Sympa mais pourrait être mieux
Une petite appli sympa pour créer et envoyer des cartes personnalisées, mais dont les outils de personnalisation sont relativement limités (impossible d’importer des stickers externes comme ceux que l’on peut créer sur l’iPhone par exemple ce qui est dommage) et difficiles à utiliser (sans rentrer dans trop de détails, l’interface utilisateur pour les créations pourrait être meilleure). Il faut aussi prévoir c. 1 semaine entre la création d’un carte et sa réception par le destinataire ce qui est un peu trop long à mon goût.
Pas d’envoi
Déception , je commande pour la fête des mères et l’envoie ne se fait jamais . Je dois contacter le service client 10 jours après moi même pour qu’il envoie l’article! Un peu trop tard mais bon …

GOOD: it works BAD: postcard print is VERY LOW quality and the app is not fully translated (partly French)

Ok, but I’ve seen better and cheaper
The prices aren’t clear 1,..$ for a card -without stamp- Only when you have created a card and want to send it they add the price of the stamp making the card not expensive than other similar apps. I also saw I received one free welcome card: impossible to receive free gift. I should rate it 1/5, but since the rest of the app is ok I give it 2/5. I will go back to the other (French) app I use (d) and from whom you probably copied the idea
Fun idea
Would give 5 stars if I could actually create an account and send my card. Login page says "log in or take 30 seconds to create account" I only receive error message and am not able to sign up....Facebook link not working either. :-( Now I have cards ready to be sent, and paid for them with paypal. But cannot send. Please fix. S'il vous plait.
Super appli pour jolies cartes
Je vis à l étranger et pour la première fois, j ai utilisé Popcarte pour envoyer une carte à ma nièce. Très jolies choix de cartes et bonne qualité. Arrivée en avance! Je recommande
Maybe I am stupid
Maybe I am stupid but I found this app difficult ( clunky) to use , and every time I tried to send from my address file it blocked me .... I am now trying to get my test money refunded .
Shipping not included
Shipping not included in price. Find a different app for less per card. Otherwise ok.
Bug , Cannot complete a card
Shame because I used this App for most of my vacation and tried to use it again but it seems the latest update broke something. After scribbling the personalised message it gets stuck in the NEXT button and therefore cannot complete any card.
Poor selection of cards
The selection of pre-made cards with their own images and messages is really lacking here. Not all of us have the perfect photo to send in a birthday card, nor can we think of an appropriate message. Please add more pre-made cards to your inventory.

How does this work?.
I just keep getting sent to the sponsor page. I just want to send a flaming postcard. Unfriendly. French. Not English. Nothing against the french, just it lures you in with English.
Great site
I like the ease of this site. The only addition I would like is if there is a way to let me know the card was delivered..I hate asking the recipient if the card was received and the person never says thanks for the card or I received the card unless asked, which embarrasses them. If there was a way to alert me I would give the site 5 stars
Long delivery time for US recipients
Easy to use, lots of design options. But 1-2 weeks for delivery, that's way too long.
Good app but pricey
Nice app with a stylish interface and all the features you could want, but nothing exceptional to justify the higher price tag per postcard compared to other apps. (£1.99 per postcard compared with 99p-£1.49 in other apps.) If the price was more competitive, or you could save money by buying bundles I'd consider this one of the best photo-to-postcard apps available.

Best way to get a card over in time using your own photos! You can just make super personal notes using memories it’s so cool !

I ordered a postcard through my free credit and have waited for a whole week for it to arrive but it still hasn't.

I think this app is great, i did have a prob as I ordered a card and it didn't come so I emailed and they happily credited my account so I could reorder I would recommend this to any1 who likes doing there own cards

Not impressed
I ordered a card payed through PayPal and he still not received it I contacted customer services and no response and the company seems to be in France so all the emails come in French don't bother with it. It's a big con beware. Ill stick to moon pig in future

It's perfect for sending cards of appreciation to friends & family. I love that they do a folded option and that you can add or draw a signature.

So far so good. Fantastic idea, so easy to use, and great when you are in a hurry and cant get to the shops
No free credit as promised.
I thought the app was easy to use, despite being rather basic and not many Xmas card choices. The app promises free credit so that you can send your first card free. Created my card, went to checkout as per the instructions but credit is shown as £0.00, I checked the "my account" button but still no sign of free credit. Not prepared to pay for 1st card as I do not know what quality the finished product will be. Going to delete the app and try the apple card app instead. Moonpig is definetly the best one app so far.

Bag of w#!k. Been waiting a month for a card to send, still says awaiting shipment. Emailed to query and never had a reply. Use another app called touchnote, same idea but it actually works.

This is the most useful app first used it when I was unable to get to the shops now I use it all the time, the only thing I can complain about is the quality of the card it's a bit wobbly

Item not recieved
Bought Valentines card on the 6th of February, never arrived. Account shows £1.99 credits but no card sent. I e-mailed to enquire regarding cards whereabouts and was told they couldn't find the transaction despite me providing the UDID number and transaction number on the PayPal receipt. Heard nothing for days now. What a complete waste of time and money. Your a disgrace to the app store!
the card was good
the card was lovely and had most of my words on it but some of the Chinese characters I wrote showed as question marks. I guess you can only write it fully in English.

Don't waste your time
Worst app ever, not so sure how long doest it take to send a card, done one 2 days ago and till now, it shows waiting shipment!!! To late. Valentine is over and i was in trouble, also it charges you even when you edit an existing card in your basket!! £4 on a card that never was sent, why did I bother?!

Just made my card and am sending it to my sister plus I am very surprised with the offer thought there was going to be a catch but there wasn't very exited and ready for it to arrive!!!

The possibilities for this app would be great. I have family that are endlessly sending e-cards. Problem is there are free web based services for this and i don't want to send from my phone ata a cost. May be great for some though!
