Great platform for all different jobs for all different types of businesses and sole traders
I have been using ServiceSeeking for over 7 years and I have never had any issues whatsoever. There’s none of this 10 businesses going after 1 quote and the staff actually care and try and help us businesses out. I can’t recommend them highly enough. If you want to take your business to the next level then give ServiceSeeking a go, you will not be disappointed at all guys.
Karen was very rude very disrespectful and very unprofessional
Contact Karen few times for about a week I was unlucky she didn’t answer the phone and finally got through to resubscribe my account she asked me right away to go with hipages or pay more even I couldn’t heard anything about my options or packages
Can’t cancel jobs
Very easy to ask for a quote but then they try to force it on you by not letting you take it down unless it’s done through them.
About Leads
I have accepted some jobs but there was no contact details , job just pop out of my phone and the job already fill up with other trade contractors? Not happy and they only have 2 jobs posted for 1 week and with lots of trades people tried to get the job coz Leads can't get anymore jobs

Service is great but app crashes too often
Very convenient way to engage tradies. The app on my iPhone crashes quite regularly and it’s irritating when creating a new ad ! Wish they fix it.

Stained front doors
This lovely man did an incredible job for me and I would recommend him to anyone. He stained a Hampton style large front door for me and did an amazing job - unbelievable that he used no masking tape and didn’t get ANY stain on the windows! Genius!
Complicated, errors and unfriendly
This app is confusing and unfriendly to use. Multiple Notifications pop up AFTER an action has been taken. Notifications will arrive saying message yet there is NO message is viewable. Some pics load, others do not. Some details do not show, such as telephone number of job poster. Ended up simply texting potential offers to avoid the messaging issues with this app. Very poor.
Difficult to use
This App is extremely clunky to use atm, needs a whole lot of bug fixes, seems like the developers have given up on its development

The service seeking is a very useful tool. However software is buggy and keep crashing. Hope the developers will fix the issue soon.

Love app but buggy
When jobs get more than a few quotes the job screen in the app freezes up and I have to use the webpage to access the job which is annoying. Would also like the ability to choose which tradies get added to my address book.

Can’t get any job done because the ap will not allow an account to be created so I cannot submit job details. Very frustrating!!

Received a number of great quotes. Was able to get the job done immediately.
Refund my money!
I cancelled a job for a reason out of my control, and not only have they charged me a $38 cancelation fee (which I can stomach) they have kept all the monies for the task that was never performed!
Can’t recommend enough
This is an amazing app, so resourceful and you have access to 100’s of tradespeople at the same time and best of all they come to you.
New user
I’ve just paid for leads and now I cannot get them up on screen. It’s very clunky and it’s painful to have to log in with email address and pass word every time. Hoping I can learn how to use the damn thing, the only app in my phone that’s has cost me any money Actually I’m coming to realise that the app is a scam, as most ‘leads’ don’t really exist. No way of contacting the support team, neither by phone and no one replies to your mails DO NOT PAY FOR THIS APP, ITS A RORT
