Not good enough
I used it for 3-4 month after paying for 1 year and found it difficult for my purpose.. there were no options to set billing dates and due dates for credit cards.. i send them and enquiry and response was cold.. i was disappointed with their response especially from an app on subscription. So i switched to another app.. it was a one time payment and i am really happy with it.. it have all the features i need..
Option in setting for Zero Value Ledgers
Can add one option in setting that, zero value ledgers can be hidden option. So that it will be easy.

توجد مشاكل تقنية منذو اكثر من شهر لم تحل
لن تستطيع التسجيل في التطبيق و التمتع بكامل المزايا وانت في السعوديه و بعض الدول العربيه ، السبب في بساطه انه لا توجد طريقة لتسجيل الدخول الا برقم الجوال وهناك مشكله من شهر انه لا يقبل الارقام السعوديه وانه توجد مشكله في التحقق ولم تحل و اتوقع لن تحل لانني من شهر كامل اتواصل معهم دون جدوى ، ولن تستطيع تسجيل الدخول او التسجيل الا عن طريق رقم هاتف ، كل التطبيقات تعتمد البريد الالكتروني الا هذا التطبيق ؟؟؟. التطبيق جميل جداً و سلس و سهل و مميز ولن تجد مثله ويدعم اللغه العربيه، ولكن المشكله فيه انك لن تستطيع الاستمتاع بكامل مزاياه الا بالتسجيل💔

Server problem and offline working
This app is irritating and annoying as it keeps on flashing server out and doesn’t work without internet or WiFi... it should have synced options and operating offline... I paid and recommend others but now I find is useless and will ask other to opt other applications

I liked the app but reporting tool is not good for inventory tracking, I can’t see remaining items anywhere, I can see the total but not by item. I don’t know if it’s there in paid version

Paid for Subscription but didnt get one
I paid for the subscription but was not offered the subscription. I tried to connect developer over mails over and over again but was responded only once but the issue was not solved. I feel as if I am fooled.
A Reasonable App
1) Happy that there’s no limitations for free version. 2) Happy I could write my personal account in the way I wanted 3) Interface isn’t simple like Coin Keeper App. It’s confusing. After spending few days got a hold of it 4) Slow — It’s taking some time to load & save transactions 5) People can miss out “Account” option and then find it difficult to match cash & bank balances. It will be better if it’s made mandatory instead of optional.
Can not connect to server
Keeps crashing saying can not connect to the server .
Database kept in cloud?
I have a doubt, app database kept on cloud or in my device? Why not opening without net connection??

No option to enter instalments and other account types as Prepaid and overdraft.
I wish to request a refund of the payment I made for the pro version of the app. It doesn’t fulfil my purpose of buying the pro version. Also the information provided while upgrading was quite misleading. Looking for a quick response from your side.
