Love it!
This app has really helped me with my cleaning tasks. It organizes them by area, so I could clean just the kitchen if I wanted to. It helps me know when I last cleaned something and tells me when to do it next. I can set up to do a task once a day, once a week, once a week or once a year. It’s been a huge help!

Great so far
I really like this app. It’s great for organizing and keeping track of household chores. What would put it over the top is if they added the option to pick a specific date. If it had that option it would be perfect.
Stopped working
I have used this for several years and today it stopped working. I was using the feature to assign different tasks to different participants and now it doesn’t work and doesn’t open anymore.
I just wish i knew how long it takes to get points
Im a child and my parents have it so that i get twenty cents for every point i have but i dont get to see how long it will take for me to get points i can only see the theoretical amount for if i had every chore on one day, its an overall pretty good app but i just wish i could see how long it would take for me to get points, also please for the love of god Kill dusty.
Motivational
I’ve been severely restricted in my mobility and I’m not able to do much housework but this app is a great motivation to at least try to get things clean. It keeps me and my spouse on track!

Good app
Good app once you get the hang of it. A bit clunky at first and didn’t enjoy the team portion of the app because it seemed to keep score - not great for spouses. It does a great job keeping track of recurring chores that occur occasionally. It’s hard to change a due date and make it later unless you just pause the chore.
Organize by Task Needed
I want to love this. But can’t because I can’t organize by task.
Needs customizable notifications
So far so good. One thing I noticed it needs is customizable notifications. I want to receive notifications every time a task is about to be due and if one’s overdue, instead of a specific time each week. If it happens, I’ll make it 5 stars!
Keeps me out of trouble.
I work long hours in a stressful job. The wife works long hours in a stressful job. We have a child and get most of our home tasks done when I’m off and our little one is at school. When I’m home I know things need to be done but don’t always know where to start. My wife is very good at keeping a list of tasks in her head but I’m not; this app helps me know what still needs to be done and lets me prioritize tasks so I have structure on getting things done. And honestly I feel a sense of accomplishment knocking things out throughout the day. And when the wife and kid gets home i know I didn’t waste my day.
Not visible
The color scheme of this app is horrible, white on blue, and you have to pay if you want to change it. App not useable if you have vision problems (unless you want to pay)
Great app; has made household chores easier
Great app and has helped make chore assignments in my household equitable and clear. I think the latest update made one aspect wonky though and could use a fix. When one of us completes a chore, it then immediately shows up on the next in rotation’s ’to do today’ list and you have to close the app and refresh each time to show what is just truly ‘to do today’. A minor complaint but it never used to do this and I miss the clean layout of the older version.
Disappointed
At first use, loved it. Plugged in all the tasks for my app and decided to upgrade to premium. The next day… all my tasks are gone. I’ve contacted support twice with no answers. Sadly going to uninstall.
Good - prizes make no sense
Recommended a good app that helps you keep track of what’s going on. Difficulty is getting people to use it, even my wife. This new prizes section is difficult to understand. Difficult to know how to configure the values (the more obvious one seems to do nothing). Also the user interface is a little outdated and more reporting options could be added. It needs an update.
Good app for you kids with phone or tablets
I love this app you do chores to defeat this dust ball thing and it keeps track of who did what
All my tasks disappeared
I just signed up for the 30 day trial. I signed up for the premium+ team because we are a large family. I spent a couple of hours setting up all the tasks and then shared it to my family. As soon as I shared it to my family all the tasks disappeared. I have an email out to Support and we shall see if they can get it all back. That will be the deciding factor as to whether we end up paying the subscription for the year. It will definitely not be worth $80 if I can’t count on my tasks staying in place. I will update if the problem gets resolved.
Specific Days
I love this app but I wish I could pick specific days of the week to make certain things due instead of having the app guess based off how clean or dirty it currently is. My partner has OCD and needs to dust before vacuuming but on the same day. Instead of moving vacuum to the same day as dusting, I had to delete them both and and attempt to set it up for tomorrow but have it run every week. The app doesn’t make it easy to do that.
used to be a 1 time fee
i first downloaded the app years ago and paid the one time fee for all the premium content so tell me why with the new update i lost ALL of my premium content and now i have to pay monthly like the new users? this is unfair to the old users who first helped to support this app!! at least give us SOME content that was previously mine??
A great idea!!
This is an awesome app! It’s a fantastic idea, and if your brain works the same way as the app, it’s extremely useful. I love it!! I can’t give it a proper 5 star rating, though, because data entry is just so hard. There’s a lot of flashing and moving and keyboard jumping, which makes it very inaccessible. There’s no landscape mode on the iPad — which means I can’t use my keyboard! There are presets you can choose, but they’re hit and miss. Entry is the most frustrating part of the app, and being able to type properly would make such a massive difference!! Having said that, I’m a long-time user, and I’ve made in-app purchases — so I obviously think it’s worthwhile. But the lack of typing ability is still a problem after all this time, so I decided to leave a mixed review.
Great app for reducing stress
This app helps us keep on top of household cleaning even when we’re busy. We used to wait until we had large chunks of time to clean EVERYTHING all at once, but now we just do our cleaning bit by bit. This app makes that easy without being stressful by having a schedule of rotating tasks that we can do in small bursts. It helps us keep things clean before they get too dirty. Overall the app has a a clean user interface with a nice set of features. We especially appreciate the ability to pause when we’re out of town since we travel for work a lot.
All flatmates need premium….
It’s ridiculous that when I’m trying to trial this app for me and my flatmates, they’re told they ‘can’t complete tasks unless they’ve got a premium subscription’. Money hungry, and a shame because I thought the app might be okay. Loads of sites recommended this app to me so I thought it’d be at least somewhat decent- but now all my rota setup, all my hard work, won’t get to be used. Never get this app.
Hoping for a widget
I wish there was a widget to show specifically what is due today. I can sometimes forget to open the app to check what is due so having a widget that displays it on my phone Home Screen would be amazing!
Premium leider nicht möglich
Eigentlich hat mir die App gut gefallen. Die Aufteilung ist gut die Handhabung ist gut. Sie hat mir so gut gefallen, dass ich beschlossen hab die Premium Version zu kaufen zumal ich damit auch Wochentage festlegen kann. Leider wurde der Kauf über Apple abgelehnt. Es liegt definitiv an der App, denn ich habe sofort eine andere App probiert und da konnte ich problemlos kaufen.
Really needs a widget
This is a very helpful app and I like the way that it spaces and counts down to tasks so as not to make them overwhelming, however it really needs a Home Screen widget to be truly useful.
The only thing that has worked for me!
The way this app allows you to break up daily tasks into small, bite-sized pieces has been so helpful for tackling my executive dysfunction. Genuinely life changing!
App won’t open
It worked on the day I bought it. But 1 week later & now it loads, then closes 😣 Please help me resolve this! I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max if that’s of any note to the Developers.

Für 7€ könnte man zumindest ein kleines Widget erwarten. Desweiteren wäre eine Automatisierung nicht schlecht, welche anstehende Aufgaben auf verschiedene Kalendertage verteilt (siehe Sweepy), sodass man nicht ewig viele Aufgaben an einem Tag hat

Absolutely love
I love, love, love this app. It keeps me accountable when it comes to all my cleaning and my house is always clean. It’s worth paying for it.
Awful support, major gaps in app design
Does not deserve even one star. App has problems with task counter, reported to support and was told to delete app and reload. Problem here is that app does not allow you to recover password for data sync, so you have to recreate it manually. I do not recommend this app.
Won’t load despite multiple uninstall/intall
Bugged
No longer syncs
I was really happy with this, and it helped coordinating tasks across multiple members of the household. However, it eventually transpired that the app at some point stopped syncing between phones, even though it says it is synced. I thought the devs might have abandoned the app as it’s been around a while now, but was disappointed to see they have done updates but not addressed this issue. There’s also nowhere to get support. They must be making plenty of cash from this lemon.
Would be 5 stars if the app stopped crashing
This app is exactly what I was looking for — a simple way to identify and schedule home maintenance tasks, and get a clear view of the highest priority spots to clean. Unfortunately the app crashes every time I navigate away from it. It’s a few seconds each time to quit the app and restart, so not a huge deal, but annoying enough that I can’t recommend it to others.

Buggy but brilliant
Purchased back in 2018 and I keep finding myself coming back. Love the customization and I keep pretty much everything on here. Only big complaint is the homescreen widget being buggy - I routinely have to keep turning it back on; unsure what triggers it to be turned off but it’s not me.
Used to be amazing - now constant syncing issues
This app used to be amazing and in many ways still is. But we now have constant issues syncing the list between two phones / users which is now making the app pointless
Good program
I’m enjoying this a lot - I find having a list of what needs doing much better than trying to schedule, which just gets so chaotic if I miss something once. I’m very disorganised and it tends to really stress me out, so it’s so nice having something that’ll act as an external short term memory. Instructions are pretty good and it’s surprisingly simple to use given the fact it has quite a lot of options about how you organise things (I.e. you can set things to be due after a length of time or to specific days of the week). A few slight frustrations: it’s difficult to be specific enough about when you want something to start i.e. if something needs to be done once every three months you seem to have the initial choice between in six weeks time or today. I couldn’t make out the effort manager: it looks as if effort be put on three levels but the numbers given don’t seem to have any consistent relationship to the change of level. And finally it’s difficult to skip time forward except to make a task due today, so if I have the rubbish due to be taken out in four days time and it needs doing, I haven’t worked out how to change it to make it due tomorrow rather than today: the only reason that I need to write it down is to remember it tomorrow rather than doing it now! And I don’t believe you can set a time of day, which isn’t a massive issue for me but could matter under some circumstances. Having said, these are seriously minor glitches in an excellent program, certainly for the way in which I want to use it. Later edit regarding a few more serious issues: it keeps telling me paused tasks are overdue when they are due again: so I paused the housework while I had guests, and now it is showing it all as overdue instead of reorganised, which is really demoralising. Secondly, if you ask to see a future day’s tasks, it doesn’t show you all of them: I believe it’s failing to show up repeating tasks (so if I have something set for every two days, it only shows the first instance of it): I find this makes it difficult to estimate a coming day’s workload accurately. I still find it works much better than anything I’ve used before, though - I find these things only reduce it from excellent to good.

This helps keep me on task and get the jobs completed. It's so essential for me!
Waisting money
It looks like a cleaning service and you can request a cleaning person through the app but it’s absolutely nonsense.
Intuitive and Flexible
I never EVER thought anything would keep me on track with chores. Now I even look forward to them. It's like a game trying to finish before the "red phase" and so satisfying.
Not good enough-don’t believe the hype
The basic idea is fine but there is so much lacking for an organisational app. I guess it would be ok if it were free but it’s not and it’s very expensive compared to other apps. I bought it because of the rave reviews but it hasn’t been useful and I’ve stopped using it. It only sends a notification once a day and tells you how many tasks are outstanding. This is not useful and things just pile up - it’s easier to ignore, they need to have the option to set individual timed notifications reminding you of tasks as they are due. I get what they’re trying to do but both options need to be available. Also the interface is not great and it looks dated and clunky. There was no free trial available as well which I think is a bad move. The functionality is far too limited for a £6 app. One of the biggest wastes of my money I’ve mad, I’m really disappointed. If I could have trialled it I would have known it wasn’t for me.

Paid for this app loved it on iPhone 8 but now I have iPhone XR it won’t even open please fix
A breath of fresh air
I never write reviews, but I’ve been using this app for over a month. My house has never been so clean and I have way less mental load when it comes to what chores need done. I LOVE that I can put deep cleaning tasks in the app too, it doesn’t have to just be daily/weekly chores. Nothing gets missed or pushed off. Highly recommend this app if cleaning is a stressor in your life.
Data migration
Can’t even open the app anymore. Just says migration failure.
Would give 5 star if they restored the feature they just removed
Have been happy using this app for that 2 years or so. Switched from Our Home which was a little more customizable but stopped being updated after a time. Several updates ago something changed with Tody. they removed the daily option to see what was completed. They used to allow you to look by month, week, and day. Now they only allow by month which makes it tedious to go category by category to see what you did or didn’t log for the day. Pretty upsetting. Have received an update from the developer that sounds like they are doubling down on making the app more difficult to use. Changed mg rating from 4 stars to 2 given their ambivalence to feedback. Really disappointing. If they bring back this feature i will increase my rating but right now this just makes it so much more difficult to see what I have or have not marked already for the day, especially for anytime tasks. There was no reason to delete this feature other than laziness. Not helpful. Don’t download this app as it is currently.
Sharing with family costs
I was excited about this app because I could share it with my husband. I didn’t anticipate that the app would cost $9.99 PER person. Expensive for a cleaning app if you ask me.
App not opening since upgrade iPhone
I’ve been using this app for months with an iPhone 8 and I found it very helpful to help me organise my cleaning at home. But I recently change phone, I have an iPhone XR now and since then Tody app is not opening at all... can you help me? (I didn’t have any problem opening other apps...)
