I really like how Inner Circle proactively cracks down on ghosting by notifying users after 48 hours to either connect or kindly end the chat. I also like that it makes uses give a reason for ending the chat so the other person has closure and isn’t wondering what happened.

Denied cause your app is not running properly
Something about my photos being wrong when they were regular and no way to know which ones to update and it was glitching when I was guessing and uploaded new ones

O aplicativo é bom desde que você não dedique muito tempo à ele, pois tem coisas extremamente irritantes: 1- mesmo filtrando sua localização ele continua mostrando perfis do mundo todo (bastava um simples filtro de residência e não localização atual). 2- perfis já curtidos ou rejeitados continuam aparecendo repetidamente. 3- apesar de ter um processo de aprovação do perfil, muitas montam perfis inúteis, com fotos de paisagens, etc
Concept is good, barely anyone on it
After looking at this app for a while I held off signing up since I didn’t think there were enough people on it that I’d be interested in (sounds awful but I’ll just be bluntly honest here for the review). Likes built up and I fell for the classic suspicion of wondering if any likes were compatible (hidden until paying) or the app might be better if paid for so that I can apply filters such as no children. However, once I’d paid £80 I quickly ran out of people to swipe. Don’t bother, it was a complete waste of money, I’ve tried various locations, there are too few people on this app, I feel cheated of the payment.

I was rejected by this dumb app and I’ll never join this app again. The waitlist was too long and I want to give up on this app. Inner Circle is a joke and a huge mistake

The app doesn’t work without WiFi
The app will not work on iPhone without WiFi. The support team lacks answers for it besides install/uninstall the app or check if the app is allowed to use data on cellular. The response I got was “everything is fine on our end”. However, all other apps work fine on my phone, only this one won’t connect. Other users told me the exact same thing, yet the team doesn’t want to admit they have an issue and work on it. I’m a paid user and do not recommend using the app until the issue is fixed.

My experience with Innercircle
I created a profile and submitted a picture of my face. Within half an hour I received an email from Innercircle saying that I had been denied and that they would not be accepting my application at this time. There were no further details. Thanks for making me want to cry today. I did the facial verification and it matched my photo, however I’m left to make up my own reason as to why it was denied. Maybe I am too ugly. Maybe I am not wealthy enough. Maybe there is a social credit system in the United States that uses facial recognition. Maybe I have terrible social credit. Either way I would not recommend you use this app.
No diversity
They don’t have any diversity, which is a choice because you have to put in an application to even join.

Seeing duplicate profiles repeatedly, I lose features all the time, not sure if anyone really seeing my profile as doesn’t work properly. Had to contact customer support repeatedly.

Many inaccuracies
Too much cheating and inaccuracy with the app. Even if you match with someone, you have to pay the membership to see the msg. If you haven't paid full membership Every 24 hours you one of the likes would be released. Again every couple of days. Despite the 24 hours, the like would not be released. Rhey are trying every trick to make you pay for the membership

Aunque setees un perfil específico te muestran todo y tenes que filtrar manualmente. Y cuidado con los likes, después de darle like a alguien con el botón “corazón” te lleva a otra pantalla que tiene un botón “like” pero en realidad es un “Súper Like” te descuenta de tu saldo de súper likes

Poorly designed waste of time
I would love to know what genius convinced these people that users want to sit through a stock photo video intro each time you open the app. It’s painful. Once it loads, it shows you random people from around the world - like Raya, only less hot people. And forcing people to name their “hotspots” - as if that makes them more desirable for dating - is super cringe. I could say more, but just trust me that of all the dating apps I’ve used, this is the worst and there is not a close second.
they need to step up their game for travel mode
I really like that the app seems to not have as many catfish as others, this is wonderful! However with the paid version you have the opportunity to put on travel mode but it is incredibly limited-they and only allows the options that they give you- which is hardly any. Even when you type in the destination search - unless they already pre-determined the place which you already see listed, your desired location is not going pop up- they only have 41 cities GLOBALLY that they allow you to search in which is very bad for a travel mode, sadly it really doesn't work well in that regard. This is not good if you are a nomad and looking forward to meeting new people when you're traveling. There are far more options when you look in "explore favorite spots" in the popular destinations they have far more options... which is free and for everybody so it really makes no sense that those places that are listed in the app but not available in travel mode which is a paid feature. Also the members outside of this age range cannot contact me -does not work. Which is unfortunate because I would prefer to date within my age range and have more people to sift through because of this. I do like the layout and questions that they have. I think the prompts are really good as well-though many people don't actually fill them out so it would be nice if they were required so you could actually see what people were looking for. I think it's probably got some better quality people then most of the other apps. Hoping they fix the limitations because it would be far better if they did! But all in all better than the rest!
Terrible UX & Poor Monetization
Cons: Everything is behind a paywall, you can’t even see other profiles without paying a subscription. Terrible user interface, challenging to navigate. -5 Stars Pros: Met my husband and baby daddy on this app five years ago. +2 Stars 😆

A Frustrating App
The process of creating a account did not flow. When uploading photos i got a lot of errors saying the photo was invalid to use as a main photo because it was not showing my face. (Which it was...)The app automatically crops out your face with no option of manually cropping it yourself. once you profile is made there is a bug in the app that prevents you from deleting any photos. i have duplicates i cant remove which is annoying. I tried logging in on the website desktop version to delete the duplicates but i had trouble logging into my account. The forgot password option didnt send a email at all....Ive read several other reviews stating that you can not do much on the app but like other's profiles until you pay for the upgraded versions. One positive thing, there seems to be a lot of options matched for me in my interested area compared to other dating apps I've tried. Sad to say i might have to delete this one and keep looking

Tiny Tiny Tiny
The screen is tiny... even on a desktop computer the app window is tiny tiny tiny. There is no way to expand the window to take advantage of a computer's bigger screen. This interface is very annoying.
Not that usable recently
I have used this app from time to time over the past 5 years or so. And it’s become less useful and more subscription focused as time has gone on. For example removing the web portal access (great for proper keyboard typing), removing free application functions and making them subscription only, such as the ability to see matches. Also it’s limiting on being able to associate with a non-major city (useful for those of us that live outside London).
