Immer mehr Funktionen verschwinden und landen in der Premium-Version. Mittlerweile kann man nur 3 Aufgaben abhaken und muss dann die App Neustarten da man dann wieder mit Premium Werbung vollgepumpt wird. Mittlerweile ist die App kostenlos kaum noch nutzbar. Premium Preise sind auch zu hoch. Als ich mein premium Abonnement gekündigt habe wurde ich privat via email angeschrieben um bei mir nach dem Kündigungsgrund zu fragen. Datenschutz wird hier ebenfalls ignoriert. Auf meine ausführliche Erklärung via Email habe ich bis heute keinerlei Antwort erhalten.
Really good app, but could be even better!
My fiancee and I started using this app because I have ADHD and have trouble completing tasks that are not urgent/don’t have deadlines attached. Flatastic is great because it reminds me that tasks are “due” — like when it’s been a week since we cleaned the bathroom mirror, so it’s time to do that again. There are a couple things that would make it even better, though: 1. A widget for iPhone Home Screen. I already put the app on the first page of my Home Screen so i constantly see it and am constantly reminded that i have things to do, but it would be even better to have a widget to remind me WHAT those things are. “You have 3 things to do” is great, but “you have 3 tasks due today: - do laundry - do dishes - vacuum” … would be even better. 2. Shared tasks. Most tasks we do independently, but some (like folding laundry and changing sheets) we do together. For now, we just alternate who gets credit for those week-by-week, but to be able to assign tasks to BOTH of us and have BOTH of us get credit for them would be amazing. Overall, great app! Can’t wait to see it get even better in the future :)
Critical features missing !
Seems like a good app. But it lacks two VERY important capabilities: 1) Ability to split subscription costs among the flat mates. In our case, each person pays a different portion of the rent. So equal splitting doesn't work for us; 2) Only supports a single currency. We live in Basel and so frequently have expenses in CHF and EUR. And occasionally in USD. Despite your app being amazing in every other way, the missing capabilities above render your app useless to us. Are these capabilities even on your product roadmap?

It’s good app helping me keep track of my chores and points but I feel I can’t add family since my parents are divorced and you can only have one «house» at a time in the app, wish there was a possibility for multiple so I can keep track of what to do at my dads and at my moms at once and they don’t have to see each other’s business
Exactly what I was looking for
This app has the 3 things we needed. My boyfriend lives with my teenage daughter and me. We needed to share a shopping list and chore list, plus my boyfriend and I needed to be able to share expenses. This does it all! Very happy. Worth the annual subscription fee.

Amazing App!
I really love how this app helps keep my wife and I on track and connected. It’s really easy to get caught up in the business of life and lose track of the small daily things. This app helps to keep those things from building up so we can focus more on each other. A few things I think would make this app even more useful would be the ability to adjust when a task was completed as well as have a different tracker outside of the point system. Sometimes I log something I completed a day late but it would get counted as the same day. Also, the point system can sometimes make it feel like a competition so if you had an alternative where you both are trying to reach a certain amount of points together to meet certain incentives then it may encourage more teamwork!

Es war wirklich eine super brauchbare app. Aber 24.- bezahlen und dann brauchen aber trotzdem alle das abo um es richtig nutzen zu können ist einfach nur ärgerlich. Insbesondere eine app für WG für leute(meist Studenten) mit wenig geld ist es doch einfach doof

Almost perfect
This app is a great all-in-one solution for people sharing a household. I currently live with six other people, and when everyone is just “winging it,” things can get chaotic. Before using this app, most of the chores and organizing ended up falling on my shoulders since I’m the homeowner. Having finances, chores, and the shopping list all in one place has been incredibly helpful for creating structure and accountability in the house. The one area I wish was improved is the financial tracking. Right now it operates entirely as a ledger. While that works from a technical standpoint, it can make things feel unnecessarily complicated and visually messy for people who are trying to manage a household budget. Some people may prefer the ledger style, but for me it becomes harder to follow. I really like that you can add recurring monthly bills and expenses, but I wish there was also a clearer budgeting feature that showed each person’s expected monthly contribution and any surplus or reserve funds. For example, part of my household budget includes a repair/savings reserve. Because of the way the ledger works, that money isn’t actually spent but it still affects how the numbers appear, which makes the totals look confusing. It would also be great if there were a simpler option where each roommate could just confirm something like “I paid my monthly amount of $X”, and then the system could track additional expenses or reimbursements separately if needed. A separate section specifically for house savings or reserve funds would also make budgeting much clearer. Overall, though, this is still one of the better apps I’ve found for managing a shared household.
Leider nicht mehr brauchbar
Wenn man einen Kassensturtz durchführt, werden alle Finanzeinträge ins Archiv verschoben und man kann nur mehr mit einem Premium Account darauf zugreifen. 😡 sehr gierig! Weiters ist die App nicht besonders übersichtlich aufgrund von vielen Features. Die Pop-up Werbungen machen die kostenlose Version fast unbenutzbar. Das man seine Email angeben und einen Account erstellen muss finde ich auch daneben. Werde zu splid wechseln.

Probleme mit Finanzfunktionen, App funktioniert im Moment nicht zuverlässig
Die App kostet unsere 11er WG aktuell viele Nerven. Wir verlassen uns vor allem auf die Finanz-Funktionen. Da gibt es Probleme wie: (mit Pro-Abo!) Einträge lassen sich nicht bearbeiten und auch nicht zuverlässig löschen. Manchmal haben sich keine Bilder zu den Einträgen speichern lassen. Seit neuestem sind Finanzeinträge von zehn Tagen (seit dem letzten Kassensturz) komplett aus der App verschwunden! Der Kontakt mit dem Flatastic Support ist zwar freundlich, hat aber noch zu keiner Lösung für uns geführt. Wir raten aktuell von der Nutzung der App ab.
App is great!!
The app has taken away most of the “mental load” when it comes to daily chores! This fits perfectly to for my husband and I and we both love getting points. We both have added and taken chores off, we use the grocery list effectively and the bulletin board is where we meal plan for the week! I really enjoy this app! I have two things I would would to see in the app. One is being able to have the chores list in alphabetical order, especially the “as needed” ones. As well as if I have a reoccurring daily chore and I forget to mark it for the day and it becomes overdue, it erases it for the day I am currently on. Is there a way to mark it for the day I forgot instead of the day I’m on?
Super App, aber leider schlechter Kundenservice
Ich hatte die App jetzt mehrere Jahre in der Free Version und nie Probleme damit. Vor mehr als einem Monat hab ich mir die Premium Version geholt, weil ich im Archiv was nachschauen wollte. Leider waren dort nicht alle Kassenstürze ersichtlich. Daraufhin hab ich mir die FAQs durchgelesen, die Antwort nicht gefunden und wie darunter beschrieben via Feedback meine Fragen dazu gestellt. Bis heute hab ich keine Antwort darauf bekommen. Es kam dann nur eine E-Mail vom Founder Clemens Bachmair mit der Frage warum ich die Premium Version gekündigt hab, da anscheinend aktuell mehr Nutzer als sonst kündigen. Bereits enttäuscht hab ich auf diese E-Mail geantwortet und meine Situation erneut beschrieben, mit der Erwartung endlich eine Antwort zu bekommen, welche aber leider nie kam. Eine Woche später, dachte ich mir, ich antworte nochmal auf diese E-Mail, vielleicht ist die letzte ja unter gegangen. Aber auch darauf kam leider keine Antwort. Ich hab also für eine Produkt gezahlt, welches nicht einhält was es verspricht und auf meine Fragen dazu nichtmal eine Antwort erhalten. Vielleicht bekomm ich ja auf diese Bewertung endlich eine Reaktion - obwohl ich das ehrlich gesagt ziemlich traurig finde.

War nicht begeistert
Ich fand die App nicht praktisch. Wir erledigten unsere Aufgaben jeweils alle zwei Wochen und wenn jemand mal später dran war, verschob es immer das Datum und wir mussten alle Aufgaben neu sortieren, was sehr mühsam war. Ausserdem wäre eine Checkliste pro Aufgabe gut gewesen, denn die Notizen schaut niemand an. Die Erinnerungen funktionierten auch nicht zuverlässig.
Widgets please!

But some features arent. Items in shopping lists wont save their category if they‘re not from the premade list Otherwise great app, although premium is on the more expensive side (35/year)
Handy even for married couples
Life can get busy— this app helped my husband and I split up chores around the home that would otherwise sometimes fall through the cracks when our schedules get hectic. It’s easy to use and automatically assigns the tasks based on your preferences (ex: alternate between my husband and I every 2 weeks to mop the floor).
Dysfunctional
My partner and I both tried to join first my “home” then set up for him and it simply doesn’t work, on his end it says he’s not a part but has the option to move out. After 20 min of trying a simple task we both deleted it, too buggy
Almost Perfect
I’ve been really enjoying this app and it has simplified a lot of things for me and my husband. There are a couple features that I wish I had and think it would benefit a lot of families. The first feature that I think would help many is adding a shared calendar/ schedule, so that families can be on the same page on events and appointments. It would be nice to have chores auto generate here as well based on the frequency set for the task. The other suggestion I have is to be able to group chores by room and/ or frequency. I find the chore tab a bit overwhelming in list form. Being able to see a weekly and monthly calendar layout here and be able to see upcoming chore assignments would make this a lot easier to use.
Schon langsam nimmt die Werbung überhand
Wir haben die App jetzt 1,5 genutzt.. war zu Beginn echt toll (auch wenn wir einige Funktionen wie Suchen oder Sortieren der Ausgaben vermissen), aber schön langsam kommt nach jedem Tippen in der App Werbung. Aufgrund der Ladezeiten der Werbung und der Häufigkeit ist die App mittlerweile leider kaum mehr benutzbar. Und für die Premium Version fehlen leider zu viele Features, das ist es aktuell nicht wert.

Ich bin sie noch am testen. - Werbung in der Gratisversion ist ja ok. aber ich konnte die überhaupt nicht beenden, denn die Spiele-App blockierte den Bildschirm, war wie eingefroren… wenn das jedesmal so ist, dann werde ich wieder aussteigen - es wäre super, wenn ich die Reihenfolge der Hausarbeiten-Liste verändern könnte, sodass die wichtigsten oben als erstes kommen. Danke fürs weiterentwickeln!

Great for organizing chores
We found this app and it has been so helpful to have an actual checklist of chores that reminds me when a chore was last done. You can also set it to alternate between people or set a chore for just one person. The shopping list that everyone can add to is also a lifesaver when it’s time to go grocery shopping. Ads are minimally invasive, and there is an option to upgrade to ad-free for a low fee.

Really good app with slight issue
I introduced this app to my American roommates and they like it a lot! The only issue is that the translation on the activities tab next to the messages doesn’t work. I hope you’ll find some time to add that translation soon :) Thank you!!

Okay, but still clunky
The app is a little counterintuitive for setting up shared chores. It is not really possible to have chores that can just be checked off whenever somebody does them, rather than a specified order. Some chores needs to be done at will. Also, it would be nice to be able to have more than one list, because often times there are different kinds of things that need to be in separate lists.
Very useful
This app has been incredibly helpful to organize the workload between me and my partner, especially now that we have a child. My only complaint (and it’s minor) is that internally it seems the app is tied to EU time, so the day switches to the next day before my day in California is over (which matters for daily tasks), but that is likely not a problem for most users.
Crashes
There must be some kind of bug because every time I try to open the app, it crashes. I tried redownloading, turning off my phone, etc.
UI Issues
I think this app works amazing and has amazing potential for families and organisation. Everything works very smoothly, and all labels make sense. But my one issue is the UI, I feel like it is too large and I wish there was a way I could "zoom out" rather than scrolling. I also wish there was the possibility of changing colour schemes, so people could chose colours that feel nice for their eyes. Otherwise, I think this app is very well made.

All In One Household Management App
I am quite happy with this app right now. All of the adults are aware what tasks need done, and everyone can be on the same page in regards to budget. It is very user friendly, but I would love to see some options to add kids to the household without an account so that we can track and support their contributions. Especially if they don’t have a device to use yet. Another option that would be nice to have is the ability to have a task not rotate responsibility due to task size and needed more hands to complete it. A third idea: Ability to complete a task, but assign completion to another person without changing the rotation. Like it was my task, but my Husband got to it first but forgot to mark it.

this app has been really helpful in managing chores and shopping lists. overall, the interface is smooth and easy to use. the only real issue ive encountered is that if i have a chore set to daily, it will post twice in the same day. so a chore will end up getting done twice in one day. it’s a bit annoying when i think im done for the day and more chores show up out of nowhere. i dont know whats causing this issue but it would be nice if it could be fixed!
