IRD Tax prayer incentive is added and now we can get coupon code but it would be better if you add merchant details and amount as well. We need to keep the original bill but without knowing the merchant how can we know which invoices are eligible? Please improve that.

This is the one of the worst app I have ever used. I mistakenly send money to my mom account however I am not able to see. Where did I send the money? Thank God is my mom account later. I need to call to the bank and verify where did I send But in the app still there is no transaction. This is the worst. Worst worst app ever I have too bad

Disappointing Experience with Mobile Banking and Swoyambhu Branch Service!!!!
As both a mobile banking user and a customer of this bank, I would like to share my experience. The customer service at the Swoyambhu branch has been quite disappointing. The service is often very slow and time-consuming. In fact, many government banks now seem to provide faster service. I sincerely hope the branch takes steps to improve efficiency and customer experience. Additionally, the mobile banking app has serious reliability issues. There have been several occasions when I was unable to access or use the app properly, which can be very frustrating when banking services are needed urgently. If these issues with the mobile banking platform and branch service are addressed, I believe this bank has the potential to provide a much better overall customer experience. I hope management takes customer feedback seriously and works toward improving these areas.

The update is slower for Siddartha Bank
I have been using this app to transfer funds, top up mobile etc. but for the last couple of months i have issues with it on my iPhone 7. When I sign in it says to change my password, which i try to do but it freezes! I had the same issue with Nabil Bank but that got fixed around last week but with Siddartha Bank it is still the same! F1 Soft probably knows the problem but still fixed it for Nabil Bank and not Siddartha Bank! Not happy user!

Never works in emergencies
Very poor service, it has happened many times that they deduct the money twice even though it says the service error. And I have to wait another day to get the refund. Probably had happened more than 5 times already in emergencies. The same with the ATM too. Never depend on the service of this bank. It might put you in a really difficult situation..

I’ve been experiencing a lot of bugs for about a week. It always says no connection even though I have a good connection due to this problems my money couldn’t load in eSewa through Mobile Banking for a couple of times and it takes for than 3 days to recover my money even after contacting CUSTOMER SERVICE. im using app regularly from outside of the country. please add email feature insted mobile number or both will be great for the people who are outside of nepal.
Cannot change PIN
Cannot use the app as we need to change the received pin but when i try to change it, i cannot type on the old password/pin field. Soon as i click on the input field, it shows the keypad but when i press any letter, the app freezes. The app doesnt go beyond this point. Need a fix.
