Used to love
I have been playing this game for over 5 years, recently the updates have messed the game up. I was on such a high level and when trying to sync the game after getting a new phone I lost all my data. I started them game again as I loved it and randomly a couple of days ago the game has gone down again and again lost all my progress and keep getting an error when trying to sync. Would not recommend as there’s too many technical issues.

Same as others, used to love and now the errors make the game a pain to play. Also do not delete the game as the VIP won’t then reinstall. Support has been horrendous and made me pay again.

Love this game but some packs will not load (for example flowers+) and some previous daily calendars also don’t load (for example I can’t load June 2024 but July loads fine)
Great game- can’t restore back up!
I absolutely love this game and purchased a life time membership. However, I struggled to back up my progress to Facebook before changing phones but eventually managed it. BUT- I now have a new phone and am unable to synch my game back to Facebook- have tried multiple internet connections and keep getting told I have no connection. To make matters worse I appear to be in limbo- I have all the coins from my original membership but can’t access any levels- not even the free ones. I have emailed support 4 times and no reply! Very disappointing- I just want to play the game I love! Please help!
VIP Lifetime purchase
I love this game, paid for the VIPlifetime option, but since I got my iPad fixed recently, I have not been able to restore the purchase. I have subscribed to the monthly payment for now, but will cancel after the free period. When I click on app support, I get an error message!!
Paid VIP lifetime membership money taken no email response?
I have been playing this for a couple of years. I once paid a lifetime membership which I paid for nearly £30 the money has taken & no refund as this happened a few months ago. So I decided to stick to pay monthly which makes me better of using this monthly payment. Good game although it does have an odd glitch

i bought the vip pack, and have loved this game for so long but so many pack refuse to open, waisting time and money . i’ve tried restarting my phone, uninstall and reinstalling and nothing happens! please fix this i love it too much!
Unable to load content
For the last week or so I have been unable to load the packs open as it will just freeze a loading screen, I have paid for VIP twice as every time I try to sync the game to my socials it’s unable to I then need to start fresh when I get a new phone I really enjoy playing the game however at the moment it is just unplayable

Can’t play any levels
I used to love playing this and would slowly work through the levels. I haven’t been able to play any of the levels for weeks. No replies from contact attempts. Just frustrating
Great game - won’t load
Love this app, have been playing it for years and completed loads of levels but all of a sudden it won’t load past the red “space sheep” page. Tried opening and closing the app hundreds of times and restarting my phone - gutted.
Love this game
I play this every day. Fun and with various levels of difficulty. Always look forward to new levels being released.
No support
This was a great game, however the support is gone. I have been a lifetime vip member, but my game stopped loading packs. I deleted and reinstalled the game, but it will not allow me to synch my old account and restore my membership. I’ve tried contacting support but have had no response other than an auto holding reply. A bug shame.
Takes too long to load - I’ve given up
Takes way too long to load. Two stars because I really enjoyed it a lot before, but have been unable to completely load the game for months. “May take awhile to load” is an understatement.
Yet another bug
This is a great game but since the last update Brain Challenge no longer works. At least they have sorted the last bug where a minute or so into the puzzle the image would move and the bottom line disappeared!
New Update not good!
The latest “challenge” is not a good update! The whole point of this puzzle is to use logic and mathematical skills. Where you have placed the lives (hearts) they are covering what numbers are required……therefore you have to apply guess work as to what you think may be underneath. Also if you want to use points and complete a line you can only use horizontal, it doesn’t allow you to use vertical input……. The idea of the lives is a good challenge, however covering up what values are required is not……please re look at this??
No longer playable nor safe.
Played this game for years then suddenly packs won’t open and perpetually load so you can’t actually play any levels. Decided I would back up my game and delete the app to reinstall without losing progress to see if that would fix it. Tried Apple ID first and ‘no internet connection’ so tried Facebook. Lo and behold, I was told to input a code to prove my login was genuine and upon checking my emails there was indeed a code - to allow them to change my password. The game is no longer safe. Do not log in to Facebook, they’ll hack you if you don’t pay attention and give them the code.
What have they done?
Used to be a five star game but they’ve added lives and the hearts (lives) cover the numbers for the lines which make it a guessing game. Needs sorting fast.
Great game but…..
Last update has ruined it. Grid shrinks after 2 minutes! Can’t see the top or bottom. I’ve notified the company several time’s but nothing seems to happen to rectify the problem. Same old response from the developer! Given up playing.
Lovely game
I’ve played this game for months on end, very easy to just be distracted for 5-10 mins a day. Lovely little brain training for everyone :)
Lost all progresses and purchases.
I’ve played this game for years, always loving it so last year I purchased the vip package and for once I thought It was worth it (it was). But one day (after about a week of trying to open the app but it wouldn’t load no matter what i did) i deleted it and re installed it. And ever since my purchase has been lost, and i cant retrieve it. And all my progress was lost. I have emailed and no one responded (for 8 months). Im really disappointed by this game scamming me out of my money!

Since the update the game won’t pass 90% and just won’t open!
Addictive but too many ads
I used to enjoy the daily puzzle where i’d pay money to play it but now it’s full of ads that last around 30 seconds, click on the X to come off it, then another 5 seconds before clicking X again to continue with the game. Not to mention another Ad once the puzzle is complete. If there were fewer Ads, i’d play more often. Otherwise, it’s a great game and i enjoy challenging myself to complete the puzzles without and hints.
Very addictive
Thought this was such a good free game I ended up buying the full app. Love the daily fix of a new puzzle.
Poor customer service
Had this app for a few years never had a problem. Even brought the VIP permanent access. Sadly recently nothing ever loads and when emailing support several times I’ve never had a response. Finally took the plunge and deleted the app and reinstalled. Only now it won’t log in saying it’s always disconnected from the internet (I’ve now tried 4 different servers including standard data) and it won’t restore my VIP access 🥹 so frustrating considering how much I enjoyed this app.
