Errores en la aplicación
Durante el mes de julio la aplicación ha presentado errores y no permite ver la actividad (millas acumuladas/utilizadas) lo cual dificulta verificar los movimientos de que se hagan con el número Lifemiles.
Oportunidad de compra
Gracias a esta oportunidad de compra que nos da Avianca Lifemiles he podido comprar mis vuelos a un mejor precio por qué a veces lo que pasa es que las agencias de vuelos compran a avianca casi todos los puestos y los venden demasiado costosos, eso no deberían hacerlo ya que a mucha gente le quitan la oportunidad real de viajar y de poder adquirir un servicio, he visto personas que no pueden comprar un vuelo por qué no se acomodan a una tarifa normal y legal viajando por tierra, cuando todo debería ser al contrario, deberían establecer tarifas fijas y no esos costos tan exorbitantes que cobran a veces.

👎😖La idea es muy buena pero el servicio al cliente es PÉSIMO , por teléfono no pueden resolver , toca radicar y se te va la vida de correo en correo y de soporte en soporte … y cuando contestan telefónicamente dicen que no oyen y cuelgan …
Nueva actualización elimina funcionalidad de próximos viajes
Es muy buena pero ya no me sale la opción de ver mis siguientes viajes redimidos con millas, y para saber el número de reserva tuve que llamar ¿la eliminaron?

Contante falla en la consulta de ACTIVIDAD sale error siempre. No hay forma de verificar la cantidad de millas por transacción

Seriously every time you open to check flights details, annoying pop to purchase miles membership pops up. Day by day lifemiles is just going down the hills. It seems lifemiles doesn’t have money to hire professional software developers and engineers like United, Americans and other airlines.

Ofrecen un 50% extra de LifeMiles Credits si pasas los puntos de tu banco a LifeMiles, y 40 días después sigo esperando mis LifeMiles Credits, como pueden ser tan lentos??? It looks nice but it’s horrible for searching for flights. Not only does the calendar take way too long to move to the next month (and you can’t just type in the date), but if you want to make any changes to your selections after searching, you need to choose the date again. There’s also never a premium economy option in the search. Just economy and business/first. Horrible app.

Miserable Experience
The UI of the app itself looks clean and makes finding flights to book with airlines or miles relatively easy. However, after finding a flight and transferring 84,000 miles I had saved over the years the app and website decided not to work. I kept receiving an error message with instructions to call Avianca’s call center to book the tickets over the phone. After several days of being on hold for several hours I finally reached a representative at the call center, who after an hour of trying to book the flight over the phone told me they received the same error message and couldn’t book the flight. They promised to somehow book the flight manually and call me back but they never did. Now the flights I needed tickets for have been sold out and I was forced to buy tickets from a different airline out of pocket. Not only that but my 84,000 miles are locked with life miles and I have no idea if I’ll ever be able to use them. Save yourself the headache and transfer your miles elsewhere.

Fallas y falta de información
Últimamente la app y el programa han mostrado fallas en la acumulación de millas a través de las tarjetas de crédito de bancos asociados así como la conectividad de la aplicación misma. Ha decaído mucho la eficiencia.

Tengo problema con la App en IPhone 13 Pro Max, no logro iniciar sesión, me redirecciona a la página de inicio de sesión y autentificación pero solo eso.

The rewards system is generous, with plenty of opportunities to earn miles through flights, partner services, and even everyday purchases. Redeeming miles for flights, upgrades, and lounge access is seamless, and elite status perks—like priority boarding and extra baggage allowance—make every trip more enjoyable. Customer service has always been responsive and helpful, making this one of the best loyalty programs out there. Highly recommend for frequent travelers!
Useless
Impossible to book a flight I’ve tried so many times impossible to book as well through their website. The only way I was able to book a ticket is making an actual phone call and staying on the phone for like 40 minutes.

Picking a date
Having few troubles of booking. Trying to pick a date for departure/return for award travel: CALENDAR IS LITERALLY JUMPING ON THE SCREEN. It’s super annoying. It will let you see only month that fits in the screen, when you trying to scroll down it bumps you right back to original month. And second : even when I managed to select my dates it never lets me buy online or in the app((( every time some error pops up and tells you to start over. Need to fix all of this problems so people can use it.
Used to work. Now you can’t book
I used to be able to book flights 3 yrs ago. Now it just gives an error and tell you to telephone the call center. The call center associates seems to run into the same issue as well.

En general es amigable y de fácil navegabilidad pero tiene algunos temas que incomodan. Ejemplo 1. Si te equivocas tocando un botón tienes que reiniciar todo lo anteriormente hecho y es terrible cuando pasa 2. El bit no funciona para contestar lo que uno quiere. Prefiero interacción humana que entienda lo que uno quiere lograr. 3. Que sea sencillo comprar pasajes lo hace muy bueno.
