What’s with the calls
I’m using an iPad Pro and when I click on the paperclip to access my pics it goes to a failed phone call. How do I fix this?
Impossible to share screen on ipad
This is something I didn’t know I would look forward to during my online classes, and now that I need it, it doesn’t support it… I still don’t regret paying for premium, but this is terrible… :( something so simple, every other platform does this. 😿
Great on Windows but bad for iPad
We use this for all our meetings and works well - except on the iPad, as you cannot screen share in meetings. Sadly now looking at other meetings software to replace whereby!
Miss the larger room sizes
I like the whereby format and ease of use. I do miss being able to have more than 4 people in the room.

I used the app to call my parents but since this week it wants my money. Switched to another solution and put some effort to teach my parent to use something else. Good luck whereby I won't miss you.
A little like zoom
Whereby is a little like zoom. The only problem I’ve had is that the virtual backgrounds don’t come up. If they did, I would change this to 5 star.

Make an update
You really need to make an update where you can screen share on an iPad. I mainly work off of my iPad but because I can’t screen share on it I have to use my PC. Please make the update asap
Lack of screen share is a deal breaker
I can participate in a family group meeting but a can’t share my screen on an iPad. This, dear friends, disqualifies Whereby for me.
Incompatible
The main problem I encountered is that for some reason when this app is installed, IOS fails to recognise .docx and .xlsx files

Causing Docx and Xlxs issues
Haven’t used this app for a while but found out tonight after weeks of problems viewing docx files that the whereby app was the culprit. As soon as I deleted it I was back in the game. Developers need to look into this with many people having this issue and unable to view important documents.
An amazing app just one thing
I don’t think we should have to pay for more rooms or have more people I think it’s pretty bogus

I have been using for years and loved how it was multi platform and easy to use. But the newest update makes it impossible to use. Me and my friend today tried to use and after an hour gave up Time to look for a new app, just when you thought Skype was garbage Great job programmers

Causes Office Issues
I downloaded this and can no longer open Word files.
Needs to be able to save rooms
The application handles video calls better than Chrome, which causes the fan to spin hard, and Safari, which doesn’t require as much CPU. However, this app desperately needs some way to save a list of rooms. I hate having to first setup a business link then set the room every time I want to join a call. Please add this feature!

Last update didn’t work for me, when someone leaves the room still booting everyone out.
You can’t share screen or watch YouTube! 😔
Ease of sharing screen and watching YouTube videos together were the main highlights for me. These features are only available on the web it seems. Such a shame! Any chance they will be implemented soon?
Great Program
Easy to use. Get it in the App Store. Easy to Navigate. Chat function to write other participants. Choice of camera on/off, & Microphone on/off.
Please make different
The company I work for, uses whereby for video conferences. Sometimes, my mac hang and I need to restart. When restarted, my chrome asks to restore old tabs, BUT if it takes morenthan usually, like, when I quit for lunch, I forgot that whereby was open, and where by is recording me without my concern, or at least without I know that. Today this happen again, I think I was being recorded for mora than an hour and I did no know that. This is ashame. Fix this, put a button to xinfirm to enter in the room. PLEASE!!!

The user’s screen is not accurately capturing & displaying to other person’s screen. Right & left sides are cut off.

Pedos use this app
I know this could probably be expected from video chatting things but I’m actually 12 and a LOT of predators has asked me to go on here. I just looked to up to see what it is and now I know why they wanted me to go on it now. Idk how you could fix this problem but maybe you can put like a warning before you go into video chat or something..

Bait and switch
They used to provide the service without a timer but they changed that and now it’s pointless.
POWER HUNGRY
Unfortunately this isn't the most efficient app in the world. So if your iPhone gets hot, don't be surprised, the website is also quite inefficient on my girlfriend's laptop. While with other video chat apps and websites everything runs with far less heat and much longer battery life. Hopefully this gets fixed, timestamps get added as well as chat history.

No Screen Share for iPad...
I love Whereby for camstudy, but the screen share feature was not available for iPad... Hopefully they bring in screen share for iPad so I can share my iPad screen directly without mirroring to the computer.
Video sharing issues
Hey I can see only two of the people I’m trying to contact the 3rd is just a black screen and I’m on iOS using an iPhone 7 any ideas on how to fix this ?

Don’t recommend
This app was okay at first but now after using it it’ll cut off every minute or so for about 20 to 30 seconds. Also it gets choppy and I have the iPhone X.Not worth it.

Messages are crazy
App is fine but the messaging is crazy. No notification of a new message and the order in which they display is completely random!

Tried this app once, unimpressed, will not be using it again. Speech was unintelligible, pictures froze. Totally unusable for serious conference call.
Good, but one issue
I’ve had a pretty good experience with the app, my only complaint is that when I exit and re-enter the app I can no longer type in the chat.
