Ужас
Поездка активировалась сама по себе без моего подтверждения в приложении про сканировании QR кода. Закончить ее я тоже не могу потому что самокат изначально был припаркован в неправильно месте. По телефону никто не отвечает.
Bad user experience
Slow support and an incomprehensible error message during the ending of the trip. I spent 5 minutes trying to lock the bike. Also for some reason I was charged an additional commission when paying. I don't recommend using the app.
Only one rider
It’s a great app and works as intended, but it should allow you to have multiple rides going at the same time.
I live YerevanRide
l live YerevanRide
Always broken
Every time I ride these scooters it’s either not turning on or turns off halfway, and for some reason it decides to take 100-200 drams even though it did not even do its service properly, shows a mechanical service problem AFTER I ride it for 30 seconds , fix your scooters
Love it!
Love it!
Old scooters with the same price as competitors
almost all the scooters are old most of them has at least one issue whether it’s breaks or throttle. you are charged based on time and you can’t go fast with these scooters because of malfunction or not being safe because some parts are broken so you end up paying more for less service. I’m switching to Jet and not going back until you fix your scooters.
Awesome
Hands down the best scooters in town. Affordable and good quality. Custommer support was awesome as well, very respinsive to my questions
Ripoff
This app will add time to your ride to bump you up another minute so they can charge you more. The time on my ride said 4:52 when I clicked “End Ride”, 3 seconds later it said 5:06. They bump up your time to charge you more and rip you off.
Love this!
Great job done!
Better than Uber
Wow! This has more functionality than Uber or Lyft. Maybe they should buy them out and leverage this technology in their subpar app! Thoughtful and amazing work!
Incroyable!!!
C’est parfait! Merci!
Fantastic!
Riding a bike in Yerevan will never be the same again. As a bike rider I take pride in the bikes I ride while traveling. Whether it be in the streets of Yerevan or the scenic mountains you will never be disappointed using Yerevan Ride. The app is very user friendly. Will definitely use again.
Great app, nicely done!
Works every time. And very accurate. Good job!
Amazed
Better than all other bike sharing apps I used I’m amazed with the work that was done to make this. Sure this gonna change Yerevan to a better city!!!
