When i am trying to update it is saying it needs ios 26 or above and update notification is apprearing multiple times i am not being able to update.

Problems in Mobile app of Kumari Bank
Itβs been two days I opened account of Kumari bank.I transferred money to kumari bank.When I start checking my account in mobile app, it was showing problems that I canβt access anything and I was worried weather the is transferred to my account or not and still showing same bugs . I would like to request to fix the bug.

I am honestly very disappointed with the mobile banking service of Kumari Bank. The app has been extremely unreliable for me. On multiple occasions β at least 5 times now β the app simply refused to open right when I urgently needed to make a payment. It either keeps loading, crashes or doesnβt respond at all. This is very frustrating because mobile banking is supposed to make transactions quick and convenient, especially during emergencies. When payments are time-sensitive, not being able to access your own bank account creates unnecessary stress and embarrassment. It makes me lose trust in the service. Whatβs even more disappointing is that this is not a one-time issue. If it happens once, itβs understandable. But repeatedly facing the same problem shows that the app is not stable or properly maintained. As a customer, I expect a banking app to be reliable at all times. I hope the bank seriously looks into these technical issues and improves the appβs performance and stability. Mobile banking should make life easier β not more stressful.

Need fixes.
Such a trash server for an operating bank. Its totally filled with bugs. Whenever I look forward for payment I canβt even do simple transaction, neither i can receive the payment. Should maintain the serverβs properly and improve customer services.
Worst of the worst banks
This garbage bank are so poor and below mediocre that they cant even manage their servers and data. Don't trust this bank. THERE SHOULDN'T BE ANY COMPROMISES WHATSOEVER WHEN YOU'RE A BANKING APP. Why is my money not showing up, why is my money not being sent properly? Fix this or else your reputation as a legitimate bank in Nepal will be forever tarnished. Stupid app. I'm going to close my bank account ASAP.

App crashes while scrolling down
After login and get into dashboard the app always crashes while scrolling down and logout itself then come to home screen of my iPhone 6+ Requesting you to solve this issue as soon as possible.
Login error
Once you forget your pin you cannot reset it through app. Login will fail if pin has expired. There should be some options provided for users to reset their pin, if forgetten there should be other reset options available to continue.
