Gute App, leider unzuverlässig
Wir haben mehrere Karten aus dem Urlaub verschickt, teils als Geburtstagsgrüße. Nur ein Teil ist angekommen. Sehr unzuverlässige Leistung. Preis ist okay, aber wenn die Leistung nicht erbracht wird nützt das nicht.

Unreliable
I've loved these cards for random postcards but do not suggest using for anything that needs delivery in a certain window. This is the second (and now the last) Christmas I’ve used them. The cards are too expensive for the service we receive. I sent 20+ Christmas cards in the first few days of December. Only 2 made it to the recipients before mid-January and one was postmarked from Germany! When I contacted Simplycards they told me to just wait - that the post office was slow. So slow it took two months to deliver 20 different Christmas cards but not any of the mail I sent myself? One they found was mis-printed so they resent it and it arrived in February. Had I not messaged it would not have even been sent. I will no longer use them for things I want to ensure arrive on time…or at all for that matter.

An sich eine leicht zu bedienende App. Schneller Versand und schöne Postkarten. ABER!!!!! das Guthaben wird nach eine bestimmten Zeit gestrichen. Warum?! Man muss vielleicht nicht ständig Postkarten versenden. Daher würde ich sie nicht weiter empfehlen!!!!!!!

App schlecht, Dienstleistung gut
Ich habe letztes Jahr bereits Postkarten mit SimplyCards versenden und war grundsätzlich sehr zufrieden mit Preis, Leistung und Service. Diesen Urlaub wollte ich dies wieder nutzen, am Handy ging dies aber nicht im Browser, ich sollte direkt die App runterladen. Okay, gemacht, weil wird ja mit Sicherheit gut sein und besser als am Browser am Handy. Absolute Katastrophe diese App, reagiert unfassbar langsam, Paypal hängt sich ständig auf, die Haptik ist wirklich für die Tonne. Wenn kein Budget für eine ordentliche App da ist, dann einfach bei der webbasierten Lösung bleiben.
Question
Je débute sur votre appli qui m.a l.air à priori très bien, mais je me heurte à une difficulté. Quand on a passé l'étape de rédaction de l’adresse et du message et qu’on a ouvert le côté photo, comment devient-on sur le message pour le modifier. Je ne vois aucune possibilité de retour en arrière. Pouvez-vous m’éclairer ? Merci
Délai
Le délai est très important. Entre la validation de la carte postale et l’envoi par SimplyCards, il faut 4jours. Ajouter les délais postaux. Donc pour un séjour d’une semaine, si on envoie à J1, peu de chance que la la carte arrive avant votre retour.

Die Postlaufzeit ist mir für elektronischen Versandt zu lange. Auch die Preise sind zu hoch. Sonst OK.
Excellent
Works well every time. The picture quality is like a professional photographer. I have sent to 2 countries and had no problem. Everyone loves the cards so much. My family has started to frame them and they look great! Thank you Simply Cards!!
Nicht angekommen
Die Karte ist nie angekommen, also kann nichts zur Qualität gesagt werden... Lieferzeiten von 2-6 Tagen wurden schonmal nicht eingehalten.
Écriture manuscrite
Ce produit est excellent mais impersonnel en l’absence d’écriture manuscrite. Le seul logiciel proposant ce service est Felt avec des cartes envoyées des USA. Pourtant, comme il est maintenant possible d’ajouter une photo au verso il ne devrait pas être compliqué de proposer une page manuscrite et la même disposition qu’une carte postale avec l’adresse sur le côté droit. Et même d’autres formats avec plage manuscrite. Ce serait parfait. Merci
Very slow delivery
Card has still not been delivered to UK over a week after I ordered it, I have been told to expect it by two weeks, after it was apparently posted in Germany.
Not fully compatible with new iOS
The signature feature doesn’t work with the new iOS yet. You cannot draw in the square to write your signature.
Fun way to stay in touch
This app is a great way to stay in touch. I send postcards to say thank you, commemorate a visit, send an invitation, drop a note to the grandkids … Everyone enjoys getting mail when it isn’t a bill and that there are photos they will enjoy all the better. The cost of a card plus postage is more than sending a custom card from SimplyCards. The app is easy to use and you don’t need to make a special trip to mail anything. I’m in the US so mailing does take a little longer but I am very happy with this app.
Carte perdue
Ça me dérange que la carte ne parvienne pas à destination. Je trouve le renvoi de la même carte gratuitement insatisfaisant car c’est quand même des cartes avec les photos de nos enfants. Quelle déception !
Carte postale
Bonjour, Tout d’abord, je trouve l’idée géniale car on fait appel à la communication ancienne (carte postale) en y ajoutant une touche de moderne avec le numérique. Je viens de recevoir ma carte postale et j’en suis très contente. Seul petit bémol, selon la photo que vous pouvez choisir elle sera un peu floue. Mais idée originale surtout en cette période de vacances. 😊
Kein Platz auf Postkarte?
Schade. Nachdem die Gestaltung der Postkarte super funktionierte und der Text geschrieben war, kam der Fehler „message is too long“.. nachdem zahlreiche Zeilen gekürzt, kam erneut der Fehler.. mehr als eine Begrüßung sollte die Postkarte schon ermöglichen. Habe die App direkt wieder gelöscht sorry.
Schlecht realisiert
Gute Idee, leider funktioniert die App vorne und hinten nicht, z.B. kann ich keinen meiner Postkartenentwürfe jemals weiter bearbeiten oder nochmals verwenden, das macht die Bedienung mühsam und anstrengend. Gerne würde ich mehr bezahlen für eine App mit dieser Idee, Postkarten zu versenden, die aber auch funktioniert !
Quick, Easy, Smiles
This is the easiest, most reasonably priced, and fastest delivery of any postcard app. I send pics to my grandchildren who live far away. They LOVE seeing photos of the family pets, photos of grandparents, and especially photos of themselves from times that we visit. So easy, and big smiles with little effort!
Too slow
I am testing this to use overseas on an upcoming trip however it is now been over three weeks since the first card was ordered and it has not been received. When tapping on it has not been received. It tells me it will be there by the end of May, how do I get my money back?

Leider funktioniert die Adresse Eingabe per Kontakt App von Apple immer noch nicht richtig. Und das seit Jahren. Wie kann das nur so schwierig sein. Das können doch andere auch ohne Probleme!!!!

Einfach zu bedienen, zu später Versand
Ich habe die Karten Mittwochabend bestellt, heute ist Freitag und die Karten sind immer noch in der „Produktionsphase“. Ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass die Bearbeitung schneller erfolgt. Aktuell bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob die Karten überhaupt ankommen werden. Dem Kunden werden zu wenig Informationen über den aktuellen Stand und den Versand übermittelt.
Blemish problem still going on
Everyone I sent a postcard to received a card with a white spot in the middle, some postcards worse than others Unfortunate, the app idea is great but it destroys a good picture
They don't tell you they are in France!!
I downloaded thinking they would send from the US but 8 days later the cards are not received yet because they were sent from France. Also there is no way to contact them.

Takes soooooooo long to ship
Doesn’t even give you a tracking number or an update. Not an easy interface. Basically no customer service. The person I sent to card to (in advance obviously) was May 25 he didn’t get it till June 3

Horribly About 1 month to arrive
I don’t live that far away from the state the post card or card are being shipped from but still it takes about 1 month to arrive. Ridiculous ! Valentine still didn’t get their Valentine’s. What a waste of time. Is there still a back up problem with the mail or does the company not really ship card out when they say they did? I got cards from family that lives in a different state than me and it only took about 2 or 3 days so something is very strange here. Has anyone else waited about a month For delivery?

SO Slow
Placed order on 12/1. AFTER order was placed (for one single postcard) I learn that it will be Delivered by 12/20. WOW! So slow!! Have used Touch note before - and it was received within a week! 20 days for a postcard from MN to Maine is silly.
