63 and stronger
A Special Shout-Out to HASfit! ❤️ I wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to HASfit, Coach Kozak, and Claudia. When I first started, I was doing the Senior Strength Training workouts from a chair. I stayed with those workouts for about a month, and then I decided to purchase a yearly subscription and take on the 90-Day Programs that worked best for me. I’ve now been at it for six months! I’m so happy to share that I went to the doctor yesterday, and I’m down 10 pounds! 🎉 My cholesterol has also dropped 23 points, and all of my numbers have gone down. I still have some work to do, but I’m very happy with the progress I’ve made so far. I’m 63 years old, and I can honestly say that starting HASfit has been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself. Thank you, Coach Kozak and Claudia, for creating workouts that truly make people of all ages and fitness levels feel like they can succeed. You have motivated me to keep going, get stronger, and believe that I can do this. I’ll be checking in again after my next six-month visit. I can’t wait to see how much more progress I’ve made! Waste of time
No verification email received. Cant use the app
Great workouts and direction. Motivation is over the top.
The workouts are great and very customizable for your fitness level. The Direction for properForm is really helpful throughout the work out. I have to say though at some point throughout the work out, I’m saying out loud, “Coach K please shut up.” I appreciate he’s trying to motivate us, but it’s just too much sometimes you just need a bit of quiet concentrate. he doesn’t have to talk all the time.
Don’t Upgrade!
Very angry, new upgrade appears to force subscription to access find and selection option. Very disappointed , very disappointed! Used to be a great resource and was ok with forced commercials as was a great offering. I do however detest forced choices and on some levels feels like bait and switch to me.

I’m 79 and I’ve been working out with HASfit for 11years. This has not only benefited me all around but help with my running. Keep up the great work.

Can’t sign in
Changed password but it keeps saying invalid password or email address. Tried setting up new account but it won’t send verification email so cannot sign in
Rewind feature
I like watching on YouTube because I can rewind 10 seconds easily. In the app it’s not easy to go back a few seconds.
Frustrating Pop-Ups
Every time I try to use this App, I am confronted with annoying pop-ups that cant be closed! I get that the HASFit team wants me to upgrade to a paid subscription to avoid pop-ups, but this is taking things too far. I literally can’t close the pop-up ads which makes the ‘free’ version unusable. Please ask your developer to get rid of this annoying bug (or is it a feature??)
Over 60
Still haven’t found a 30 day program for strength training for seniors. HIIT is not for me or my husband.

Troubleshoot
I’d like to get this but the verification email link goes straight to the website, and when you go back to the app it says your email isn’t verified, and there doesn’t seem a way of of this loop! Sad times. Guess I’ll stick to the site and/or YouTube.
10 min diastasis recti recovery suggestion
I’ve recently signed up for HASfit and I’m really enjoying the structure, pace, and variety of the workouts. The interface is clean, the instructors are motivating without being overwhelming, and the short workout options are perfect for busy schedules—especially for moms like me! That said, I’d love to see the app include a dedicated 10-minute core routine specifically for diastasis recti recovery. As someone navigating postpartum healing, it’s crucial to focus on safe, restorative core engagement before jumping into traditional ab work. Including a short, physiotherapy-informed workout for this would not only be inclusive but also truly valuable to many users going through similar journeys. Keep up the great work! I joined HasFit app 4 mot hrs ago from Australia… loved it great workouts and programs. But due to Trumps Tariffs imposed on Australia and the impact on exchange rates I’ve decided it time to support and Australian fitness businesses instead … best of luck
Great workouts with tons of options.
I have the free version of the app, so I can’t speak to all the features, but I love the hundreds of different workouts I am able to choose from. Coach Kozak and Claudia do a great job of modeling each exercise and explaining how they work different muscle groups. I love that there is always a warm-up and cooldown included. The workout descriptions are also helpful if there are exercises I want to avoid because of injury (or I just don’t want to do push-up’s today) I’ve been doing their workouts for years. Even when I try something different, I always seem to come back to HASfit!

Well thought out
Theses routines are easy to follow and they are based on science so you really can't go wrong. They include warm up and cool down, which is so important. You gat a lot for your money. No more excuses!

Amazing Workouts
I’ve been using the HASfit app (and also YouTube videos) for several weeks now and I can see a huge difference in my body composition. I am a beginner, and what I love most about these workouts are Coach and Claudia’s cueing. They give such great cues, and that really changed the game for me! I can see myself following these workouts for a long time to come!

If I could actually create an account and log in, this app might be really good. BUT you sign up with an email, it goes around in circles, click link in email and go nowhere, takes you to log in but you’ve never created an account yet setting up a password cos you can’t get past the email step! Thanks but Deleted.
Offline mode issue
After the new update offline mode of app doesn’t work. The app automatically closes when used in offline mode.
No sound
Whatever I tried: not possible to have sound with the instruction vids....
iPad friendly version?
Hi guys, Loving the app! At least the iPhone version which is great for casting to another device. Just one request though, two actually: 1. Please update the app to allow rewind and fast forward features which are fairly common these days in most streaming apps. 2. Please make an iPad friendly version of the app that allows landscape view, especially with the workouts. This is especially handy for those using a cover with a stand that only works in landscape orientation. Keep up the good work! AZ
Best workout programs ever!
The variety and quality of workouts is unsurpassed. The presenters are so personable and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they offer variations to accommodate injuries. Highly recommend.
New Update has wiped everything
The new update has wiped all my stats. Workout menus have changed and the user interface is completely different. Opened it this morning to carry on with my program and it’s all gone. Gutted. Much preferred the old version. It’s such a shame the stats didn’t migrate into the new. Feel let down by this version.

I love the variety HASfit offer for workouts. There is no one else I would rather workout with. Love my HASfit and their tribe ♥️♥️
Font too small since update
The new update is great however the font is now extremely small when in a workout program and difficult for older eyes to see. Also sometimes it will not connect to Firestick to play.
The best
I love the energy that coach Kozak and Claudia bring to the workouts. I feel capable and empowered, it's made me physically strong but also mentally. I am so grateful my partner found HAS Fit because this is the most consistent and fit I've ever been! Thank you!!
Unable to login
Hi, can you help me out? Been receiving this error when logging using my account and/or the guest account. It started when billing had issue, already settled that and had a proof of invoice from Apple App Store but still with same errors/result encountered. For your checking/utmost assistance please. Been working out since I was 18. Pushing 65 now and discovered these two lovely people about 8 months ago….easy to follow, believe in their format, they advise you to follow only up to what you are capable of, have various workouts for pregnant women, seniors, beginners and advanced. All you need is a few weights (or not). LOVE LOVE LOVE - AND ITS INEXPENSIVE!
Battery drain
I’ve been using HASfit for past couple of months great workouts but playing a downloaded video or streaming drains my battery heavily. Like 20min videos consume around 25% of my battery.
Life style
I’ve tried a lot of workout programs, but HASfit has been the one I’ve actually stuck with. Coach Kozak and Claudia make an incredible team, and their workouts are realistic, encouraging, and effective for every fitness level. What I love most is that they focus on progress, not perfection. There are workouts for beginners and advanced users, with modifications that make it easy to meet yourself where you are. They motivate you without making you feel guilty or like you have to be perfect. Since starting HASfit, I’ve noticed positive changes not only in my body but also in my mindset. I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Their positive encouragement keeps me coming back, and the workouts are challenging without feeling impossible. If you’re looking for a workout program that’s sustainable, uplifting, and truly works, I can’t recommend HASfit enough. It’s more than just exercise...it’s a community that helps you become stronger both physically and mentally.

Good workout options
Great workout options. Both free and paid versions are have great content. I would have given it 5 stars except for one technical glitch. The app heats up phone like anything when the video plays for the duration of the workout. I’m not sure how this will affect my phone in the long run. Please get this fixed.
Great workouts, But....
Got fed up with their repetitive words and phrases with the workouts! Totally get it’s to keep you going, motivate etc! In the end it just put me off. Sorry, going to have to unsubscribe.
Sciatica Relief
I love this app for my sciatica pain relief. The exercises are easy to follow and the tips are most helpful. I finish the workouts and feel great. Though my sciatic pain is not fully gone, it's manageable. And I know, in time, full relief will come. I love my results so much I've sent the app to several of my family members and friends. ❤️ 🏋🏾♀️#Stronger
Waste of money
It did not even get past the account creation page. I tried registering several times but never got my login details in the email. I cannot view anything in this app at all since I'm not able to register as yet. So disappointed :(
Love all the workouts
I love the app and use it often as I don’t have access to a gym. The workouts seem to go super fast because I enjoy them so much! There is also a huge variety of workouts, meaning the app is suited to everyone. My only complaint is that there is no timer. The screen shows how long the workout has been going for but not how long each exercise is. Even if Coach Kozak or Claudia could just tell us how long each exercise is, that would be very useful. I like the tabata workouts because I know it is 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off.
Good but needs full screen
Great app but cannot open to full screen on iOS, been a problem for 9 months! Surely it can be fixed! Or move to you tube for premium
