99% delay 4 hours. this vietjet airline is a scammer don’t fall for it or ever book their ticket.
vé 3h30 sáng bay thì để 3h30h sáng bay. làm Đ gì để 11h bay rồi chắc chắn sẽ delay. làm ăn gian dối lừa lộc khách hàng vậy mà tới giờ chính phủ vẫn cho sống mà ko có bất kì sự trừng phạt nào mỗi lần delay. T chúc tụi m phá sản và đền bù khoảng thời gian khách hàng phải chịu đựng. làm ko đc thì nghỉ đi chứ làm ăn gian dối vậy ko đáng sống ko hiểu dân việt mình dễ tính quá vẫn ham rẻ mà để cho nó tồn tại. ai ko biết lỡ book tiết kiệm dc vài trăm hối hận cả đời. Delay 4 tiếng thì chỉ bị phạt refund lại vé. đằng này nó chơi lách luật. luôn luôn delay 3 tiếng 55 phút để khỏi refund và khách hàng luôn là người chịu thiệt. và bắt khách đợi trong sân bay gần 4 tiếng. đi một lần biết r. If your flight is scheduled for 3:30 AM, then it should fly at 3:30 AM. Why the hell the ticket state it’s fly depart time at 11Pm when you already know it’s going to be delayed? literally 100% chance of 4 hours delay. This is basically misleading and taking advantage of customers, yet the government still allows this to continue without any real punishment for these constant delays. I honestly hope they go bankrupt and have to compensate customers for all the time they’ve had to waste. If you can’t operate properly, then step aside instead of running things this way. Vietnamese people are way too easygoing about this stuff and keep choosing the cheaper option. Anyone who doesn’t know about this and books just to save a few hundred thousand đồng could end up regretting it. A 4-hour delay is apparently only punishable by having to refund the ticket, so they find a way around the rules—always delaying just under 4 hours, like 3 hours and 55 minutes, so they don’t have to refund anything. even with a full refund alone isn’t worth it ( supposed to be refunding x2 the ticket price ). Meanwhile, the customers are the ones who suffer, sitting around at the airport for almost 4 hours.

Mặc dù đã đăng nhập vào tài khoản của tôi để quản lý,nhưng muốn kiểm tra thông tin các chuyến bay đã đặt,hoặc thêm các dịch vụ bổ trợ lại phải yêu cầu nhập Mã số đặt chổ. Làm như vậy rất mất thời gian. Vui lòng điều chỉnh lại cho phù hợp. Mục thanh toán vui lòng thêm phần :Apple Pay. Dạo này Vietjetair ngáo giá hay sao áh…Nhiều lúc còn đắt hơn cả Vietnamairlines.

UI and UX designer, what?
There’s no reason an app in the era of AI should look and function this poorly. The font is horrible and unprofessional for any company, the design is old, crusty, and reminds me of a dysfunctional 1990s tumblr page. If there’s anything Vietnam needs to copy from its neighbors for development it cannot be airline apps… Air service was incredible. Holy moly. You guys actually beat out American low cost carriers. Your app is still really, really rough. But, airline? A+++. Will fly again.

People are expecting too much
Lots of people here are complaining about minor details and forget this is a budget airline. Of course there’s going to be compromises but it’s what you get for purchasing a USD 25 flight. The flight was not at all bad, service was adequate, and seats were honestly probably better than Scoot. Good value flight, overall. The app most certainly could be better though.
Try to charge customers money every possible way
I was charged for money per passenger to change the order of our names even when I followed the exact order on their English site (first name and middle name) The detailed instructions are hidden until you put your cursor on top of the “!”below the name field to learn more. Don’t be tricked by this airline. The conversation with their customer service just made me angry more than anything else. they said if you don’t pay to change the name order, you can go ahead and show up and get rejected at the airport.

Da ich mir die App auf meiner Asien Reise geladen habe hat mich geärgert, dass nach download aus dem App store beim ersten Start die App von wo auch immer aktualisiert werden muss, um sie zu starten. Menüs recht unübersichtlich und nur eine vertikal Version. Auf dem iPad kann man nur breit ziehen, kann aber das mehr an Fläche nicht nutzen.

Don’t know about the negative reviews. I’m a passenger from India and the ground staff are way helpful than any Indian airways. No hassle relating to luggage or travel. Loved the experience!!
Can’t check-in, surprise fees
App doesn’t allow you to check-in for many flights, so it’s useless, and then they use check-in to weigh bags to charge exorbitant bag fees.

Sign In Error
While the VietJet Air Sky Club website uses user email id or membership number to sign in, the mobile app asks for a mobile number to sign in, but unfortunately doesn’t excep the mobile number in any format.
I don’t get the other reviews..
Maybe they did a major upgrade but this app yeah it’s loud and overwhelming but anything I needed done was done fast and smooth! Booked my flights reserved my seats added a meal browsed future flights and deals. All quite good and smooth! I really like the app!
Stay away
Don’t use this airline if you have other options. Their employees are very rude and customer service is horrible. Many people complain about this airline and it’s all true.

Low-level air line
I have a US green card and need to transit in South Korea. South Korean entry regulations do not require a visa. I've used the same transit method with other airlines before, but this airline required a visa and refused to provide proof of refusal to board. I will not choose this airline again.
