No ability to tip
I’m really missing the ability to tip the driver once the ride is over. I want to use my card for tipping.

Driver review sugesstion
Dear developers, Please consider adding positive markable in the review section. After you finish a ride, there are only negative tick boxes to choose from. Yes, the star method works and you can always add a comment, but adding above mentioned feature will make the app more useful and interesting.

Worst taxi service I have ever used!
The worst taxi service I have ever used! Driver refuses to drive if the payment is by credit card, another one took the order from the other side of the city and refuses to cancel ( tells me to cancel and takes money from my credit card). You should be ashamed of your work, get yourself proper workers!

The application is too inconvenient. The service has very few cars and when there is some problem with the ride even the support team can’t cancel the ride without charging the money from the customer!
