I’ve been using the app since 2022 and I believe the price is okay but since 2 years now I’ve not been able to get messages the way I do get them after purchase and also more of the accounts that brings out fire are more plenty than the ones that shows online. I’ve wasted lot of coins and it’s not working like before. What changed? Is there a way for me to use the app so I can receive messages the way I used to receive them again. Actually I’m from Nigeria, maybe I need a vpn to on or something.

The program sucks you in and and when you need help, there’s no one to help you understand this program. You can’t talk to anybody, you can’t text or chat without it costing you dollars for credits so you can communicate with people who interest you. The voice calls sound like AI. Every minute they want more money to continue communicating with somebody— it starts adding up to hundreds of dollars. Support doesn’t seem to exist. No one calls you back and no one’s there when you call.

I have been on the site for about 7 months and recently started noticing the paying users were always offline and only the free users were showing online and available to contact. Most of the free users are bots or paid users to keep you chatting and spending money. The customer service is even worse, they can do nothing to assist you with issues especially if they are the reason for the issue, they would constantly cancel my membership without my consent.

Honestly I have a terrible experience… first the app capitalizes on everything… from chatting, calls, audio message and viewing phone sent by someone… one of the terrible app ever plus I bought 20 credits twice on the 20th August, 2026 and 21 August 2026 and none of it was credited to my profile… and most people on the site are just not it

99% of the people on this app are fake. It is clearly made for older people, and that is exactly what makes it so predatory. Many profiles look AI-generated, conversations scripted, and impossible for older people to recognize AI. Meanwhile, users are pushed to keep spending money on messages, calls, and credits without realizing they may be talking to fake characters instead of real people. The company keeps posting generic responses claiming they monitor the platform, but that does not match the reality of what is happening inside the app. I strongly suspect these fake personas are being knowingly used by the creators because they keep people spending. App is not trustworthy please stay away
Expensive to use
It is expensive to have to recharge credit and it’s like 40 credit for $56 it’s really not fair… I don’t think that’s a good strategy I’ve spent $200CAD in 24 hrs just to try keep a conversation with someone

Acts like a scam ->must be a scam - I just joined and literally got bombarded by 20 men all having the badge “free user “ next to their profile and they are engaging me into small talk where each text up to 160 characters costs 1 credit it. There are literally no matches for me in the UK. Waste of 20 pounds
With a catch very well planned
I find myself very interested in the international profiles that you can find although if highly liked, you need credits in order to chat or message them. So go for normal profiles in order to have a no push interaction. I believe some of the coveted profiles are AI because they chat non stop even at late hours

I don’t like the website because if you are dyslexia that have difficulties in spellings it doesn’t give you options to use the spelling thingy I’m finding it difficult to spell and I cannot use my spelling assistant to accessibility to type it so for me is a poor website and full of Dio. This app is great but the credits system is so expensive, I met a great guy here and we get along really well , but is extremely expensive to communicate if one of the party do not want to communicate outside of this site .
