Improve IRD Tax Payer incentive info
IRD Tax prayer incentive is added and now we can get coupon code but it would be better if you add merchant details and amount as well. We need to keep the original bill but without knowing the merchant how can we know which invoices are eligible? Please improve that and wonder if credit card payments ar eligible or not?

Most banking apps are getting better day by day, but nbank app is far-most the best app in present time. The most advanced, reliable, and amazingly fast. I am highly satisfied and would like to give more then 5 stars to the nbank team and developers.
Why information is missing in this update?
What's with the update that information I rely on is missing. Previously on loan data I could see Name of Account, Total EMI Amount, Interest and Principal amount, remaining installment and so on. Now it's just Name of Account and Principal amount. Who signs off these updates?

Old update was very nice now the icon and theme is looks very low quality compare to old update other all is good very nice experience with this app
Bring Back Full Transaction History
I liked the previous version of the bank app much more. It was simple and easy to use. In the old version, I could clearly see the full transaction history, including both the money that came into my account and the money that went out. It was very convenient to track everything in one place. In the current version, it only shows payment history. Now it is difficult to see how much money was received and from where. The app has become more complicated than before, and it is not as user-friendly. I hope the developers bring back the full transaction history feature like in the previous version, so users can easily track all incoming and outgoing transactions.

Overall great but has let me down a few times
Bank apps have undoubtedly made online payment easier and so has Nabil bank app. However, one complaint would be that it sometimes betrays when it doesn’t load when I need to pay for something. It has happened 3 times so far. So this needs to be worked on. In a world where we barely carry cash as backup, bugs like this has really put me in a tight spot

Did the UI change?
I just updated the app and the ui is completely change, the button looks big the text looks overlapped, it’s not smooth. Many feature that were useful are missing.

Terabou qr scan garda slect more and keep current wala option hatauna paryo .. once kumai qr load garyo bhane arko qr load garna mildaina app close nagari … dherai qr gari rakhne haru lai lastai problem xa .. next time mukh pani xaddna sakxu
Multiple phone number
I’ve been using the NBank app for quite some time, and I find the user experience very intuitive. The app offers a wide range of useful features, all conveniently integrated in one place. However, I would like to suggest adding the ability to access and manage multiple accounts within the app, even if they are registered under different phone numbers. This feature would make the app even more convenient for users who maintain more than one account.

Creating password issue
I have changed and registered international number for my nabil but when i tried to activate, i couldn’t create the password. I have tried so many passwords which is valid according to password policy but still shows can not use your name, missing special character. Very frustrating…..

I’ve been using this app for very long and from what I see, it handles transactions pretty well. The only flaw I see is that when you load a wallet through the app, it takes a while for the money to arrive in the wallet. It’s good overall.👍
I’m still confused
This new update, updated even my email that they said my email is not registered 😭. No respond from customer service after that one email saying it that my mail is not registered.please fix this issue
Account Access from Overseas
I have been living overseas due to work and come to Nepal once in two years. I am always having issue with NABIL internet banking and mobile App. My NTC number is inactive most of the time, so can’t use it for resetting PW or other authorisation. Can’t we use overseas number or Viber account or WhatsApp or even email account for MFA and do the banking? MobileApp doesn’t work whenever it gets updated. Nabil should consider for hundreds of thousands of Nepalese living abroad who would like to do online and mobile banking with Nabil but they are facing heaps of inconvenience at the moment. Hope Nabil will consider this inconvenience and address the issue by providing overseas telephone and email support. Thanks

About cell number
Actually i live in abroad and there so many people live in abroad for permanently. While i or we ccome to visitting family or friends in nepal. While we can used cell number we are in nepal and then we cant use it when we return bank to home but examples i have bank account in nepal nlk ask nepal sim card id?!! Why can’t expect abroad number from bank so give it us easy way to check up bank details Need to change Thank you
