Gorgeous, clean, perfect!
Update: after using this app for a few weeks I am now rating it 5 stars. The few extra things I thought it needed turned out to be inessential & I’m really loving it just as it is. Cleaning my home has finally become manageable! —————————————— After trying a few of these cleaning apps I chose this one for its uncluttered simplicity. It’s just for myself & I didn’t want games, timers, motivating cartoons, etc. I really love that you can customize the room & task names and simply switch from “room view” to “to do list”…not a zillion screen options. For a one-time $5 purchase you can make unlimited tasks. Because of this, I was able to break my chores down into little bites (like ‘dust the tv’) so that my daily to-do list feels manageable with my full-time job. But as pleased as I am with this app, there are a few things it needs to earn 5 stars from me. Despite this, if you want a customizable, clean & simple UI this is the app for you.
Subscription required
The free version allows you to add up to 10 tasks, which was perfect for what I need. I’ve used this for a long time to keep me on top of chores while managing everything else in life. All of a sudden, this app has decided you need a subscription to check completed items off your list. Extremely greedy and deceptive to make it look like you can use the app free but requires a subscription in reality.
Great—until you go out of town.
I actually appreciate the simplicity of this app… right up until you bump up against your first extended vacation away from home. The lack of an ability to pause (come on developers, how hard can that one be??) means you come home to a pile of chores so big you may just opt to delete the app rather than face it!

Helpful but not flexible
Handy for organizing cleaning tasks by room and priority. I have encountered two issues though that reduce usefulness. The first is needing to delete a task to change the schedule. The “wheels” you use to select the schedule are not precisely translated into days when you initially set up tasks. If you realize you were off on your selection there is no way to adjust the schedule to make sure you are, for example, doing all of the bathroom tasks on a single day. The second is there is no smart rescheduling. There is no option to delay a task if you realize it isn’t needed. If you are early or late on marking a task complete, it also does not reset the due date for the next recurrence. So if you noticed something was dirty early and clean it, and mark it complete, it won’t move the schedule up. And if you are late a few days (vacation, life, wasn’t in need of immediate cleaning, etc), it doesn’t push the schedule back. These issues mean that the schedule can get out of sync very quickly.
The most convenient to do list
I have had this app for years now, paid $0.99 one time to get unlimited rooms and it takes all the guess work out of chores now. It’s helped a ton for scheduling chores, home maintenance, and even personal care. I rarely write reviews but this is an app that truly has helped me have a more productive life, even if my list never gets completed🫣
Moved everything behind paywall?
I’ve had this app for years, always the free version and even though the amount of tasks I could set was limited I still used and enjoyed it. But now I can’t even check things off of my previously used list without a subscription? Get real. So sick is greedy developers. I’ve just deleted the app.
Simple and effective
This app has been a game-changer for our home. My husband never seems to see the things that need done and now that he’s linked to this, he will check things off without my asking. It saves a lot of headache and hassel with time. If I have 10mins here and there, I will check the list and complete a task. I also enjoy that it doesn’t bug me all the time. This is the perfect solution for weekly tasks, but even more importantly those seasonal tasks that are very easy to forget until it’s too late. I would like the following options. 1. The ability to edit tasks without having to delete and redo them. 2. The ability to add notes to tasks. 3. The ‘needs done’ circle should also have a better timestamp associated with it. It’s a little difficult to gauge how far out to set it at times. Overall, easy to use and works well for us.
Only 10 tasks before fee
The app overall is well put together, however, you’re only able to add 10 tasks before it asks you to set up a subscription plan. I was really excited to use it until I discovered it requires a subscription.

Great App
Really enjoying app, but there is no way to rearrange the task list for a room. Once a task is entered it sits there. I like to do my tasks in a certain order. Can you add a way to slide the tasks to rearrange the order?
Nice set up, not so nice ongoing
Purchased for unlimited tasks but this app isn’t useful enough to keep… Setting up a task is really promising as you can mark how clean or dirty something is to begin with. However you cannot undo an action, for instance if you accidentally mark something as complete. You also cannot edit the cleanliness state, for example if something is due to be cleaned today, but it’s actually still clean, you cannot mark it as being “ok” and thereby postponing the deadline.
No time options?
I almost thought this was the app I was going to use but I need it to remind me at certain times…not just once a day. I didn’t see an option to do that.

I love this app so much I am only 11 and it helps me get allowance once a week I have adhd so it helps a lot
Useless
I wasted a ton of time entering everything into this app. When I try to use it there’s no option to mark a task complete to restart the cycle. I have a bunch of red exclamation marks and when I click on the task it gives me a checkmark. However, there’s no way to save and if I go out and then back into the room the red mark is still there. I’ve tried to find help to see what I’m doing wrong and there’s no help anywhere. Waste of time and money!
Mostly good
I wish it had a way to view upcoming tasks and not just things due today. I work full time, so I prefer to do more on my weekday off, but I can only see what needs to be done same day
All of my rooms/tasks were erased
Was mostly satisfied with the app. Very simplistic and i liked that, however with that there are a few missing components to the app. I got a new phone and when I transferred my phone data the app swiped clean all of my rooms/tasks and I had to start from zero. But even more annoying is that as I was adding back in all of the rooms/tasks it wouldn’t let me add more than 10 and when I click the link to restore my purchase of the premium option it doesn’t work.
Can’t check things off
I’m not too happy with this. I have tasks that I’ve done that I check off in the to do list and they don’t stay checked off. Isn’t that the point of this app?

Download, pleasing user face, looked easy to use, tried to add tasks to a room, but constantly asked me to sign up to a plan and pay, not willing to do that when I don’t know if it will work for me- disappointed that no other reviewers warned that the free option is very limited and it’s just constant pop up for payment plans!
This app has been great overall for managing our household!
Has helped us a lot with managing cleaning and maintenance of our house. Would like to see an option for doing a task on a certain day of the week or month of the year instead of just once a week or once a year (for example trash day gets messed up quite often for us because of holiday weeks)
Cant tick anything
I was loving it and even payed the one off price, until i noticed when i went to tick/check things off the list it wouldnt let me at all. Cant swipe cant tick. Waste of money!
Love, but…
I really wish there was a pause button or vacation mode or something like that… I don’t want a list of things to do EVERY day…. most days, but not EVERY day. Like weekends or if I take a day out with the kids, but the to-do list keeps racking up things regardless. So if I go on vacation for a week, I’m going to come home to 60+ things on my to do list that are past due and that’s overwhelming. Or if I’m not feeling well one day. The app should have a “Rest Day” function or something so you don’t feel like you have to pay for it the rest of the week trying to play catch up. For example, the day I purchased the app, it took a while to set up—adding rooms and thinking of all the different cleaning jobs I like to do in each area and the frequency of them. Well, as I’m setting it up, it’s slowly adding things to my to do list for THAT VERY DAY, but I couldn’t set up the app, take care of the kiddos, AND do a full day’s worth of chores late in the day. So the next day, I had double the amount of things to do and I’m still trying to play catch up. I appreciate the simplicity, but it’s not super realistic for me to be on the ball every single day of my life. A girl needs a day off. A simple rest feature—or something like that—would do wonders. Please please add….

Great app, but…
If only I could assign each task to a specific day of the week! Otherwise, all the to do list items hit on the same day. Being able to check off the to do list is a big plus. Not being able to get to everything and getting that red mark is a downer. The ability to assign tasks to each room is the best feature and worth the very nominal fee!
Please add notifications!
I was really pleased with this app, and even paid for the full version, but now I realise that it doesn’t send notifications! I have checked in settings and there is no option to turn them on so I guess I can’t? It’s not been long and I’ve already forgotten to check the app because of that, and I have a big list of chores now! If I am wrong, I’m happy to change this review! Please add notifications!!!
Really, really like but
I love the concept of this app. I really like that it gives you a number of days until your task needs to be cleaned by asking how recently it was cleaned. However, to my dismay, I went to add another task to another bedroom and lo and behold, you only get 10 free tasks. Therefore I will now be deleting the app because I have no use if I cannot add every task for each room that I need to complete.

I love the app in theory. I don’t love how you have to pay a monthly subscription to have more than 10 tasks. I used all of the tasks allowed in just my kitchen!
Good so far, but…
This app is so good and helpful so far BUT I really do wish there was a screen dedicated to showing everything you got done in the day (vs it only going back to the bottom of the list) since I love to see what all I’ve gotten done at the end of the day! Otherwise, smooth sailing so far!
Still missing notifications/reminders!
Jan 2020 update: nice update but still useless without notifications... —————————————————— Useful app BUT without notification support you have to check the app to see what is due. So it will list you when you did something, it won't remind you to do it again. Add notifications and app will be very good

Lost all my rooms
I haven’t used this app in a while. Brought it on my iPhone 7 but now it’s lost all my rooms on iPhone 15. Is there any way to fix this?
So Good, and Almost There!!
I am so far loving this app, being able to keep track of each task in each room and marking them complete is exactly what my ADHD brain needs…. But I do feel like there is still room for improvement. Instead of marking the tasks to a specified time frame (I. E. every 3 days, every 1 week, etc) there should be an option to assign a task for a specific day of the week or multiple days of the week. And then the “Reminders” tab, I would like to assign a different time for each day, (I. E. Monday-Friday 6:00pm and Weekends at 10:00am) as a working mom throughout the week, I can’t get to all my tasks at a specific time everyday. If these were included into the app, this app would easily get 5 stars from me. I hope the creators makes some adjustments, because overall, I am thoroughly impressed on how simple the app is, and straight forward to the home tasks I need. No Dieting or Health included, just straight to the point of keeping my home maintained, and that’s all I was looking for. Thank you for this app!

Since the update yesterday I liked this app but since the update non of my tasks are showing for today. So I’ve downloaded a different app to do the job

Great concept, but deceptive
Great concept, but I can’t review on how well it works because I wasted my time setting up all the rooms in my house and started setting up tasks then it told me that it was only free with up to 10 tasks. Told me I had to pay $4.99 to get more tasks. I don’t have money to spend and it said nothing about having to pay on the main download page. Make the app free with unlimited uses and find another way to make money. Offer different color schemes people can pay for maybe? Or different options in some other way. But make the app totally REALISTICLY usable for the general public. Make these changes and I will give it a try again and update my review.
Almost Perfect
Love this app already! Love the clean and straight forward interface and how highly customized it can be. A couple of things right off the bat that would make this perfection: a widget so that I can see my tasks on my phone without having to open the app and a snooze feature to snooze tasks for a defined amount of time.

Not enough tasks

Personally very helpful
I have executive dysfunction and this app is extremely helpful for keeping on top of household tasks. I think it provides just enough structure to be helpful without feeling overly rigid. My only issue is that it lacks some kind of “vacation mode” that would let certain tasks be paused. I’m away from my apartment a lot for work and the way tasks pile up while I’m away can be overwhelming.
Good app but...
It’s a good app but it would great to have notifications and the possibility to synch so you can share your list with other devices / people. Also it doesn’t synch with iCloud so if you change your phone you would have to start your list from scratch...
I love this app, but some suggestions
I’ve had this app for about a year and I love it. It’s helped me clean and motivated me to clean. I do have some suggestions though. 1. Be able to edit the level of cleanliness of each task. 2. Be able to undo a task after clicking complete. If those 2 things were added to the app, I think it would definitely be worth the money to buy it!
