriber to myscorecard so i get 2 free trials using the watch ... thanks for the try first team ... some problems though that would not allow the app to work .. my country does not have paid data for iwatch .. there is no wifi on the course ... no phones allowed on course (great ) ... hence the iwatch app is NOT stand alone ... it does not use the inbuilt Gps .. so no wifi and no data for iwatch ... app does not work .. so will not be subscribing further. Would be nice to know that you wifi or data on the course to make app work
