Wonderful game! Super easy, relaxing, not overstimulating, free, and minimal ads. The fish are also very neat looking

Love the game but there are WAY too many forced unskippable ads. Watching an ad for a boost i understand. I can play for 5 minutes without an ugly unskippable ad that I can only get out of by closing and reopening the game! It’s unplayable! I shouldn’t have to pay to get rid of the ads just to play the game!

Relaxing game , needs to be a little bit faster like Zen Koi 2, I wish the friends list wasn’t linked to FB Friends and you need to increase the friends list

Great game, but…
This latest update is the opposite of zen…it has me stuck in loud ugly ads I can’t get out of. It used to be so chill to have an ad open and then be able to close it and continue the game. If this continues to be an issue I will stop playing.

I wish there were more patterns! But I still love the game, 🙂 it really is a zen game I always play it when I have a bad day or just to relax I love naming the koi and the music (so relaxing)but I can’t figure out how awake my dragons 🤔there is no awaken button on my screen
Spam After Playing
I played this game many years ago and didn’t seem to have any issues with it. I redownloaded it again last week and a notification (that I had to interact with in order to close) appeared stating that the app has in app purchases. Within an hour of playing this for the first time (last week) I received a strange Japanese email requesting payment confirmation. Since then I have received two other strange Japanese emails stating that I’ve created accounts on Japanese websites that I have never even heard of, with multiple links scattered throughout. I’m not 100% sure if this app is the cause of this however it began in time with my first opening of this app and there are no other known explanations. The app is peaceful and lovely to play after a busy day, but it’s not worth it.

Koi zen is good because it has awesome movement and art, but it’s pretty hard to find the things to expand the pond :)

The game is so good and fun to watch and play with your koi.
I have this on both Android & Apple there are huge differences
I love the Android version and I will give it 5 stars. It actually helps me to slow or stop an anxiety attack from getting out of control. The Android version ads are manageable. The Apple version ads are out of control and is actually more likely to make my anxiety worse. I am willing to watch ads when it’s necessary but in the Apple version it is very detrimental to game play. The more I think about it the lower the star count goes.
Relaxing calm type
I like to play before bed to get myself calm, and I love how you can have baby koi different patterns that result from the parents patterns, the game itself is fun to me, it’s like a little level or mission each time you have to expand the pool. 8/10 would recommend downloading

Really enjoyed it, until.....
I was really enjoying the game, but there is no easy way to get pearls, which you NEED. I don't mind watching ads in order to not pay, but at one 30 second ad for ONE pearl, when the 3rd koi slot costs 50 pearls, and I imagine it only goes up from there ... that's just too ridiculous and the $$ price for pearls is astronomical. So sad, because I don't like a lot of games, and this was chill enough, with enough happening... :( would try again if they changed it!

I absolutely love this game , it’s very slow paced and it helps me to fall asleep at night.Zen Kio caught me by surprise I love the breeding and trying to creat rare koo is unbelievably fun . Also I’ve never written a review for any game and I play and download games like crazy , this game is speacial and deserves my words of encouragement to make more games like this

Nice and soothing
Beautiful artwork and the game is so calming. Two stars deducted because the amount of Koi space you have is unreasonably little, you have to spend cash to expand early into the game.

Zen Koi Classics Is like one of the best games I have ever played because of the breeding, the offspring chances, and speed and agility is cool too because you can catch up with a fast fish and it’s just the best game ever created in fishtory

Agnes, my 11year old cat loves watching the fish and prey swimming around on Zen Koi. I love the music and the sound effects, not to mention the smooth and laid back play style. If there was a sort of auto-function that I could leave my cat to watch while I go about my day, then I’d definitely give a full five stars.

This game is fun and all, but it's supposed to be a collectors game, and it sure is hard to do that when you have to watch an ad, wait, watch an ad, wait, and keep on doing that until you have enough pearls to hatch one of your eggs! I thought it was bad enough that you had to watch a million ads to get enough pearls, but making us wait a while until we can watch another ad?! That is just extreme...I don't think anyone is comfortable spending money every time their fishes' egg is ready to hatch, but can't hatch it until there's another spot in their pond. A ridiculous way to get money. Balance it out Landshark! I'm sorry for all the complaints, but really! I'm also quite sorry all of ⬆️⬆️⬆️⬆️ this makes is sound like I hate the game, I don't! I love it! And I have 2 suggestions: Make it easier to get pearls... Put a screen were you can see all the fish you've ever bred. So that even after that fish has turned into a dragon, the game still seems like a fish collectors game... Omg this is so long sorry ☹️
Tweaks Needed
I absolutely love this game but have marked it down for 2 reasons..i even dont mind all the ads and having to watch the adds to get pearls..what i dont like about the game is.. 1. You cant play it offline 2. When you get an egg with multiple possibility fish colours,and you have played your heart out to get the rare coloured one in there and when the egg hatches,it gives you the common coloured one again that you already have. These are the two issues i have marked it down for..once tweaked i would highly recommend to others x

I really liked this game, but it crashes every time you exit an advertisement and then you have to gather all your materials again. Zero response from support.

I’ve loved this game for years it’s always been my go to when I’m stressed. The only thing I personally think would be an interesting improvement would be the ability to zoom out a bit or even more so you’re able to see whole pond instead of the main focus of your koi. Other than that I love the game.
Where'd it all go!?
I've had this app for several months and it was great! Beautiful game with beautiful graphics, very calming game. However after this stupid update with flipping snowflakes (who wanted them anyway!?) all of my koi and all of my dragons have disappeared! If I'd known that was gonna happen I'd never have allowed the update. So gutted my collection was really getting pretty good :(

The game makes me relaxed and it’s very time consuming. I love how you get to evolve the fish into the dragon. The animation is so cool! And I like how you added harder fish like the puffer fish, it helps add some more challenge. I think that this is a really good game, but how do you get it add free?

Seriously considering deleting this from my iPad - the stupid ads are ridiculous... I had always enjoyed the game until now. Bah.

This is a great game if you want to calm down. The music and sfx are so good! And it makes you have a goal to reach, mine was to get my first dragon and I’m so close! Great game and not too many adds. 9.5 outta 10

Best relaxing game.
Have loved this game for years. I’m a huge collector and animal lover so I enjoy every bit of this game. This is what I play before bed to calm my mind. The movement of the fish is relaxing and slow and the colors and graphics are tame but intricate and beautiful. It’s a game I always go back to.
Continous errors
Game is good, but terrible bugs, kept having in game errors and bringing you back to first saved "stage". They say it will be fixed soon, but has made for a disappointing and incredibly frustrating experience. Would give it 0 stars if I could.
Adds
On my other phone I have Zen Koi 2 and Zen Koi on this phone and they have the same problem! Adds! When I get out of something there’s a add there is way too many adds so please get rid of the problem,thanks!

It a little boring and repetitive because you are just swimming in a pond and find other fish to breed with but it also a good way to pass time or if you like simulator games
