Loved but time to leave
I truly loved this game and will miss it. Been on it for years but I have completed all. I’ll miss it. Wish I could find another app as enjoyable. I would highly recommend this app.
Need new regular levels
I use to love playing this game, but I finished all the regular levels and they only add special levels now that require a Master Pass ticket. Even with a paid subscription, which I have, it is impossible to get tickets so I can no longer play. Contacted the company but they were not very helpful and did not seem to care that a paying customer could no longer play. No longer paying until they start adding regular levels again.

I love this app but need more games!
I’ve done all of the games, without paying for VIP. Supposedly a new master pack was released, I updated and still no new master pack. And even if it’s there, I can’t earn more tickets to play it without paying, if there aren’t new levels to play.
Why no updates??
This game is fun to play but the developers do not provide any updates to the game. I paid for VIP and there are no games for me to play without replaying the ones I’ve already completed. With the exception of rare master games, there have been no updates in over a year. I would suggest that no one pay for VIP.

Love the game but can not sign in via Facebook now which causes me to lose some of my daily rewards. Are you going to fix this problem? Thank you.
No more photos
I finished Vegetables and Fruit photo as well as completed 48 puzzles on the locations including Africa and Oceania and I have not had any new photos for months. There is an event coming up and I have no puzzles. This was the only game on my phone and I have updated the game.
Can’t play
Love playing this game but there hasn’t been anything new. I beat all the puzzles. Please add some new levels
No more games
I’ve had this game for a while & enjoy playing it. However, I’ve completed every puzzle except for VIP a long time ago. And I was told several months ago that new puzzles will release soon. The only new puzzles have been for master pass, which you can’t do without tickets. You can’t earn tickets without levels to complete or buying them. And then recently I was told no new puzzles will be released any time soon. So unless I want to pay for VIP, this game is worthless to me.
What happened
Does this game still even have a developer? I don’t get it, update but literally nothing new or a Facebook pace that’s current. It’s weird.
Great app but…now 5 stars (amended)
I really enjoy this app. The reason I haven’t given it 5 stars (will change if addressed) is that I’m unable to open / unlock / use the Facebook games. I’ve gone onto the Facebook page, I’ve even posted the question on how to unlock the games, but there’s no information there and no one bothers to answer my question. I have no games left to play except the Facebook ones, so am at a stalemate! Please tell me how I can play the Facebook games? Thanks for sending me the link finally. Shame it took so long. Yes the link worked. I don’t understand why the only way I could access the Facebook games was for you to send me a link. Shouldn’t they be accessible from the game? Maybe you need to look into that.
Scammy pop-up ad
I used to love this game even with the ads all over it, but there’s a new one that randomly takes you out of the game to a fake Amazon prime app saying you won something. It’s happened three times to me just this morning, or I wouldn’t have written a review. Y’all are shady now.
Can’t get Facebook event
I’ve never been able to link my Facebook to this game to unlock the event puzzles. I liked and followed on Facebook and updated my game in the app.
Greedy; far too many ads
Well written, but their greed raises the ad-annoyance level to extremes.
Game issues
I really enjoyed the game but sometimes I play and an email envelope and emergency response comes up and then I have to uninstall and reinstall and I can reset or play my old one I accidentally hit the wrong one and hit reset.
Great game; purchases are worth it!!
I am writing this review because I spent $5 on energy and maybe some coins and I still have a ton of energy even after having purchased it about a week ago. I had another app like this where I spent $5 and went through it in 10 minutes because they increased the energy costs for each level!! It would go from 8 energy to 45 so if you bought 500 energy you know that would go really quickly with that spike! Just wanted to say I’m glad this app doesn’t do that because it’s scammy and I need to try to remember that that app is called and warn people. TLDR get this app, if you buy energy it will go a long way

Glitchy
I’ve played this game for years. But the last few weeks it’s so glitchy and lagging. Takes the fun out of it and definitely disrupts your concentration.
Metajoy Support
I’ve been playing this “game / puzzle” for a couple of years or so and just love it. I recently renewed my annual vip package using my iphone; but the package didn’t transfer to my ipad when I logged in. When I contacted metajoy to help me resolve this issue, i got the message that “this is not a live chat”. It takes HOURS and HOURS to get a response. Finally when I did, I responded back………it took hours and hours upon hours for them to reply. I,m still waiting. VERY FRUSTRATING; especially since I’m a paying customer.
Great game!
I love this game. I usually play it before I go to bed to relax. I don’t think I’ll ever delete this game. I love how you can complete different sets and get rewards for it. Also the developers are often updating the app which is great so I’ve never had any real issues. Definitely recommend.
App Stopped Loading
App starts up, gets to 85% and freezes. I have reset my iPad to no avail. Help
TOO MANY ADS!!
I really enjoy playing the game. I know a free game is going to have ads but, after EVERY PUZZLE? It gets quite annoying and takes away from what should be a fun game.
Flashing X distracting
I enjoy the game, but the flashing Xs makes it very difficult for me to focus on playing. Is there a way to turn these off? if not, please make this a function that can be turned on and off.
Frozen ads
I get ads, the ads that freeze are the point. If you can’t play the game what point are the ads?
My all time favorite game!
I cannot say enough good things about this game. It has been my favorite game fie two years now. I do pay the yearly subscription to avoid adds since I play it so much. I have only had a problem once with the game. I emailed support via the directions in the game and received a super quick reply with instructions to fix my problem. Their support team is amazing. Also, they keep updating and adding to the game with new events and levels all the time. Even though I have played it so much, there are still more levels and areas for me to play. It’s amazing!
Blinking
I’ve only played for 20 minutes or so, but can tell I’ll not enjoy playing this app. No landscape play. I like to play on iPad in landscape. I online a lot and often have the device plugged in… not good for portrait mode. It blinks. Makes my eyes feel like crossing. Instead of blink and light blue for complete rows… just X them or gray them… and no blink. Don’t position Xs and leave them blinking. Don’t want to think about the potential on large hard puzzles. Looks like the app has a lot of positive, but not worth it for me. Uninstalling.
Love the app!
For the past few days the game stayed at 85% and wouldn’t move any further. That is after I have restarted the game. So I would have to wait until the next day. Please help me!! I don’t want to remove the game but since I can’t play it I may have to do that. Help!!
Ads are unbearable
They make the game boarder line unplayable. One or two ads after every single puzzle, sometimes even in the middle of solving one. Sometimes they crash the app. It’s a fun game but I want to rip my hair out when I’m doing easy puzzles and getting ads every 2-3 minutes
I like the game but…
I like the game app but I think it needs another update because it only loads at 33% and it stops. All my other game apps I have work. Just to let you know. Thanks.

Ads!
The puzzle is fun, but the ads are awful. Ads for coins are totally fine, and I appreciate that you can skip through the ones that pop up after you complete a puzzle, but the banners that constantly play keep freezing the whole app. It’s awful. And it seems to get worse/doesn’t get fixed with each update. I would be down to pay a small fee to play ad free, but $50 a year is too much for a puzzle app.
Fun
This game is challenging so it’s mentally stimulating but so much fun!!! I can’t put it down.
Ads crash the games
I like the game but the ads quite often crash the game. Makes it frustrating you have to hard close then restart the game.
Consistent loading issue
Game loads to 85% then stops. The “Emergency Feedback” button on the home screen does not work. Looking at recent reviews this is a persistent issue for this app.

Love this game but I can’t play it online anymore! Sometimes it freezes before you even get to the Home Screen! Can play offline but then you can’t watch adds for extra tokens! Will hold out a bit longer for a bug fix update coz would be a real shame if it continues *thanks all fixed now I just deleted then redownloaded and now it’s all fixed!! *
They just want your money
I pay for ad free for months and this month they decided to give me ads WHILE paying for ad free. I even tried the cancel subscription and resubscribe and it still does it.
Great app but
I love this game a lot. There are a few ads, but for the most part they’re minimal or you know when to expect them. They do get irritating, but to be expected for a free app. The value that you get purchasing coins and whatnot is actually quite impressive compared to similar apps. My only complaint is that it seems the app has been glitchy, causes a few issues with my phone lately, which a lot of others seem to say. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

Love the concept but very difficult to keep interest
I love the lay out, reward system, and bigger size puzzles but there are far too many ads that it really slows down my device. Making a few minutes of playing time into what feels like 4x as many ads to compensate. I would be interested in paying a little to remove the ads but a subscription is a bit pricey for me, if there was a middle option of a one-time payment to at least remove the pop-up ads would be fantastic!

I've been playing this game for a long time and love it. However it always glitches and closes out now. It's a bummer!
Love the game, but the ads…
Ads are a common complaint on free games, I know. They’re a necessary evil. But lately, a particular Candy Crush ad will play and will keep playing perpetually, until you force-close the app. This is beyond annoying. I really enjoy the game, but if this persists I’ll be deleting it and finding an alternative. Please fix this!!!
Ads causing the app to freeze
Lately, the ads in this game have been causing the app to freeze, and the only thing I can do is bag out of the app. The “X” on the corners of the ads don’t always work. Just now, I had to bag out of the app four times in a row without ever being able to play a level. Please fix this!
Slow
This game is great, except for when it won’t respond to clicking on the screen. Also loaded with ads, just makes the experience frustrating, but when both things aren’t happening as often, great game.

Special Events
I really like this game. Enough that I purchased the years subscription, but when the special events come up there aren’t enough new puzzles to finish the event. It’s very frustrating to pay for something and not get to play the whole game!
Love the game but glitches
I really like the puzzles, but lately there have been glitches. For instance, I have paid for no ads before playing each puzzle and now i’m seeing ads. Also the scroll ads at bottom of puzzle interfer with the timing of the puzzle. Going to keep playing, but obviously stop paying for no ads until they get the glitches fixed.
Somethings wrong
I absolutely love this game, have been playing it for some time now. There is an issue now. It goes extremely slow. I tap on a square and sometimes it’s take 3 seconds and now it take anywhere from 1-2 minutes. This is so frustrating. This was my go to game and now having to wait minutes for each tap to go through is definitely not doable. It’s been this way for a month now. I keep waiting for this problem to be fixed but no luck.
