The price good ✌🏻

For Armenians only
I tried to use this on arrival in Yerevan. Although it has a language option the addresses are listed in Armenian only so you need to know their alphabet to select one. And there’s no Apple Pay so had the option of cash or entering cc details in the middle of an airport. Probably great for locals.
Easy to use
Helped me with getting around Armenia, using an intuitive user interface, mainly removing the guess work with pricing / pickup / drop-off etc. Easy to add a credit card and also accepts international phone numbers at registration 👍🏻
App was a little confusing.
Map sent us to the building next door around the corner. Found the correct address after some time. Then found that we put in our destination as the starting point. So 24,000arm gone. Lesson learned.
Not for international travellers
Good for locating a ride but won’t accept international credit cards or international phone numbers. You’ll need cash to pay drivers. So what’s the point?
Good Enough
Overall I find the quality of driving and overall experience higher than the competitor’s, however, the Shuttle functionality needs some work, as you are not informed if the driver is going to be late or not, nor can you contact them from the app. Please add thus functionality for qualit ot life improvements. Thanks
.
So for once I ordered Gg after using Yandex for years, as GG represents itself as a higher quality service. The ride from Zvartnots to my place was like 6k amd, I ordered the highest class of service. In Yandex Ultima business was 3800. So the driver was - unpolite and unpleasant. Wore his earbuds the whole ride and his driving overall made me feel very uncomfortable. Just an honest review, I dont usually write reviews - but I did not like this at all
Scary driving.
Scary driving. Driving fast. Missing sit belt in the back.
Great service
👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Dysfunctional app
Horrible experience trying to get a ride or even save a credit card on my account. It keeps failing after 4th time despite successful verification. No error, just keeps on going without any feedback.
Good app
All good but it lies about pickup time
Worst experience!
the guy asked for more money.
Yerevan
Works ok within the city however couldn’t find I ride to a/p at the midnight.
Great experience
Nice car
Unsatisfactory service
I am deleting this application from my phone, gg is not the one that I used to know 4-5 years ago, when the cars were cleaner and the drivers intelligent. The drivers are not good any more and the cars dirty. I ordered gg special for better car but arrived the dirtiest Toyota Camry, even the glasses were not clean.
Sometimes yes sometimes no
Yandex is better
Need several destinations
Great app besides having no capability to order a ride for several destinations in a row. Please add this to iOS app too as it appeared several months in Android app.
Dinner Sat - Amar
Great
Requires Armenian Phone Number
Unable to sign up/in with my US or Austrian numbers.
Amazing for when your destination is far
The app is amazing however im not rating it a 5 star because there are quite a few drivers that are reckless and rude
Broken allow access button
I downloaded an app, entered my phone number and after that app asked me to give it an access to my location. I pressed an allow access button and it did not work. I closed an app and tried again - same thing. I deleted an app and downloaded it again - same thing.
Adding payment
For some reason the app does not allow me to add a card to the payment methods. So I can use only cash
Mr
Good
Doesn’t accept UK phone numbers
I can’t even log in to the app. I thought it was just mine but I tried my sister’s number as well and it came up with the same error message ‘something went wrong with verifying your mobile number. Try again’
The perfect app for getting around Yerevan
GG always has comfortable, timely rides that make getting around the city hassle-free
No sms
Can you please help to get the access. Tried 5 times and no sms. No got blocked
Good
Very patient driver

Overall a good driver and very patient
4 Stars from me he is great
Quality service
Thanks for your great service
Awful experience
First driver in our first visit rejected us. And the next driver accepted us with tantrums
Good rides, but not for out of town
Drivers are polite, cars are good, but tariff “Trips out of town” makes me to order a taxi from another services like Yandex. Please do something with it. No taxi service has such a tariff!
Good driver like home 👍
5 star

Strange things when editing your profile

You are crazy guys
Not only the minimal price is 1400 amd at pick times but you also start counting from 3rd kilometer. Uninstalling (after using for 5 years, I am fed up)
Could be batter
Waiting time’s sometimes long sometimes very long. The app is working fine, but always I open it i have an impression that it works slowly. Bad UX.
