I have created and bought numerous books from this AP with high satisfaction. I am trying to create the 5th book from a trip and the photo selection has ceased to scroll for me to add pages on the 5.5” glued soft back book requested. I need the program specialists to resolve this issue. I have spent some 5 days trying to get help from cluster support without a solution to the problem. I would appreciate a resolution to this problem.

I have to say I’m traveling where internet isn’t great but isn’t that the point of this app; to be able to share your trip as it’s happening. What I’ve noticed is the upload is inconsistent. Sometimes works and sometimes it’s just plain broken and I have to start over. The frustrating thing is that if I have to start one over then the whole set has to start over. Which is crazy because they don’t show to the end user as a set. I have to rewrite all my messages and everything. It’s really frustrating.
One month in…
I’ve been using this app for about a month as I study abroad. It’s often difficult to upload multiple photos from my phone and sometimes this occurs with just one photo. I’ve also noticed that photo quality isn’t as good as Apple’s native app. The location feature is a cool idea, but you have to set the location in the Apple photo app, using Apple Maps. Point is, it’s annoying that Apple Maps isn’t the greatest and you can’t update the location in the Tripcast app. There no way to edit items without deleting them. And if you add a caption to the images/videos, the system will claim it’s a comment instead of a caption.

Lots of problems
It seems the app wasn't really tested and debugged. So many little things that keep failing. Often we get errors even trying to update 1 picture. Alerts are buggy and lots of other errors and failures.

Like the format but upload of videos with a weak wifi signal is impossible. Can’t edit posts once submitted which is annoying if you have typos

Flagged photos
I was thrilled with Tripcast until the last day of our group trip to New England. Someone misunderstood what flagging a photo meant. I posted 104 photos and labeled most of them. The last day one person went through and flagged a lot of my photos. Now they are all darkened with a flag in the middle. When I click on the photo, it tells me who flagged it and there is only a message asking to remove the photo. That was an extremely disappointing end to my trip. I cannot see the photos I posted to show my friends and family. Short of me deleting them and reposting most of my 104 photos, I have not found a way to undo this mess. There needs to be a better way for people to use this app and understand that when what flagging a photo means!!!
Close but needs more functionality
Your apps are just what I was looking for but I want them combined and enhanced slightly I love the subscription ability to archive in Cluster but wish it could create a PDF or document with all of the content not just photos. I love the add a map function in TripCast but wish it was in Cluster. I wish there was an option in TripCast to purchase a PDF instead of a photo book or add add subscription option into TripCast for content download. The issue being sometimes I want an electronic copy of my travel log. Another thought would be to team up with another photo book service that would allow editing of content in the book prior to printing the book. Would love to have photos and maps and text entries all in the book with time to adjust layout before printing. Finally one question, is it really true that I can only use TripCast for travel with USA. If so, that is a deal breaker for this international traveler.
Freezes up
I have a difficult time uploading and downloading pictures in this app using my iPhone. I have selected and edited pictures up to three times before giving up. It looks like pictures are loading then but then it just freezes up. I repeatedly have to remove and reinstall the app. Unfortunately the groups I travel with only use this app to share pictures. Many times there are people who want one of my pics so I send them by email rather than by the app. But when it does work it can be nice !
Upload Losses
I have created comments for so many freaking posts on wi-fi, only have them dropped. I am so beyond frustrated with this app.
Adding people is hard
I had about five people at the beginning, but then I wanted to add two more. They are not getting the messages that it says it is sending. They keep checking and have no invites. I would love any info or help about that.
App doesn’t work as advertised
Our travel group decided to use Tripcast to share photos. Others are having some success. It doesn’t work for me on a current Mac. Clicking on the Post button yields an error message: “Too many redirects.” Same result in both Safari and Firefox Their customer service is non-existent.

I was going to use Tripcast, but you can’t edit posts, which is really frustrating. Otherwise I do like the app, but I decided to use a different app that allows editing.
Easy to set up.
Tripcast is easy to set up, I like that I can write an invitation to my family and allow them to add to the album.
What for
Can’t edit pictures. A waste of time don’t need 450 photos 435 aren’t worthy

Needs more functions for ease of use
Would like to edit the text in a post after it is posted, mainly to correct my typos. Posting photos takes too long, sometimes gets hung up and I have to cancel and re-do, and, I have to try to remember what all my comments were. Would like to have a temporary place to store posts to work on before I post them.
Great app for sharing travel pics
For those who travel in groups with other people you’ve never met, this is a fantastic way to share all of your pictures and videos. I also like that I can share it with my family and friends so they can see what I did on a particular trip. The layout is excellent as well
not a good place to store memories
I highly recommend that you do not use this app to store memories of trips. Main reason being that all photos and videos that are uploaded are compressed way too much and they end up looking very, very pixelated and horrible quality. because of this lots of memories have been gone because the pictures are no longer recognizable, even though they were shot on like the best camera ever.

Complicated to post pictures
Love but want improvements
I love a lot about this app! But there are some things that I wish were changed... 1. I would like more flexibility in organizing photos once they are uploaded in app. I entered about 6 photos, then I realized I missed one... I wanted to upload it when I discovered it was missing... But I discovered I could not move uploaded photo to place it in a time sequence that made sense.... You cannot move photos once photo is taken by camera in app.. nor if you upload from your own photo file... to correct this error I had to delete photos, then re-upload all photos that were deleted and add text again.... this made using app very tedious and unfriendly... At the end of app I just threw in photos because I could not delete the some 200 photos I had added to correct the problem. 2. The 2nd improvement I would like to see is the ability to edit photos taken by camera within app... I had a number of pictures that were too dark for the content to be distinguished and iris always nice to be able to crop... I know I could do that on my photo app and then upload photo... that adds lots of steps when you’re trying to go fast... I did love the ability to push a button and have a book in a week... so close in time to the trip that you still enjoy showing book and talking about it... I also liked the fact that some people want to see photos along the way of the trip... There is, however, a learning curve both for the traveler and the viewers....
Difficult to post
I tried to upload a mass of pictures, with descriptions/notes on many of the pictures and an error occurred. This has happened more than once. It's unreliable.
memories and experiences
It was easy to use but couldn’t find a way to put more than one photo on a page. That totally frustrated me. Too many photos to choose from. I’ve used other services that were more complicated but I also could get much more creative. A trade off I suppose. For a simple book it works. But I enjoyed seeing what my fellow travelers posted (photos and their comments). ..that was cool. And yes some of their photos were better than mine. NY in Portugal

No longer working as designed
I used to love this app and have been using it for a few years. The recent changes to get paid subscriptions seems to have broken the flow. First of all, I don’t see why you’d have bothCluster and Tripcast apps when they provide almost identical features. Use one and combine the geo location feature with the photo/video sharing you’d have less to maintain and your costs would go down. Secondly, how can you remove Tripcast from the Google Play store before having an update available? You leave everyone hanging that isn’t on IOS. Lastly, for me the map feature stopped working recently. After looking at some of the changes I thought it was due to going over the 1,000 posts per group for the free service so I upgraded to the “friends” level. The map still doesn’t show the location where the pictures are taken in my iOS app. I tried to exchange emails with support to get this resolved but so far I’ve received nothing that helps. And yes, location is turned on, I deleted and reinstalled the app,…. None of that works and at this point I believe I need something from the Cluster support but am not getting anything. For an app I pay for I find this not very acceptable…

There needs to be a way to move posts which are added in the wrong order rather than delete everything and repost.
Love/Hate relationship
Am using this for my 2nd adventure this year and I really do like the slick way it works. What I HATE is the fact that Tripcast duns (that is, keeps pestering), me and all my contacts to buy a memory book. So, although for my 1st trip about 70% of the people who were invited signed up, only 40% for my 2nd trip signed up—they just do not want to keep getting the emails from TC pestering them! My friends know I am an advanced photographer and they can ask me for a print of a photograph they like: they don’t want a book!! So, developer: TAKE NOTE— build a “Freemium” model: Either (1) it is free for the user and TripCast can pester all recipients mercilessly, OR (2) the user pays US$0.50/recipient for first 50 recipients who sign on, and US$0.25/recipient above 50, AND TripCast DOES NOT pester recipients to buy the GD book!!! In my current case, with 110 invitees, if all had signed on, knowing that they would not be harassed, I would be (happily) paying the developer $25 for the first 50 recipients and $15 for the remaining 60. A total of $40. Under the current model, the developer gets nothing and many recipients of the invitation to follow are not because they are being harassed by “Marlene” from TripCast. My next trip, maybe I’ll just create an email address for the entire 110 list as a “group”.

Best private travel journal.
I’ve been looking for an app to replace TravelPod, (which was a fabulous app and unfortunately was closed down).this app is simple, easy to use and works across iOS and Web. It is completely private and what I like is that I can invite people to see my travel journey without them having to download the app or sign up. This is a big plus for me. Only reason I give it four stars is that at the moment you cannot edit an entry once posted. You have to delete it and rewrite. Not a huge issue though.
Can’t “share” photos to the app...
... from Google photos. When I try, TC comes up but then reverts back to Google photos before I can select a trip or add a comment.

App Needs to Work!
Now down from 2 to 1 stars. 14 hrs later. It’s still “uploading” photos. It’s been spooling all night long. This app is awful.

Great idea, nice design, but it crush often during photo upload. Fix that, add current location to the map and it will be perfect!
Good app, simple, needs one important addition
Just played with and like this app, wish i had this a few months ago. Simple and effective. Needs one addition though I think is very important, ability to add read only followers. Anyone you add has to create and sign in which I don't think is that great. I would like to share certain albums with people but don't necessarily want everyone to be able to post/comment. Some people I share with I would prefer a link that they can just see the pictures/maps/comments without them having to create an account. Grandparents and parents for example who don't know how to use computers, other than clicking a link. Kind of like a private link on youtube. With that, this would be 5 stars, without I believe it's a major oversight.
